My Shopping Trip: CVS

Not one but 2 shopping trips from me today.  Once I get the couponing bug back, I can’t stop!

Today I went to get some of the Special K Cereal which happens to be one of my favorite cereals.  I had to go to 2 CVS stores in my area because the first one did not have the Complete nor did they have the Beneful Baked Delights.  So, the plan I had laid out had to be altered slightly but it still worked out great.  I was happy and so was Bogo.  Hehe, I used BOGO Coupons for Bogo’s treats…gotta love it 😉

Here is what I did:

CVS Transaction #1:

  • (3)Special K Fruit & Yogurt – $2.50
  • (1)Allegra 5 ct – $6.49
  • (1)Depend – $3.99

Coupons Used:

Total Out of Pocket = $0.00

Received:
$4 ECB Special K
$2 ECB Depends

CVS Transaction #2 at 2nd store:

  • (1)Complete Solution- $8.99

Coupons Used:

  • $4 ECB from Trans 1
  • $2 ECB from Trans 1
  • Tax: $0.63
  • Used CVS Cash Card: $3.62

Total Out of Pocket = $0.00

Received:
$8.99 ECB Complete

CVS Transaction #3:

  • (8)Beneful Baked Delights (note: some people have said that the ECB prints wyb only 6)

Coupons Used:

  • (4) BOGO Beneful Baked Delights Coupons (3/18 SS) – manually deducted $3 each
  • $8.99 ECB from Trans 2
  • Tax: $1.68
  • Used CVS Cash Card Balance: $0.71

Total Out of Pocket = $3.98

Received:
$5 ECB Beneful
