  • fyi- the coupon in the allergy book is for kleenex not puffs

  • the colgate/softsoap dealthis week does overlap with the monthly deal and there are a few different scenarios you can d0 to make them MM!! (i did them already in southern California, our deals start on Fridays)

    (4) colgate sensitive toothpaste, $4.99
    use 4 – $1/1, SS 4/15
    pay $15.96, get back (4) $2.50 +UP & $10 +UP (monthly)
    OR
    (4) softsoap body wash, $2.50
    (2) colgate sensitive toothpaste, $4.99
    use 4 – $.75/1 softsoap, SS 4/15
    use 2 – $1/1 toothpaste, SS 4/15
    pay $14.98, get back (2) $2 +UP & (2) $2.50 +UP & $10 +UP (monthly)
    OR
not sure if the deal is valid on the colgate toothbrushes or not but if it is….
    (3) colgate spin toothbrush, $6.99
use $2/1 spin brush, SS 4/29
    pay $14.97, get back (3) $3 +UP & $10 +UP (monthly)

    hope that helps!!!

    • WOW!! Thanks Lindsey! What is the +UP (monthly) ? I don’t see it advertised in the weekly ad, I must have missed it. Please tell :)

    • Was the soft soap coupon a regional coupon? I can’t find it.

      • It is in a separate insert that was included in the 4/15/12 paper. It is the Hispanic Marketing/Advertising promo. It has on the front cover:

        BUY $5 GET
        C OMPRA AHORA

It is written in both Spanish & English, the coupons inside are in English. It also has the Colgate $1/1 toothpaste coupons inside. Hope that helps!

        • I received these..has anyone had trouble using them??…states “Store coupon” not manufactures…yet no stores are listed on the coupon only on the front of the insert.

    • Thank you Lindsey! That sure does help!

      • hi how would i know if my store do the monthly ?

        • I did some research on it yesterday and they should have +UP reward tags hanging near the products in the store you go to to verify that store is participating. It should also list the expiration date of each +UP reward deal along with the specifics (in this case buy $20 get $10 +UP, Limit 1).
Another suggestion was to ask an associate about the monthly deals. Where I shop they have trouble reading the weekly ad and do not understand how the deals work (I cringe every time I go up to the register, it beeps with every coupon, even the Rite Aid coupons and +UPS!), so I am on my own at the closest store by me. Yet, I continue to go there …… gluten for punishment, I guess, lol! Good Luck!

    • Worked perfectly!!! Thanks, I needed the body washes AND the toothpaste!!

    • Thanks Lindsey! I did the Colgate deal. There wasn’t anything posted near the toothpaste about the monthly UP, but I decided to go for it. I looked on Rite Aid’s website, but couldn’t find anything about monthly UPs.

  • oh and for the Centrum ProNutrients there is also a $2/1 Rite Aid coupon in their diabetes coupon book (ask for it at the pharmacy). pay $2.99 and get back $3 +UP so FREE!!!

  • sorry last one (can you tell i am just looking over my receipt???). the single serve candy is on sale 2/$1 and there is a VV coupon for $.50/1 skittles so only $.09 if you buy one, or if you can get your hands on 2 of those coupons, like with your husband’s account :) , then FREE! Or if you printed the dove single serve candy bar coupon that was $.50/2 then those would be $.25 each after coupon.

  • oh and for the Centrum ProNutrients there is also a $2/1 Rite Aid coupon in their diabetes coupon book (ask for it at the pharmacy). pay $2.99 and get back $3 +UP so FREE!!!

  • i found a $2/1 coupon in the diabetes coupon book so you would pay $2.99 and get $3 +UP rewards back so it would be free. i got the book at the pharmacy, just had to ask for it.

  • Does anyone know the limit on the UPR for the Tampax Radiant?

  • Are the monthly ups limit 1 ?

  • I can not find 4/15 Irish Sprig or Soft soft coupons was this regional.

  • Softsoap coupons are in 4/4 SS:) not regional.

  • Check your rewards this morning. Mine expire THIS Saturday (5/5/12). Huge disappointment. It will be impossible to roll rewards there if they don’t even last a week now.

    • For clarification, the rewards that printed this morning expire this Saturday.

      • Omg that is ridiculous. I hope it was a error. It’s getting harder and harder

      • I just checked mine from this morning and the same thing 5/5! Do you think there is an error and it should be 5/15? I hope this isn’t going to happen from now on.

        • I’m going to call Customer Service tomorrow. People on the west coast have sale cycles that begin on Fridays. They won’t be troubled. It’s the customers that have sale cycles that being on Sundays. That has to be a huge portion of their customer base. I was trying to spread the word because I usually double-check the receipt to be sure the rewards printed and leave them there until planning the next week’s shopping list. I’m so thankful that the date caught my eye, otherwise I’d have been out quite a lot of money…just wanted to be sure others didn’t fail to notice too.

          • That’s so strange. I just checked my +UPS that printed from the Dentyne deal I did yesterday, 4/28 and my expiration date is 5/13/12 on both. Hmmmmm…………..

Would love to know what cs says about it SH, please update! TIA :)

            • It’s a system error. The rewards should read expires “6/5/12″ rather than “5/5/12″. Stores will be informed and should take the rewards until 6/5/12. Call customer service is there are in-store issues.

              • MISTAKE IN POSTING: PLEASE READ!
The NEW expiration date is 5/12/12, not 6/5/12. So sorry about that!

                • Thank you very much! I hope I don’t have a problem next Sunday when I go.

                • Thanks SH! Really appreciate the update :)

                • Here’s a statement I found on Rite Aid’s Facebook page:
“We apologize for the +UP expiration date issue some of you have experienced. Due to a system problem, +UPs that printed on Sunday and Monday in our Weekly Ad (4/29-5/5) had an incorrect expiration date. These +UPs are valid through 5/19 and will scan correctly at the register.”

Let’s just hope all goes smoothly at our local stores. I may print out a copy of their Facebook timeline just in case there are any problems.

    • My $2.50 UPR from Colgate say 5/5 :( Although, the $10 UPR Monthly Colgate Deal says it expires 5/16, printed out the same transaction.

      • Erin, was your Colgate purchase today? I was planning on doing that deal tomorrow. Knowing the +UP will expire on 5/5 I should rethink exactly what I want to do now.

        • Yes, I purchased the Colgate today. The $10 UPR from the Monthly Colgate Deal expire 5/16. I emailed Customer Service about the $2.50UPR saying they expire on 5/5, so I’m waiting on them to get back to me to see what the issue is with that, whether it was an error or I dunno what. lol….we shall see. I’ll keep everyone posted.

          • Thanks Erin! I haven’t gone yet, still debating and haven’t been close to one yet this week. Good Luck!

          • Yes the $2.50 colgates UPR expires on 5/5 my sister is a a district manager.
Today I purchased 3 Colgate 360 surround sonic power toothbrushes & 2 Ocean nasal Spray & 4 Box of Hot Tamales
            Total $27.97
            Used (3) $2.oo Colgate Coupons
            (2) $1.00RA Ocean Spray Couons -(Allergy Book)
            Used UPR’s from Colgate/Softsoap purchase: $10 (2)2.50 (2) 2.00
            OOP:.97
Received: 2/$2-Candy $1 Ocean Nasal Spray $10 UPR, 3/$3 colgate UPR, $7 Roc skin care-(not sure why this printed)

            • Rite Aid released a statement on their Facebook page saying it was an error and that the UPR are valid through 5/19.

    • Ha, even weirder is that I bought some Dentyne yesterday 4/28, and my +UP reward says:

      Good 4/20/12 thru 5/13/12

Since when are they 3 weeks? Or am I high on life thinking it was 2 weeks to begin with?

  • My store let me use 2-$1/1 Ocean nasal spray coupons (from the allergy book). So with the $1 upr, it came out free! I plan to return to do it again.

  • Single candy bars are on sale 2/$1. There is a VV for Reese’s buy two save $.50. So you get them for $.25 each.

There is also a VV for $1 /2 off any oreos. The single size packs are also 2/$1 which makes them free! They also count towards the spend $12 get $2 SCR.

  • Maybe the monthly rewards expire right away.

  • There is a VV for $1/2 Hershey’s 6-pack candy bars. They are on sale for $1 each. With coupon they would be $.50 each.

  • I did not know about monthly up rewards. I just purchased :
2 Colgate Powered Toothbrushes 6.99 each ($2coupon)((2,$3 Up)
1 Colgate Pro Relief Toothpaste 4.99 ($1coupon)(2.50 Up)
    2 Softsoap 4 pack barsoap 2for$5 (2Up)

There are coupons for the Softsoap, but I used them last week.
I also received $10 Up for spending $20

So, I spent $20.65, received $20.50 in Up Rewards!!!

  • does anyone know what the deal is on the free Olympic gift set at RiteAid. I bought $50 worth of P&G products and my receipt has a coupon for a free Olympic gift set. The cashier didn’t know what it was. The directions say refer to my receipt but there is nothing mentioned.

    • It is a box that is filled with P&G products and coupons plus a free year subscription to a magazine. It has an Olympic ribbon and medal symbol on the front of it. It is inside the store at Rite Aid and is a limited edition. Maybe asking the manager will help. They retail for $12.99 and the full amount comes off with your coupon. I read about it on another site. I believe it is explained in the weekly ad, it might help to take one along. Good Luck!

  • I still have a few BOGO Eclipse gum printables from a while back. Will these trigger the UPR? And how many UPRs is the limit? Thanks.

  • Just picked up 2 9′ patio umbrellas for $30 each + got back 2 $5 Up rewards! I totally missed that on the back page of the ad! MDH and I were stopping to pick them up at what I thought was a good price at $40. We priced them at Shop Rite, Big Lots, KMart and Walmart and all were higher. Love it when a good deal becomes a great deal – that just made my day!

    • Did you happen to notice the original price on the umbrella or either of the tables that also have the $5 up? I’m hoping that $29.99 is the original price and not the sale price so I can get 20% off of that.
