I have the $5 off $10 oral care coupon from the reguivinating beautty magazine…would you be able to use that in addition with the $1 poligrip coupons? Its tricky, but I’m wondering if that could be combined? Tia!
I just got home from my CVS and she took ALL the coupons I had for the polident and poligrip deal. I had $5 off $10 from the Reinventing Beauty mag and $1 off each of the 2 poligrip and $1 off each of the polident. I asked her before I did the deal and the manager said if the computer takes them then it’s not a problem. I just wanted to use ONE of the $1 q’s to make up the difference between the $10 and $15 to get the ECB if you understand what I’m trying to say. She basically told me the computer knows what it’s doing and if it was too many coupons for items I had purchased then it would beep. It was limit 2 on the deal so I did it twice! You can find them at the register’s in some stores or by the makeup. In the one store near me there is a vanity set up in the makeup section and they are on the bottom of it. I have also seen them just laying randomly on the bottom rack’s threw out the section before too.
In my store they’re in a basket in the makeup section. If you weren’t looking for them you wouldn’t know they were there. The spring issue is pink and has Salma Hayek on it.
Can I buy goodnites toward the huggies 25 dollar purchase with 10 ecb back? I have a few 2 dollar off 1 pack goodnites. If anyone knows goodnites are not in the picture but they are a huggies product. Thank you!
Amanda, I purchased the larger pack of goodnites on sale for $20.00 and one smaller pack of goodnites that were on sale 2/$20. I used 2 coupons $1.25 off of each. I received $10 ECB with no problem.

For the Playtex deal, I think only the $7.99 box is working towards the Buy $25 Get a $10 ECB. I bought one $7.99 box and one $5,49 box and used the BOGO coupon. Only the $7.99 amount appeared in the tracking section for the deal. I don’t think it’s because I used a coupon as other deals track the amount purchased regardless of coupon use. Also, the tags advertising the deal at my store (Central MA) are only with the $7.99 boxes not the $5.49 boxes so I wasn’t surprised when the $5.49 amount didn’t show up…but I had been hoping because that would have been awesome! : )
I have 4 of the playtex coupons (FREE Playtex Tampons, 20 ct or less wyb Playtex Tampons 36 ct or more, exp. 5/13/12), and 10.49 in ECB, so I was thinking of:
4 ($7.99) = 31.96
4($5.49)= 21.96
-21.96 (4 boxes free 20 count coupon)
- 10.49 (ECB) = 21.47
Receive $10.00
Total = 11.47 for 4 boxes of 36-40 count + 4 boxes of 20 count
= $1.43 per box

FYI The huggies deal is not working on shelf price. it is all after coupons and it also does not include the wipes. as listed in the deal above. Bummer!
it seems to only work on the “one and done 184 ct.” wipes. It worked for me. Signs weren’t up but I always double check things like that at the magic coupon machine/price checker anyway.
Thats exactly the deal I did with the one and done 184 ct wipes. I guess I will go back with my receipt and ad and show them but since when does CVS ECBS work on after coupon price? thats new unless its just a glitch. Next time I will be a whole lot more careful..
Laura, you ALWAYS get the ECB before any coupons (as long as you purchase the correct items). If for any reason your cashier refuses to give you the ECB because you used coupons (some cashiers do NOT know CVS’s coupon policy), call the 800 # for CVS. They will send you the ECB within 48 hours via the magic coupon machine. I know this for a fact because a few months ago (either November or December of last year), CVS had the sale of buying $10 worth of crest and receive a $5 ECB. I bought 5 tubes @ $2.09 and used 5 regional coupon of $2 off making my oop of $.45. The cashier refused to give me the ECB but when I called the 800 #, I was told I purchased $10 before coupons so therefore I am entitled to ECB. If you never receive your ECB before coupons, tell corporate. There might be something wrong with their registers. HTH
FYI: I had the magic coupon machine give me a $3 off any Playtex tampons today. I’m thinking I’ll try this:
buy 4 Playtex tampons 36 ct.
buy 4 Playtex tampons 20 ct. or less
(4) BOGO Coupons which makes the 4 20 ct. or less boxes free
(1) $3 off any Playtex tampons (since I believe it’s a CVS coupon, I should be able to stack.)

Get $10 ecb making it $18.96 or $2.37/box
I also figured the price assuming the actual number I’m buying- (4) 36 ct. and (4) 18-20 ct. If I divided these out it would be like buying (12) 18 ct. boxes, which would be $1.58 a box. Hopefully my math is right!

Here’s a heads up. I got a CVS coupon from the red machine today for $12 off Physicians Formula Skincare purchase (excludes cosmetics). I’m not sure what it could be used on if the cosmetics are excluded, but surely there has to be something around $12 or less. Maybe even with a “try me free” sticker on it for a MM? Anyone know?
I also got this coupon and looked around my store for skin care… I didnt find any but they have on their website so maybe my store does not carry their skin line. There is a balancing cleanser in CVS website for 11.99 = free
i got the $15 off q last time & my store allowed me to use it on cosmetics since they didnt carry the skincare line. i got the $12 q last night & now my store has the skincare line on the shelf near olay, simple & the other facial products. didnt check prices though-derr.
I also got the $12 off PF skin care, I looked around and didnt find and skin care products so I decided to take the chance and combine it with the $5 off PF. It worked! The cashier had no problem taking it. I Got an awesome deal on foundation. $14.95×2-10=$19.95-$12. Paid 7.95 plus tax
My store does carry the PF skincare line, but I was going to ask my favorite cashiers anyway since the tinted moisturizers (which run from around 12.79-15.79 in my store) are labelled “moisturizers.” My cashiers are usually good anyway and tell me that if the coupon rings through they will take it. Plus I figure that if it doesn’t go through I will just take the item out of my order. The skincare line in my store starts at about 20.99.
I also received the $12 CVS coupon. Took a while to find the PF Skincare items in my store, there are only about 4 items priced $19.99 – $17.99. I was gonna wait a week or two since it doesn’t expire right away, to see if they maybe have a ECB deal coming up. Hope this helps!

I tried the playtex deal with the BOGO Coupon and it did work for me. When the cashier rang me up, the $5.49 box didn’t register towards the ECB, but as soon as I asked why it didn’t, the cashier said he could put it in manually and I got the $10 ECB. So, it’s worth trying!
A deal that I came across was the aqua fresh whitening toothpaste. there is a $5 off $15 coupon in the reinventing beauty magazine not sure if spring or april. Then there is $5 EB wyb $15. So I did this:
Buy 5 Aquafresh Whitening Extreme B1G1 1/2 off, $3.89
Total= $16.84 tax included
use (1) $5 off $15 coupon (manufactured coupon RBM)
use (1) $1 aqua fresh manufactured coupon
use (2) $1 off any toothpaste (Red coupon machine)
use 5EB from a previous transaction
Pay $3.84(estimated as I did other transactions with this purchase) $.77 each
My cousin is already telling me how much she uses this toothpaste so I’m going to give her two when I see her on sunday Happy Mother’s Day!
Thank you Savingrocks for posting this today! I caught your post just before I left the house. I had the $5/$15 and enough $1/1 aquafresh coupons (no more cvs red machine toothpaste coupons left). I was able to get 2 different types of toothpaste, a total of 9 tubes, I paid $3.6? including the tax out of pocket and got a $5 ECB. Plus I have another $5/$15 and enough coupons to do this deal again. We don’t use this brand, but my last donation at the food pantry by my house they asked me if I could keep an eye out for toothpaste ….. and here it is!

I had my bag ready for the Saturday Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive (a small supply of food items), but, saw your comment and hit my modest stockpile for some tubes of toothpaste to add to it. While doing that, I said, hey, they can probably use some deodorants, and, oh, yeah, how about some shampoo, too? Then, of course, for no related reason, decided I could also add a few bags of cough drops, because somebody, somewhere, always has a cold, ha!
So, I didn’t have a lot to give of any one thing, but, hopefully, this will help a little bit. I firmly believe that, in order to get, you have to give, and, that there is always someone out there with more problems than me. Thanks to Cindy and her work on this site, and, great readers/commenters like you and others in this community, I’m so glad I was able to have a little something to give back!

It was so great, while out yesterday I found some aquafresh coupons on the shelf and also a blinkie (!) so I can do this deal again today at another CVS to add to my donations. Oh, and I drop off my donation directly, because where I live in Northern NJ the bears that wonder around in the daytime will think the bag at the mailbox is for them. They will just have to go back into the woods and find their own food

my cvs had signs on the big wipe packs for the ECB. I did the 3 diaper packs…paid $24 and got the $10 ECB so it may be your CVS.
