All it said for me was “Thank you for taking the survey”, not sure if that means we’re in or not
I tried getting 4. 3 of them said limit was reached, but 1 said “thanks for taking our survey”. Hmmm…
I tried for the juicer, submitted at 12:01- I’m keeping my fingers crossed!
Did anyone get a confirmation that their submission was received? All I got was the entry form switched to a “thank you” for filling out the survey.
Although, I went back to the page and now it says “All quantities of this item have been given out. Thank you for watching The Dr. Oz. Show.” I think that means I’m in
(How many times can we enter for different products? If I entered for the 12pm one, can I enter the 1pm also?)
Based on my interpretation of the Official Rules, you can choose one gift per segment…so each hour of the giveaway you can try for one gift. Obviously, if the gift you’re trying for is gone, then you could try for a different one. But I think if you get to the Thanks for Taking the Survey page, then you can’t try for another gift for that same segment.
How did you do it…..I clicked on the item I wanted but didn’t get a survey. Am I missing something for the 1:00 stufff?
I found that clicking on the item a few minutes before the hour and then refreshing at like, 1 minute after seems to work for me (but again, I have no idea how we tell if we got in or not).
Where do you go to fill out the survey? When I click on the link, it just says to come back on Wednesday, 5/2/12 at 12pm EST?
There isn’t actually a survey…at least I haven’t been asked to take one yet. It’s just that after you enter your information in (like a regular sweepstakes form) it says “Thanks for taking the survey”. I don’t know why they phrase it like that.
When you select the item you are trying for, scroll down to the end of the product description. It will say one of three things “come back later”, “all items gone”, or you will see a form to enter in your information. Once you click Done the thanks for taking the survey line pops up.
That was very confusing. I didn’t realize I had to click on the product itself. I was on the page since 11:58 refreshing thinking a form would be on the main page. Now everything is gone
I also got the thanks for taking the survey message, and no confirmation email yet(though the official rules say winners will be notified on or before May 15th, so they have plenty of time!). With the 12pm section I filled the form out for the whitening system and the juicer.
My concern is that in the official rules it says “entrant must select only one gift per segment…” So I’m worried that since I filled the form out for both, I’ll get neither! Which would suck because I could especially use the teeth whitening system…
Think I may have gotten the Keurig too. Filled out form & went thru. Fingers crossed for this too. Funny the one with 1000 available I couldn’t get.
I’m afraid that if we didn’t get an immediate email, that we didn’t get in. This is a national show that millions of people tune into. The odds are EXTREMELY small to be one of the first 1000, I’d believe.

I’ve been trying to win a Keuring for a few years now. Every Tricky Tray I go to, I drop a bunch of tickets in for this. It’s the kind of thing I would like to have, but I just would not buy myself. I don’t even put it on my Christmas list, because that’s filled with practical things. Anyway, I got the form and filled it out and it said thanks for taking the survey. Does that mean I got one?
I filled out the survey for the crisps and when I hit submit, it said service unavailable

i been try for long time to win at dr oz giviaway and am always sad not to win but irealy loved wanted to win this omega jucier as i just had my last chemo after having a breast cancer and also lost my husband 11mths ago. well loved the jucier will try again.thanx

“Thank you for taking the survey!” What does that mean?

DOCTOR OZ GIVEAWAY CONFUSION SOLVED: guys this is a direct email from promotions@sharecare.com this should clear up things:The line “Only one (1) entry per person, household, e-mail address, and/or phone number will be accepted or eligible to win and receive a GIFT” indicates that a person may only enter the contest once. This means that a person may only receive one GIFT. I hope that clarifies things.
If we entered more than one are we disqualified? Or we can still win one of the ones we got through on?

Just wondering if anyone has received an email today if they won any of the prizes. I got a couple of “thank you for taking the survey” and was hoping I won.
Well, it’s over guess all those “thanks for the survey” meant nothing. Maybe next time.
No responses today and I received several “thank you for taking the survey” comments too. Very disappointing.
it seems that noone has gotten an email yet today i have looked everywhere to check on what people are posting. ive read from past giveaways some people who won did not get an email and the prize just showed up on their doorstep
I won a cookbook from Dr Oz once and they did have me verify the information before it was sent so I do think if you win, you would get some kind e-mail.
Oh well…..doesn’t look good for being a winner this time.
I got at least 5 “thank you for taking the survey”. It was fun thinking I won something.
Make sure you look in your Spam, just maybe they sent you something and it went it the wrong box. I checked mine, nothing.
I won on the last giveaway and never got the emails until about 2 weeks before the prize came so just hold tight and dont get all upset because we didn’t get the emails.

Oh the one person that said you will only get one gift total even if you won more than one is wrong. Here are the official rules from the giveaway off the Dr. Oz site
There are a total of 15,220 GIFT items available for this Promotion. GIFTS will be given away by Segment number at the times listed below. Entrants must select only one (1) GIFT per Segment from the list below and be one (1) of the first to enter to receive that GIFT at the time listed for that Segment as directed herein and at http://www.DoctorOz.com. Each Gift will be given away at the designated times below on a first-come basis to the first eligible entrants equal to the number of items listed for that particular GIFT. There are between 70-1000 units of each GIFT are available, so no more than 70-1000 (as applicable) eligible entries will be accepted for any GIFT. GIFT winners will receive an email confirmation, notifying them that they are a winner and providing details for how to redeem their GIFT. GIFT redemption, fulfillment and delivery vary depending upon the GIFT and each Promotion Entities’ chosen method of fulfillment. Of course, further into the rules is the line “Only one (1) entry per person, household, e-mail address, and/or phone number will be accepted or eligible to win and receive a GIFT”. It just depends on how they wish to interpret the rules and run their contest. Others have mentioned that they asked this specific question and received a response saying that once they won one prize their other entries would be discarded. So it would appear that one prize per household is the max.

Just received the email notification for Winning the Keurig Vue coffee brewer. {I was starting to lose hope since it was past May 17th.} It indicated that another email will be sent out in a few weeks on how to claim the prize, then within an hour & a half, another email arrived w/exact product description & coupon code, including free shipping. The process was couldn’t have been easier. I hope they all go this smoothly.

We got the Sleepphones and the Massage Mat, and got 2 different emails.
The Mat will be sent in 6-8 weeks apparently and we’ll get an email code of some sort for the Sleepphones. I gasped realizing I had ‘just’ emptied my Spam folder pure negligence. I’m hoping they didn’t get sent out that fast, but judging by comments, I’m assuming not.
What was the email address that they came from? I’m worried that I might have deleted but I’m digging through my “trash” now lol

The emails are sent from “promotions@doctoroz.com” so I’d add this email address to a new contact so you won’t have to search through your spam folder.
