Has anyone else been having trouble with the digital coupons? It seems our Shoprite in Kingston, NY they never come off the grocery order anymore.

it should print a list of digital coupons on your receipt take that and the item to the service desk they will give u back the money for what doesn’t come off.
Yes, it is definitely hit or miss. Sometimes they will come off, but many times they don’t. Only a few of the ecoupons print on the bottom of the receipt, esp. when you download most of the ones available to your card. LOL Since I’ve been shopping at my Shoprite for over 20 years, they believe me at the service desk and refund me whatever the ecoupon was, but it is certainly annoying!
I’m new to Shoprite, or at least I haven’t been to one in a really long time. But I just found one near my job…YAY!!!!! I’m assuming ecoupons don’t double, only the printed / clipped manf ones double? Either way I know this is a freebie, but will the price adjust down or is this a money maker? Also, with the experience shopping at Pathmark (supermarket near my home), I notice that half the time the ecoupons (zavers) don’t come off. I would have to bring my printed list of saved ecoupons to CS and they would give me the money for it. Would this be the case at Shoprite? Thanks!!!
my ecoupons used to never come off. i finally just called the 1-800 number and they sent me a gift card for what didn’t come off and ever since then all my e coupons come off! so if they don’t come off just call the number. i think its 1800-shoprite. not sure tho.

They will not use an E-Coupon along with a manufacture coupon at my shoprite as they say the E-coupon is a manufacture coupon.

Only some print on the bottom of the receipt. My ecoupons don’t always come off. Actually they almost never do. Customer service won’t adjust. I call the 1-800 number and they reimburse me. You need to check your reciept and keep track of the ecoupons from shoprite online as well as saving star, etc. I keep a record with my grocery list of what should come off and throw away the gocery list once i verify it did come off.
I went onto Shop Rite’s ecoupon site and I had the coupon for Krave Cereal selected and used it this past Saturday and it is no longer available, is this the case you can only use the ecoupons once? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I was able to use the 75 cents ecoupon along with a 75 cents Wet Ones coupon this morning. I went thru self checkout and the coupon also doubled.. odd because you’d think it would just be freen not give the overage.
