How do you actually sign up for the panel?
If you click on the link, it will take you to an online survey to see if you qualify. It seems to take a couple days to find out if you can become a panel member.
I just completed the survey. Click on Cindy’s link above. After completing the survey they will notify you in 48 hours if you have been accepted. HTH
