  • is there a limit on the pantene deal on getting the up + rewards??
and can you turn around and use the samee up + reward to keep it rolling??

  • How can you use the hydro refill coupon if you are buying the razor and not the refil like the deal idea?

    • Hi Bri, there is a $4/1 Schick Hydro Razor or Refill coupon coming in tomorrows Smart Source. I think she meant that coupon. HTH!

      • even tomorros paper shows the razor at 2$ and the refill at 4$

        • There are a few razor & refill coupons in the inserts this weekend, I have the following inside the following inserts:

          1 – $2/1 “Venus” disposable
          1 – $2/1 “Venus” Razor or Refill
BUY ONE Gillette Good News or CustomPlus, GET ONE CustomPlus 3/4 count FREE
All of these coupons above were found in the P&G insert that has the pictures of the 3 generation “Moms” on the front cover.

          1 – $1/1 “Schick ” Xtreme3 Hawaiin Tropic Disposable Razor
1 – $4/1 “Schick” Hydro Silk Razor or Refill (THIS IS THE ONE)
          1 – $4/1 “Schick” Hydro Silk Refill
All of these coupons were found in the SmartSource, mine has a picture of an EYE DRx ad on the front with a promotion of “2 pairs for $89″

Could it be possible you were looking at the Venus razor by mistake??? I new that caught my eye first, then I found the other one. Maybe????

Take another look, let me know how you make out. Will check back later, I’m in the middle of “The Downstairs Freezer Stopped Working Crisis”, LOL!!! Good Luck!!

          • I’m getting the paper tomorrow. I didn’t look further when I saw the one in P & G on the insert page! Fingers crossed!!! thanks for taking the time to explain all of that!

            • Your welcome. You can look through the paper and find the SmartSource insert and look through that to make sure the paper you are buying contains the coupon you want ….. before you buy it! ;)
              Good Luck!

  • Does anyone know if Rite Aid +UPR will trigger if you are below the total by 3 cents, like CVS will? I can’t remember. TIA!

    • Unfortunately not – they’re typically very strict. The exception seems to be the monthly deals (spend $30, get $10 kind of thing), where some people have reported getting the monthly UP whilst being a few cents short.

    • Yes they will. I shop RA weekly and if your total is up to .40 below the required amount an up reward WILL print. Also, if you are not buying all in one trip it rounds up this way as well. For example: $11.60 will track on your receipt as $12 where if your total was $11.52 it will track as having $11 towards your purchase requirement. RA almost always has more than 1 limit to their sales and you can roll the limits into each other for less out of pocket. Also, if you use your up reward on your spouses card it goes right through without a problem. Happy RA shopping.

      • WOW!!! Thank you so much Michele for such a detailed explanation! I haven’t shopped RA large +UPRs in awhile, I’ve been just sticking to the small ones. So it’s back to the original plan, yay!

  • Does anyone know the prices for Rimmel Nail polish? I figure it might be a good time to treat myself especially if I can get the Rimmel +Ups and the Nail Extravaganza +Up.

  • Tiffany Smith |

Will the pantene deal give you 2 UPS?

Is is a limit per card?

  • Linda Hughes |

The limit is 2 +UP on the Pantene. I’m just wondering if I can use 2 of the B1G1 and 2 of the $3/2 COUPONS?

  • Thank you!

  • how can you use the video value and another coupon for the visine when the video value says it’s a manufacturers coupon?

  • Does anyone know if there are any scott coupons to go with the TP sale? I thought there was one and I can’t seem to find it. Thanks!

    • I know there were Scott’s coupons in this weeks’ SmartSource inserts.

There were 3. 1 each for wipes, TP, and paper towels.

  • I just did the razor deal and my UP+ did not trigger :-( I bought 2 razors 2 shaving creams and 1 banana boat. I don’t understand why I didn’t get the Up+ reward! When I asked the cashier she said it was because I used coupons. I have never had a problem with this! Anyone else having issues with this deal?

    • I did the same deal no up rewards they said call 1800 rite aid

    • Beth…as Cheri said, just call rite aid. I’ve purchased a few things in the past that should have generated UP rewards, but didn’t. Corporate will ask you for your receipt number, etc. and usually the coupon (it’s not an UP Reward…which works in your favor because it is usually valid for much longer) will be sent to you within the week.

    • NEVER accept the explanation a Rite Aid cashier gives you ;p I’ve learned that I ask here first then I call the 800 #.

Coupons affecting Up+ reward totals, that’s a first.

  • The kids sunglasses are 6.99 and produced the $5 +UP!

  • Anyone get a hard time for trying to use the B1G1 Pantene and the $3 coup? That should be allowed according to the policy, right?

  • I boughy 3 hydro shick and ups did not spring I called rite aid said it gas to e qual $30 exactly

    • I’ve had spotty success with them triggering at/near the total.

I’ve had them work being short a few cents, it makes me wonder if it’s just a simple %. As in, being within 2-3% of the required total vs. a static ‘cent’ amount.

CVS will always be easier in this respect.

  • Quick question ne1. Since RA tracks your purchase, could you buy three razors using the RA coupon in three different transaction and still trigger the UP reward. For example,
    Transaction #1
    Schick: 9.99
    Less: RA $4.00Q
    Less: Manu $4.00Q
    Pay: $1.99
    Transaction #2
    Same as trans. #1
    Transaction #3
    Same as trans. #1
Pay: $5.97 total receive $10.00 UP reward
    Is this possible?

  • There are a lot of Wet N’ Wild products at .99 this week, at regular price. If you are a Gold Wellness member with 20% off, they ring up at .79 each.

There was a $1/1 on Any Wet N’ Wild product in the regional RP this week. I am thinking it was in the RP insert from the NY Daily News, as it was not in the RP from the Easton Express.

Free nail polish and .21 money-maker before tax.

I grabbed 4 for my wife and used the overage to pay the tax (my local RA can’t even scan their own Up+ rewards for some reason, so they key them in manually as coupons.) This allows those to apply toward tax where the system normally won’t allow; just a related thought ;p

    • I got the Wet & Wild coupon too! Must be a tri state area coupon.

    • Hahaha!! Eric in NJ you are not alone with your RA not scanning their own +UP rewards ……….. it’s the exact same thing at mine every time!
