The Friendly’s coupon is for the ice cream cakes. Not sure if they are part of the sale, the picture and description in the ad (on the front page) look like the cartons of ice cream and I’m looking online at the ad and can’t find the ice cream cake.
Just looked at the Reckitt Benkiser promo, and the Finish dishwasher detergent includes Quantum 25 ct. There are .75 coupons inside some of the boxes I have at home. Depending on shelf price, this could be a moneymaker!
So I bought 2 quantum 2/$7 (shelf price $7.99 each) used 2 coupons from product package $.75/1 and received the $5 cat=$1MM Downside–the cats print out and say limit 1 offer with this coupon. Limit 1 coupon per shopping family. When I tried to pay for something else with 2 reckitt benckiser cats the cashier interpreted this language as you can only use one of these cats per transaction per company. So I could use 1 from reynold’s and 1 from reckitt but not 2 from reckitt together. Arggh! I don’t know if anyone else will have this issue, but heads up!
Thanks, Andrea, for reporting in! Good to go in knowing what to expect. Going to self-checkout usually avoids those hassles, although we may need to make sure we do separate transaction if they won’t come off that way. I can do two transactions without anyone bothering me LOL.
i bought 3 colgate kids toothbrushes at $1.99 each but the $0.75/1 coupons I had say DO NOT DOUBLE. Were there other coupons that do double? This was not a money maker for me, however I got them for $1.24 each x 3 and got a $3 catalina so it ended up costing me $0.24 each for the toothbrushes =)
cindy the colgate at a&p is printing two 3.00 coupons one is off your next shopping order the other is 3.00 off your next shopping trip so if you have $.75 coupons you make 4.50 when you buy 3 kids toothpaste or brushs was wrking sat and sun will try again tonight. what a deal
I just tried the Colgate Toothbrush deal and the cashier I got was a coupon nazi! First off the .75 coupons would not double, and they said do not double so she wouldn’t double them, so I told her to forget it, she voided out the toothbrushes and the coupons but at the end of my order i got the Cat for $3.00 anyway! but of course ms. coupon nazi wouldn’t let me use the $3.00 and a $10.00 cat together on the next order!

Checked my boxes and the coupons are in the boxes of Powerball tabs and expire 7/1/12, so glad I checked. May be doing this deal more than once

The Colgate coupons didn’t double for me either but it printed out (2) $3 catalinas!! With NJ’s 7% sales tax, I ended up with a $1.86 MM!
Just an FYI Suave Professionals are not on sale so there is no coupon to combined with the $0.99 sale. bummer
