I can’t get these coupons to print. It’s driving me crazy.
Has anyone besides me been having a problem printing red plum coupons? It works fine on my laptop with Vista, but recently I can’t print on my old desktop with XP. It keeps saying preparing to print, but never does. I don’t really want to fool with the Java settings because Java works fine with other coupon printing such as smart source. Thanking you for any input you might have.
I just used Mozilla Firefox (free download) as browser, instead of IE – no more print problems with RP. HTH
Yes, I have the opposite problem. I cant print on my new laptop only on my old one. Its really annoying because it takes like 10 mins just for the old one to start up. On the new one it looks like its about to print and then i get this message “The applications digital signature has beed verified. Do you want to run the application?” Then I click “RUN” and it says “Failed to validate certificate. The application will not be executed.” And doesnt print anything
Karen, you most likely need to update your Java. They seem to have a new upgrade every few months as of late. It’s more of a pain if you use Chrome
I was having problems printing from Red Plum after updating to the latest Java. I found this article online and followed the directions. And it actually worked! http://java.com/en/download/help/clearcache_upgrade.xml

I am unable to print redplum. I have tried all of the suggestions given. I have updated Java, tried firefox, and visited above link regarding clearcache. I have no clue what to try next??

@Dale I was finally able to print but I had to print only 3 at a time. A little time consuming but well worth it. No clue why but it would not work when I choose all of the coupons at once?
