  • Thanks for the matchups!

  • Thanks Cindy!!! Back to Warminster I go! :-)

    • Me too!!!

      • I don’t what I will do when it’s over…
        They literally see me everyday….lol…
And my kids enjoy the kids club…they think it’s camp!!!!
Maybe I will do a shop for free list…or best deals list…

        • Sorry..
          ” I don’t know what I’ll do”

        • how long are triple coupons going on in warminster?

        • Hi,

I am planning a trip to Warminster and I was wondering how they handle “do not double” coupons. If I have a coupon that states “do not double” will the register triple it anyway?

I just want to know before I go so I do not waste any coupons there! Thanks! :)

          • Alexandra….they cashiers really seem to be watching every coupon you present…
They want the coupons before they start scanning….
They thoroughly check the exp. dates, and every other detail…

I tried getting the Goya seasoning, and used the $.55 dnd 5 coupon..
And sure enough, they didn’t let it go thru…

            But good luck to you…….
If u see someone doing the happy dance in the checkout line…it’s probably me…lol

            • I’m goin on Thursday I will be dancing too…! Lol ;)

              • I agree with Bernell, they ARE watching every coupon and they will NOT double or triple the ones that say DND, even if they start with a 5. But there are still plenty of other awesome deals to be scored!

                • Definitely plenty of deals….
I just go thru all my inserts and find every coupon under 1.00… And try to match up when I get there…
They always seem to have plenty of stock…I went Saturday and they even had pull ups wipes and pampers wipes..although the prices have gone up, but still a good deal with the tripled coupon..

          • was it triple coupons when you went my paper this week says double and all the other weeks it said triple on it

  • Thank you!

  • JerseyCityWoman |

I so look forward for these match-ups! Thanks for much Cindy!

  • JerseyCityWoman |

Oops, excuse the typo! Thanks “so” much! LOL!

  • two questions for the yoplait where did u get coupons from the ones i have say nto valid in nj..and second io went to the lysol site for the coupons and their is no coupons it says to come back on aug. 1st for news

  • Zantac digital coupon expires today so it cant be used with next weeks deal.

  • If you wrote to Edy’s, then you may still have the coupons they sent you for $0.75 off, which will double!

  • I love planning my Sunday shopping with your weekly matchups. Thanks so much.
Having a party this weekend so this will be food shopping twice for me this week

  • Not sure about the yopait cups. What is the point of buying 16 rather than 8?

    • Jess, I see what you mean. If you buy 8 at .50 each, use the .60/8 Q and .40/6 eQ, they are .30 each. Or you could buy 6, use the .40/6 Q and .40/6 eQ, and they are also .30 each.

    • It’s because there’s a $1.25 catalina when you buy 15 or more that was left out. Just make sure to buy only the Original or Thick & Creamy!

  • Thanks for the matchups!

  • The Spaghettios coupon is a Dollar General store coupon.
It is not a manufacturer’s coupon and has a barcode that starts with “X.”

  • Did anyone find the $2/2 Kellogg’s ecoupon? I’ve been looking for days. Maybe it’s gone ;o(

    • Eileen, the $2/2 ecoupon came out a while ago. If you didn’t clip it when it came out, it’s probably not available anymore. But if you clipped it back then, it hasn’t expired yet.

  • Don’t forget about the $1/2 McCormick grinders!! 0.49 each!

  • The Zantac coupon is $2/1. Am I missing the $5/1?

  • Hormel coupon is dead. too bad b/c we needed hormel chili!!!!

  • Scotties link says ‘PROGRAM HAS ENDED’. Such a buzz kill!!

    • Sorry about that Matthew, it looked like it was available but once you keep clicking, I see it’s gone :(

  • What does it mean if ” Psa” is next to an item?

  • There is another Garnier deal you can do:

    Buy 4 Garnier Shampoo & Conditioners $2.49
    Buy 1 Garnier $2.99
    Total $12.95 ($15.45 ppp)
Use 4 $1.00/1 Garnier Shampoo or Conditioner Coupon (coupons.com)
    Use 1 $1.00/1 Garnier Styler Coupon ( coupons.com)
    Get $5.00 Catalina
Pay $2.95 or $0.59 wach wyb5 after coupons and catalina

  • I couldn’t find the Cabot coupon for the Aged Cheddar at 30303. Anyone else find it?

Common Kindness has a .75 off 4 YoCrunch on their Grocery 3 page.

  • Colgate toothpaste is a DND

  • Cindy I have a question regarding coupons from common kindness. I printed 6 smartfood coupons and purchased 3 of the hummus 2 weeks ago and we loved them so much I used the rest today. when I went to thier site for soda coupons I noticed at the top it now states “Only 1 print per person allowed these cpns are linked to your acct and if you use more then 1 etc etc etc” I am now concerned about using cpns all together from that site and the 6 I already used

    • I think that they realized that they need a better way to restrict additional printing of their coupons. The old way they were printing as a sort of PDF coupon and people could easily print more then one. It seems they made some changes to correct that. Don’t worry about the 6 you already used but from now on it seems that you can only print 1 coupon per common kindness account.

  • Thanks Cindy as always for the great match ups!

Has anyone had any problem getting their SR to accept internet coupons with the new barcodes? I tried the food tastes so good Qs last week for $1 and they wouldn’t scan and the cashier said there was no way to manually enter. They called the Mgr over and they said they would not accept it. This transaction doesn’t bother me so much – it’s the implications of the future transactions. I would say about half of the IPs I printed tonight were the new versions so I am dreading finding out none will scan. Is it just me? This was SR of West Chester PA.

    • Hi Claire,
I totally understand your concern. That is indeed bad news, if they stick to this policy. I am shopping mostly at the Blue Bell & Philadelphia stores owned by Brown and have not have any trouble with the new bar code. I am sorry to hear about your trouble in WC – I really do (did) like that store…. Let’s hope it was just a fluke… Maybe next time it will be different (?) Best of luck!

      • I shop there all the time and have had quite a few issues with their acceptance of coupons, esp internet printables. I can tell you that I have used plenty of coupons that contained the new barcode. I also have found that things won’t scan one time and the next time they do do sometimes I find it is how the cashier scans them at times.

    • Sometimes the cashier uses the hand held scanner on the new bar codes…it will scan easier on that than the machine scanner….suggest that next time. Good luck!!

    • At my SR (Eddystone, PA) they won’t accept and coupons that don’t scan without beeps. They say it is due to fraud, that they are sent what coupons are valid and any others they won’t take. Often this means they won’t take any printable SS or RP coupons at ALL. I just go in knowing that some of my coupons might be rejected for no apparent reason.

  • Thanks for the match-ups.

  • Curious to find out if there will be any new catalinas starting Monday that would make some of this week’s sales any better! I’m not overly impressed with week 1 of Can Can!!!

  • For anyone who is interested, the Trans-Ocean Imitation Crabmeat link let me print again (last printed about a month ago), so, it must have re-set.

  • Thank you Cindy. Your matchups are such a help.

  • I’m confused about the Tony’s, the coupon says original crust but the crispy crust in on sale.

    • I didn’t even realize they were different and I had no problem using the original crust coupon on the crispy crust pizzas today.

  • In Wharton, nj there is a peelie for the hefty products. $5 MIR! Makes them $.21 each after coupons and MIR!!!

Also, there’s a .75/1 borden SENSATION cheese coupon. The sensation cheese IS included in the sale this week ($1.99)…so $.49 after coupon!

Happy grilled cheese for ALL!!!!!! Hehehehehe!!

  • There is a SR eccoupon for $1/off Garnier Moisturizer!

  • Just back from SR:
The Cabot Aged Reserve cheese is included in the sale, however, it is 6 ounces versus the other types at 8 oz.
The Garnier deal worked off the pre-Price Plus cost. I got three shampoos and one conditioner (ppp $2.99) for $2.49 each and one styling gel ( ppp $3.49) for $2.99 and received the $5.00 catalina.
For the first time, all of my internet coupons had to be reviewed by the Cashier supervisor. Also, for the first time, she said she would take my coupons “this time” but in the future, the picture must print fully!! I use draft b & w so some of the pictures are very faint or don’t show at all. I have a stock in my binder so this will be interesting in the future!

  • Just got back from Warminster and I am happy to report that I did both the yoplait and yocrunch deals and both generated a $1.25 Catalina. Also, this store does carry the Cabot Aged Reserved Cheddar.

    • A catalina for $ off your next order? How many of each did you buy to get that?

      • At my ShopRite, the Yoplait $1.25 Catalina is generated by purchasing 15 cups. I am in Orange County, NY.

      • The catalina for the yoplait ends today, 7/8. It is for buy (15-19) & get 1.25 or buy 20 or more get a $2 catalina off your next order. Not sure about the yocrunch cat though.

        • Thanks for the info Stacey! Looks like I’m yogurt shopping today. I have the .40 saved SR ecoupon and it’s also saved in my Savingstar account, so curious to see if they both come off!

      • I just bought 8 YoCrunch @ .60 each, used 2 of the $1/4 printables, and got a $1 Cat from Yoplait :) Wasn’t expecting that one so I don’t have any details :/

      • I bought 16 yoplaits and 10 yocrunch.

        • do you know if the 10 yocrunch have to be in one trip?
i bought 16 yoplait and got the oyno coupon, but only 5 of the yocrunch because i didn’t know there was an oyno deal associated w/ it! bummer!

        • I just got back from Shoprite. I bought 15 Yoplait and received (2) $1.25 catalinas. I’m gonna go on a hunch and say if there’s a catalina ending today, and if there’s a catalina running through August 5th or so (the sign read that), maybe that’s why I got it twice? I used the $.40/6 and .50/6 coupons from this Sunday’s paper. My ecoupon did not come off. Still, that’s about $.22 a cup!

          • Yes, I think it might have been a double dip that ended yesterday (Sunday). Bummer I missed that!

          • I went to Shoprite yesterday, bought 8 YoCrunch, hoping to get a $1 catalina like Michelle, and did not :( I’m in Phila., PA.

  • Just a heads up. There’s a coupon at Recycle Bank for the Blue Diamond Almonds.

    Blue Diamond®…
$1.50 Off Two 6 oz. Cans or Larger

  • Karen,
The Nutley Shop Rite is sooo annoying they bring every coupon to the manage to approve it and go over every one with a fine toothcomb. It takes me double the time to check out. I get so annoyed because I usually have 20 coupons + for my order. I honestly sometimes go to the neighboring town with the coupons because its worth it for less of the hassle.

Can anyone tell me how long the Can Can Sale lasts ? Two weeks ?

Thanks for the deal Cindy !

I got a Twinings coupon 50 cents off their site a few weeks ago and will use it this week to make the tea $1 if my math is correct lol no morning caffeine yet !

  • Opps Cindy posted that Twinings. It would be 1.50 not to confuse anyone. Time to make coffee !!

  • The yoplait yogurt printable coupons say (Void in LA, NV, NJ, ND & TN) :(

    • I am not liking that we can’t use these in NJ. However, at
yocrunch(dot)com, they have printables that do not have that exclusion and I just used them in NJ :) They are listed under “special offers”.

  • fisher boy deal of the day yesterday was for free french fries..
and just printed it 2 minutes ago

  • Why is the yoplait coupons void in NJ? I have never seen that before for youplait. Is there one that is valid in NJ that I am missing? thanks!

Thanks Cindy for all your hard work!

    • It has to do with dairy regulations. I’ve used them in NJ before though, without any problems!!!

      • same with me, it says it on the site but when I print it it says void in nj if transfered in very small print

        • Thanks! I just don’t ever remember seeing for NJ before. Its on my list so I may try . Some cashiers can be picky so we will see :-)

          • Will the stores get reimbursed for these dairy coupons that say not valid in NJ? I have one for the free Iced coffee that they sent me here in NJ- but I’m afraid to use it and then I thought but will they get their money or not? (It does not say anywhere on the coupon not valid in NJ) but when I signed up for it, it said not valid in NJ but they still sent it to me. I’ll be away this weekend so I’ll use it in NY. or can I use it in NJ?

            • The stores won’t get money for those type of dairy coupons. It’s a state law, whether the coupon states it plainly or not. Hence why all coupons include the phase, void where prohibited.

              • oh really, so you can’t use dairy coupons in NJ. i think you better do some research about that…

    • It’s really annoying! They shouldn’t make them available in those zip codes if they aren’t valid in those areas.

  • I’ve not used e coupons before
Can I use an e coupon plus a mfg coupon on the same item???
Many thanks for any help you can give me

    • yes you can. e coupon is a store coupon and you can use mfg coupons with store coupons

    • Yes but they do not double and you can only use once

    • According to various posts over the last few months, people have gotten mixed results. Sometimes they work with paper manufacturer coupons, and, sometimes they don’t. eCoupons ARE manufacturer coupons with the exception of those that are actually for “ShopRite” house brand products.

It is probably best not to factor them into your savings, beforehand, then, if they do come off, consider it a bonus. Some stores seem to have set their computers/registers to not accept them if there are paper coupons used, so, it is best if you test it out before presuming they will work at your particular store.

Also note: eCoupons do not double, and, they can only be used once. When clipping/loading them, make sure you are actually logged/signed into your online account, otherwise, that can cause problems, also.

      • I agree. I had a problem with the ecoupon for the $2/2 Kelloggs cereal when I used MFR coupons also. Even went to customer service and they told me they have no idea how the ecoupons work. I showed him on my phone that it was in my account and they said there was nothing I could do. :(

    • I always use ShopRite ecoupons in conjunction with paper coupons. The only times I seem to have had difficulty getting the ecoupon to come off is occassionally if I buy the wrong item-it must be an EXACT match to work (like if I buy 15 Zantac instead of 24 OR if the coupon is for a “cool mint” variety and I buy something else). These coupons can be VERY item specific. I always watch the register when I’m using them, however, to make sure they come off and I always print the list of my ecoupons before I head to the store. If the ecoupon doesn’t come off on the register, I point it out right away. Usually customer service will make it right with cash or something. HOWEVER, I do not find the same situation with the Cellfire ecoupons specifically (from the Cellfire site as opposed to the ShopRite site). The Cellfire site coupons are a little more spotty whether they come off or not and most often, ShopRite employees say they have NO control over the Cellfire ones (even though I believe Cellfire operates the ShopRite ecoupons too).

      • I agree with Lori, the ecoupons are very specific and will not come off if you don’t have the exact size, flavor, etc. They come off as you are scanning your items, so it doesn’t affect your paper coupons which you don’t do until the end of your order. Customer service is never able to help if something doesn’t come off, but I always call Shoprite’s customer service and they send me SR coupons to cover it. I also always take a printout with me to make sure I get exactly the right item.

  • For the Pepsi deal – (Must Buy 5, $10 Additional Purchase Required). Is that before or after coupons?
    Thanks

  • Just a heads up if anyone has the $2 off one Edy’s ice cream catalina. I posted this in the SR Preview Deals and a bunch of you had it also. It printed out for me about a month and a half ago at Shoprite, and also at Pathmark. But Edy’s is $2.50 this week at SR, so that makes $.50 ice cream!

  • Thanks!

  • Thx for Matchups! I was just there and safest choice eggs are on sale again for $1.99. With the .75off coupon makes them 0.50 per dozen! Expiration aug 18.

  • elizabeth Harwood |

Bought 2 Cinnamon Raisin Bran Almond and got the $2/2 Kelloggs ecoupon on my receipt. A .82 money maker after 2 .70 coupons from inserts this weekend

  • The Mott’s for Tots line is included in the sale.

  • zest body wash bye one get one free $359 use to 1 doller off coupons
    making it $159 for two

  • at price choper

  • thanks, cant wait to see next weeks ad b4 i go

  • How do the ecoupons work and can you use them multiple times?

    • Steve, you have to load them to your Price Plus card before you make a purchase and then they automatically come off when you scan the item. You can use the paper coupon with the ecoupon as well. You can only use ecoupon once, so once it comes off, it disappears from your account. Hope that helps!

  • FYI, I was able to print 4 coupons from Hefty’s Facebook page! Nice glitch! Happy shopping!

    • Same Here. 4 from facebook and 2 from the redplum website.

      • Be careful with print limit glitches. The same thing happened to me when I printed Morning Star Farm coupons a while back. I thought it was great. Then I took them to the store and was accused of photo copying them because they all had the same PIN/ID number. So the glitch might give you more coupons, but pay close attention to make sure the individual PIN/ID numbers are different on each one so you aren’t accused of fraud.

  • does anybody know if the Purina’s Friskies Plus is included in the 20 for $9.00 deal? if so, there is a coupon in 4/29 SS for 50 cents off of 6, making it 20 for $6.00!

  • Did anyone else get baby product coupons from the catalina machine? I received a store coupon for $3/1 any diapers and I have a $3/1 pampers box coupon. Can I use than together?

  • ‘any McCormick grinders, black pepper, bac’n pieces OR salad toppings’. Exp 10/31/12. I don’t want to endorse ‘one’ particlar eBay seller, but shipping was from New Hampshire. It was definitely NOT from a Sunday insert because the actual coupon was thick and felt glossy. There was a recipe on the back. HTH!

  • Which Quaker cereal is on sale for 1.99? I’m not seeing in my flyer or Shoprite from Home.

  • Wesson Oil was 2.99 at my store with a sign saying that the 2/$4 price in the ad was a misprint.

  • coupon network website has a 75cents off 5 yocrunch yogurts.

  • I bought the 12 ct ZzzQuil for $4.49 yesterday. The e-coupon did not come off. Not sure why since it doesn’t specify a size restriction.

    • Mine did not come off as well, I just got home and realized it…

    • Is there a way to contact customer service or have to go in-store….

      • When my Tums Freshers Ecoupon didn’t come off, I went to customer service, but even though they are almost always great there, in this case, I got not help because I had used a paper coupon – so they simply assumed that I can only use one coupon per product… perhaps that’s true. Usually, my ecoupons do come off.

      • I bought the z-quil and the e coupon did not come off, I called customer service today and they told me that if I used a manf coupon that the ecoupon would not work because it is a manf coupon also. I bought the treasure cave cheese and both the ecoupon and manf coupon did work. When I told the cust serv rep she told me they were updating their systems and in the future only 1 of the coupons will be taken off.

    • Mine didn’t come off either and I usually never have a problem with ecoupons.

      • I went into My ShopRite and then to Messages & Savings. This shows the ecoupons in further detail. It says it’s good on the 8 oz liquid or 20 ct capsules. The one for $4.49 is 12 ct.

  • What is the rain check policy with most ShopRite stores? I always go to Shelton, CT and never have had any issues yet today in Stratford they would not give me a raincheck on the Davidson’s eggs because it “wasn’t advertised in the circular”

  • Does anyone know if Shoprites in South Jersey have the Pillsbury Pink Lemonade variety in stores and is actually included in the sale? It doesn’t show up on the Shoprite from Home search, so I wasn’t sure.

    • I have yet to see the Pillsbury Pink Lemonade in ANY store including ShopRite…I am starting to think that there is no Pillsbury Pink Lemonade products at all

  • The scotch brite .50/1 coupon did not double for me, just noticed it when i got home

  • Yeah, I noticed that the Scotch Brite coupon did not double. Also, the Tums Freshers’ Ecoupon did not come off. They were sold out of the Davidsson’s eggs, so I got a rain check. But other than those two coupon stumbles, I did great. I spent $30 and saved $70 today!

  • e-coupons that came off for me while using additional paper coupons:
$.50/2 Betty Crocker fruit snacks (used two $.60/1 Mott’s Medleys coupons)
$2/2 Kellogg’s cereals (used two $.70/1 Raisin Bran Cinnamon Almond coupons)
$.40/6 Yoplait (used two $.60/8 coupons)
e-coupons that didn’t come off while using additional paper coupons:
    $2/Zzzquil (used $2 coupon)

I thought the Osteo Bi-Flex e-coupon also didn’t come off, but then I realized it was off an 80ct or higher and the ones that were on sale for $7.99 were only the 40ct Double Strength and the 50ct Triple Strength. Used the $3.75 coupon for that though. I also couldn’t find any discrepancies for the Zzzquil e-coupon.

Additionally, I failed to notice the Yoplaits on sale for $.50 were only the Original and Smooth & Creamy, so it hurt buying 16 Whips at $.75 a pop, despite the $.40 e-coupon, two $.60/8 coupons and $1.25 catalina that popped out.

  • Laura Matthews |

Heads up! Shop Rite has the Girl Scout Nestle Crunch bars for .79. Coupon from this weekends circular is .72/2. Doubled coupon would mean 2 bars for .08!

  • Jenni O Turkey Bacon is on sale for 2/$5, and butterball turkey bacon is 3/$5. There are peelies on the Jenni O brand, .5 off ANY brand turkey bacon. I used those for my Butterball, and scored 2 packages for $.57 each at Shoprite.

Oh and I did not see one Pink Lemonade Pillsbury item.

  • .55 off, which doubled to $1.10. SORRY FOR THE TYPO!

  • This week I bought two boxes of the Motts fruit snacks for $2 each, used two .60 coupons (that doubled), the SR ecoupon for .50/2 came off, and I just got an email from SavingStar that my .50 was deposited for buying GM fruit snacks! So total cost .30 each!

  • I also wanted to mention that I bought a package of Bar-S cold cuts for $2.49, used the $1 printable coupon, and the $1 ecoupon came off. .49 cold cuts!

  • Hi,

I have a question regarding the zantac ecoupon. I know I loaded it to my shop-rite card on Sunday, but unfortunately I didn’t print a list of my coupons. When I purchaded the zantac on Monday, the $5.00 ecoupon didn’t come off. Today I looked at the shop-rite website, the coupon is gone from the site and my list. Now I have no proof that I had it. I called the shop-rite 800 # and they can’t help me because it no longer shows up on their site. Did anyone else have this problem?

    Thanks Karen

    • As far as I know, the zantac eCoupon had expiry date of 7/7/2012 (which was Saturday). That’s probably why it disappeared. HTH

      • Thanks A.R. I don’t remember the expiration date, but Cindy had it in the list of good deals for this week with ecoupons. Maybe she didn’t realize the exp. date when she posted it.

  • A few years ago, before Extreme Coupon show, I would have said all praises about my Brooklawn Shoprite, even though they will never fully double coupons. I never had any problems there until that show, but now I get hassled if I want more than one Hydro razor on a raincheck (we know we are generally allowed 4, unless specified otherwise in ad, but they know we are getting them free and I guess get mad or something) and now the coupon under the magnifying glass thing. I really have no problem (even though we waited 10 minutes to get an approval) with someone double checking with the frontend manager, but when I see the frontend manager give me a dirty look from behind the frontend station as she checks my coupon I have a problem with that. Has anyone else ever felt like they were being treated badly here, or is it just me? By the way, I am genuinely polite to the employees, I bag my own stuff, all of my coupons are always legit, what is not to love about that?

    • It depends what employees you deal with but I have always been able to use all of my coupons and rainchecks though some employees do check with manager first. As long as you are legit, there is nothing to worry about!

  • Cindy:
I’m new at this. Can’t get Red Plum to print. what can I do?
    Janet

    • I also can’t get it to print on Firefox like I use to. I remember someone posting a link to “Repair” Red Plum 1-2 weeks ago. I’ve been looking for that post and can’t seem to find it. Could anyone please resend it. Much appreciated!!!

      • First, close your Internet browser (IE, Firefox, etc).
Click the Start menu and select Control Panel.
In Control Panel, select “Programs”, and then click “Java”. This opens the Java Control Panel.
Under the “Temporary Internet Files” section, there is a button called “Settings”. Click this button.
Another window pops up called “Temporary Files Settings”.
Click the “Delete Files” button. This will not hurt your computer – you’re clearing out a bunch of older files you no longer need.
When finished, close the Java Preferences windows. Restart your browser and try printing again.

  • Ugh! Just put together a large trip and was disappointed when checking out to find that my 2 Delaware ShopRites only double up to a dollar total. So, all of my .75 coupons only took off an additional .25, etc. Bummer. Still got some great deals, so not totally disappointing. Just could have been so much better. Oh well, now I know!

    • Jolene, I did that too. I live in NJ where my stores fully double, but was shopping in DE. Realized after that they only double up to $1. Live and learn :)

  • Maybe it’s operator error, but how do I get that Cadbury ice cream coupon to print on Facebook? I don’t see how to get my photo uploaded and start the process. When I check “agree,” a window pops up and immediately closes.

    Thanks for the help.
