It seems that some people received a Target coupon and some received a manufacturer coupon. My insert had only had a manufacturer coupon in that insert
My trenton times had the regular coupon and the other papers that i buy bucks county courier times were target coupons, I only have 1 of the manufactors coupons
Also, Almay costmetics will be BOGO 50% off, and I heard the Red coupon machine gonna spit out $4/$12 costmetic purchase, and if you scored a $5/2 Almay color costmetics coupon from the red machine, that would make for some pretty cheap makeup. Add a mfg coupon even sweeter. Trying to locate one.
