Not sure if I did it correctly. I signed up for the account, and then I got a welcome email a few minutes, but the email did not contain a $10 coupon or link to it? Does it come later after the first email?
Takes 24-48 hours to get the coupon. The coupon will most likely be the in the third email you receive from Lowes.

Lowe’s also takes manufacturer coupons in the stores…..if any of you are ebates.com users i have a better site for you to use….ebates.com does 2.5% but topcashback.com does 6.5% and 5% on appliances. If anyone wants an extra $5, I can email you the link! you can turn your $10 into $15!!

Thank you! Excited to see what kind of deals I can get by stacking coupons with this! Not only does my Lowe’s sell paper towels, they also sell cleaning products, hand soap, air fresheners and pet products. Maybe some nice Swiffer deals if anyone has the latest coupon book that was mailed from P&G!
It says you can’t use this coupon with any other coupons (I was hoping to do the same thing you were!) but at least 10 free dollars is 10 free dollars!

Keep a watch on your emails from Lowe’s. I got the email twice so far with the link for the $10 off $10 coupon. It states that once it is used, if you print it again, the code on it is only valid once. Well, the second email’s coupon is a different code! So 2-$10 coupons, woohoo!!!!
I received my email for my coupon, but when I click on get coupon it takes me to the Lowes site so does anyone know how I can print the coupon?

My coupon was there
I signed up at 10am on Fri, Sep 8, got the registration is complete e-mail but not the $10 coupon. Its been more than 48 hrs for me.
correction, I signed up Fri Sep 7 at 10am. Almost 72 hrs now and no coupon. I e-mailed Lowes requesting a status and have not heard back yet.
I recall in the past folks on comcast.net (me!) were not getting some mails and I wonder if that is the case now. Anyone else on comcast that is not getting the coupon?

I was able to sign up using two different email accounts for two coupons. Brought them to my local Lowe’s today and the clerk said they weren’t valid. After several minutes of discussing with the manager, they did finally honor them! Frustrating!
Im attempting to use mine online and they’re saying the same thing…they’ve already been redeemed! I think lowes used a flawed coupon number system that was easily hacked by any crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t forget about the 10% off coupon that’s always available at the post office with their “change of address” form. Home Depot also honors Lowes coupon.

I signed up Sept 7 at 10am, got registration complete mail nothing else, waited 48hrs, sent 1 e-mail, then another and no response back. I called
1-800-445-6937 just now and talked to a very nice Lady Deena who acknowledged that they had been having problems, took my info and promised to address the issue but to expect to wait 48hrs for a response. We’ll see what happens.
I recommend if you didn’t get the coupon to call and tell them.
Update on my situation, after calling 1-800-445-6937 this afternoon, I got the $10 off $10 coupon this evening. I went to lowes.com and plugged it in the promotional code field and it says ‘An invalid promotional code was entered’ BUT I see on the coupon it says ‘Save on your next in-store purchase’ so I’m hoping that is why it doesn’t work online. I guess I’ll find out soon enough.
I just got off the phone and they read me the numbers off for a promo code and told me to go to lowes with the promo code since I never got it in my email. This sounds silly. I go there with a piece of paper that I wrote down numbers on. I don’t know!
