Recipe: Mallomar Graham Cracker Cupcakes

I know you guys were like me and stocked up on Mallomars last week at ShopRite!  We LOVE this seasonal treat in our house.  We usually just eat our Mallomars straight of the microwave (for just 5 seconds!), however if you’re looking for something else to do with these delicious cookies, check out this awesome recipe for Mallomar Graham Cracker Cupcakes.  Wow, these look amazing!

Mallomar Graham Cracker Cupcake Recipe:

Ingredients:

• any packaged cake mix
• 1 package Mallomars

Directions:

• Bake cupcakes according directions on packaged cake mix. 
• Once cupcakes are done. Top each cupcake with a Mallomar.  Put back in oven just until Mallomar begins to melt.  Remove from pan carefully and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
