  • Heads up – Up rewards now automatically get sent to your card!

Taken from for the mommas.com you can OPT OUT!! :::

Just a reminder, the +UP Rewards are now being loaded directly to your Rite Aid Wellness card starting today -if you have not opted out.

If you haven’t opted out of the new Rite Aid Load2Card feature, just a quick update on how your +Up Rewards will look. At the bottom of your receipt, you will get a print out of what +UP Rewards you earn. (see photo)

As a reminder, your +UP Reward will not be valid until 6 am the next day.

To OPT out, you can call customer service, do an online chat or at the register.

I am curious to hear what you decided to do? Opt Out or use the Load2Card feature?

  • if you share your card you better opt out!!!!!!

  • i think i will try to opt out.

  • Yeah me too, there is no way i want the computer deciding what rewards to use.

  • walmart will price match. even when you opt-out you still dont get your reward until the following day.

  • walmart will price match. even when u opt-out u still wont get ur rewards until the following day

  • Anyone else notice the sudden increase in $1 UP rewards? Quite a coincidence there are more low-value up rewards the week after they change it so you have to run back to the store to use them. Rite Aid, do you think couponers are stupid?

  • I’ve stayed in so far, let’s see how it goes. just an fyi, i was able to use the ups (on card) on clearance items too.

  • how will the video values track on your card all these ecouponsvare annoying

  • I have opted out and the UP rewards print out with my receipt, there is no delay in receiving them. I did not like the new system, as it is requires too much additional time online managing the rewards.

  • Opted out asap. Can’t do rollovers unless you want to go back again after 6am the next day and the next, etc. if you have multiple transactions!

  • I Opted out yesterday & today my UPR’s printed on the receipt.

  • Cant get the green works coupon…directions anyone?

  • Does anyone know if the “Gillette Fusion, ProGlide MACH3 or Venus Razor” deal applies to Gillette Fusion ProGlide?

    Thanks!

  • Lysol power and free rang up at $4.99, they honored the sale price and coupons of course but no UP+ reward. Was told this time to call 1800RITEAID for the fix (last time the manager gave me the cash). Hoping theyll be able to load the UP+’s to my account.

    • It worked for me. I bought two of the 22oz size and they rang up as $2.79 and I got my +UP rewards. I also saw on the shelf that there was a 24 oz size, and then checked the flier and the flier says 22oz for the sale price. I hope that helps! :)

  • I have opted out because they automatically take out the +UPs as if they’re a regular manufacturer coupon! I was trying to do the ban and almay deal earlier this week and wasnt able to use my coupons I brought because since the +UPs were taken off right off the bat off from the REGULAR retail price not even sale price, it brought my total down too low before I even got to use my coupons meaning that it did take it off regular retail price. I was pretty annoyed but couldnt do a thing about it. Hope everyone reads this and opts out because RA is taking away your +UPs just like that without you even having control over it! I wouldve understood had it taken off the +UPs after the sale price but it did it right off the bat.

    • You can get around that by waiting to give them your card until last. Give your coupons after your items are scanned, your coupons will come off then once they’ve come off, give them your card and the sale price and UPs will come off as they should.

  • Can someone explain the Campbells soup deal? In my figures I would have to buy 14 cans to reach the over $10 mark. $10.50 – (.40/2 x 7 …in other words $2.80)= 7.70 – $3 UP reward comes to $4.70 divided by the 14 cans comes out to .33 and a half cents per can. Am I doing something wrong?

    • You are correct Cathy, according to my calculations anyway. I think the above deal was calculated on wyb 10 products, not $10 of product. Good catch!

      • Found some coupons on the Campbells website also. I think they were $1 off of 5 cans for the chicken noodle and tomato. I think it comes out the same at .33 cents?

  • Trying to get set up to do the Dove deal only to find out that the 12 oz. body wash is on sale not the 18 oz. The video values coupon is for the 18 oz. only. Yep, Rite Aid is starting to bum me out too :(

  • Check your email. The sept.,wellness newsletter had a $3 off 2 Lysol coupon.

  • Please somebody, let me know about THIS…. The manager in Clark tells me that they won’t accept manufacturer coupons along with a RA Video value coupon because they are both manufacturer coupons. I called 1800RiteAid and customer service said the same thing.

    • It’s just awful when they don’t know their own policy! You can print a copy of the RA coupon policy from Cindy’s site. The button is located on the right hand side of this page above the search button. Click there and then find RA and click again, you can print it. It will state “exactly” how multiple coupons are allowed. The RA coupons will have two different codes, I think RC and something else.

Bring that along and then see what they say, you can always tell them to scan it if they don’t believe you, it should go through their system. Good Luck!!

      • That Rite Aid coupon policy linked on Living Rich is from 2011 but there is a newer version dated April 2012 that should replace it.

  • I”m about to head back, because I finally scanned some recent coupon circulars, and see a great deal on Thermacare, which we use often.

Selling for 6.99 per 3 pack, so will buy 4

    - 3 x $1.00 Manufacturers coupons (from 8/26 RP and SS)
    - $10 UP reward (when you buy $25)
    - $10 when you buy 3 mail-in-rebate in 8/26 RP and SS

So should be about $5 for 4 packages.

Will also look for the socks, and roll the $4 of UPs from yesterday’s trip, which I made before discovering these two deals!

    • Worked perfectly…I almost messed up because I forgot about the 10% off due to Wellness Plus, but 4 boxes still just barely got me over the $25 mark. So after UP, MC, and MIR, I got 4 boxes of Thermacare for just over $2!

  • I called 1800 and opted out on the program. My rewards are now printing at the bottom of my receipt. And if you already loaded your rewards on the card and you want to use the rewards the next day, make sure you have your coupons be scan first and then last is your card. Or else, the system will deduct your rewards right away and there will no more rooms for your coupons. Its an FYI.

  • I called 1800 and opted out on the program and I was able to used my card and my rewards are now printing at the bottom of my receipt.
FYI. In case your rewards were loaded on the card, please make sure to have your coupons be scan firt and then your card. If you let the cashier do your card first, the system will automatically deduct your stored rewards and the next thing, there will be no room to accomodate your coupons. Hope this helps.

    • I wish i saw this post before i went, they took all my rewards off first($5 uprs) when i really should’ve only used $2….*sigh* opted out now so hopefully I don’t run into that again but man what a waste.

  • I didn’t notice anyone ask this question – but I’d like to try and opt out of the new UP rewards loading onto my card. However, I’ve already got rewards on my card now. If I opt out and go back to the old way, will I lose the rewards that are on my card currently? Does anyone know? I went there today to opt out of the new format, but since I had UP rewards on there, they didn’t know if I would lose it or not. Thanks.

  • Bought 11 bottles of Wet n Wild nailpolish BOGO 50% off

    Deal:

    6 @ .99 = 5.94
    5 @ .49 = 2.45
    —-
    $ 8.39 – $8 = .39

Used (8) $1.00 coupons from Sundays RP 9/9
    Rcvd back $3 UPR

    $2.61 MM !

  • Searching SS for the $7 allegra coupon and can’t seem to fine one… anyone else? am i just blind?

    • Christine, I get two papers delivered and the $7 Allegra coupon was only in one of them :(

      • Michelle, I have several Allegra $7/1 which I wont use. If you need, let me know since we live in same town:) I reside by the CVS on Route 1

        • Cindy F, thanks so much for the offer, but I don’t think I need more. It’s nice to know there are other couponers in the area! Can’t wait for the BJ’s to open :)

  • My Riteaid had some packs of nononsense socks on clearance 50% off. Regular $4.99 on sale for $2.50. Buy two packs and you get a $5up =free socks. Limit two ups. I got womens colored (pink, green and blue) no show 3 pack but they also had some others as well as mens socks.

  • can there be different sale price of the same product at two different RiteAid in NJ. I bought the Nononsense socks but it shows the price of $5.49 when ringed at the cashier counter. When in one of the comments above it is written the sale price is $4.99 and was on clearance on 50% but here there was no such clearance sale but atleast the reular sale price shouldn’t differ.
what happened to the Wellness plus card discount. So what I mean here is , is the regular sale price same for the member as well as non-member then why would we have signed up for the card?

    • The Wellness Plus Card discount is never applied on sale items, only full price.

I went to three separate Rite Aids to find the sale socks and clearance socks. All of the stores inventory was very very different, as well as all of the prices. It was confusing at the time so I had to make the extra trips to find what I was looking for. Also, socks were scattered all throughout the store in each store. Definitely had to hunt for this deal!
