Print out BJ’s coupon policy. Go to BJs.com and scroll to the very bottom right hand side and click on Help. Type Coupons in the search bar and click on the guidelines for using more than 1 coupon (the very first link).
What are the guidelines for using more than one coupon?
If showing the coupon policy does NOT work(make sure to print out the examples as well), ask to speak to a manager. This happened to me last month in NY with bounty paper towels and lysol wipes. The assistant manager refused so I asked to speak to “THE MANAGER” in charge. The manager in charge said absolutely because that is their store policy (1 bjs coupon and 1 manufacturers coupon per barcode within a package that can be seen…if they can’t see the multiple barcodes, then they can only accept 1 manufacturers coupon for the item). She then spoke to everyone in customer service, the assistant manager and the cashier that I dealt with (in front of me in a professional manner). That was the first time in 10 years I ever had a problem at BJs and hopefully my last. HTH
I had an issue at self checkout with the coupons, should you be using the manufacture coupon first ??? thanks !
It doesn’t matter which order you give your coupons. Unfortunately, the register will only scan 1 coupon per item (whether it’s a manufacturer coupon or a BJs coupon). The cashier will have to manually put the other coupons through. If you go through self checkout, someone with a scan card has to input any extra coupons. If you go with a cashier, the cashier will have to press a certain key to say it’s ok to use the extra coupons. Either way, per BJs coupon policy, you are allowed to use 1 BJs coupon AND 1 manufacturers coupon per “barcode” per item.
does anyone know of a way to know what the weekly coupons are they have in the store. i would like to know befor i go its a long drive to bjs for me
go to bjs.com and click on In Club Coupons — you will have to create a log in, but they are all right there!
