  • Has anyone tried to redeem this? It says that the credit was applied to my account, but when I go to purchase a Kindle Fire for $159 I do not see the $5 discount any where on my order. I don’t want to hit the “place order” button and hope that it’s there because I don’t see it.

  • Ooo. I was just on Amazon admiring a couple of scarves. Ebates has 4% back on some Amazon departments…. clothes, jewelry, not Kindles, MP3, etc

  • It’s gone.

    • This Promotion Has Ended
Thank you for visiting. We are glad to see customers are taking advantage of deals from Black Friday Week. Unfortunately, all coupons were claimed and the promotion has ended. Stay tuned for new deals this holiday season.
hmmm Sandy was responsible for water surrounding my house going through my lowest level, totaling my car because of the salt water, no power for 8 days and when the power did come on my fridge now doesn’t work, my retirement investment condo on the beach in Ortley (ground zero) was destroyed, my 25 year old son who was living there for the winter now has shingles, my step-father died last week, I need to buy a wedding gown for my daughter….so tell me why does not getting this $5 credit bother me?????

      • Your post reminds me of this quote my mother had hanging up:
“It isn’t the mountain ahead that wears you out; it’s the grain of sand in your shoe”
I ams sorry to hear of all that you are going through!!

      • Hi Barbara, I’m so sorry for all you have gone through. I’ve been through so much the last couple of months myself and completely understand your frustration. I’ve hit some low points but have decided that focusing on all that I have, instead of all that I have lost or been through, is the only way to plow through it. I also know that things happen for a reason. Each and everything that happens to us, good or bad, sets us up for other things to happen in our lives. Other doors open when some are closed. I know it and truly believe it. I hope you can get past what is happening and allow those doors to open up for you. I wish you the very best. ~ Cindy

        • Thanks Cindy. Yes, I know what you are saying (in my head) but my heart seems to get in the way. I will eventually run out of tears and stop feeling sorry for myself and then I will be able to move on. You know that I wish you all the best and I am so appreciative of all that your site has to offer. I’m going to send you a couple of the funny photos that we took when we got to go over to Ortley (by bus escorted by police) These photos showcase how some of the people treated their tragedy with humor. I will send it by email…
          Barbara

          • Unfortunately that is the processes of healing. It’s tough but once you get through those emotions you’ll be able to move on.

I got the pictures. The devastation is just terrible. If you need anything, please let me know. I know you’ve been a loyal reader for a long time so please reach out. I’m here, we’re all here. And, complain all you want…it’s good to let it out! ;)

        • I did get a new car to replace the car that had the salt water in it. Sight unseen the insurance company totaled it saying that salt water is that bad for the car. The sales person who sold me the car I have already bought 3 cars from her. She had an even worse storm experience. She was in the Silverton section of Toms River and she and her family ended up in their attic after their ranch flooded. She had to leave her house by boat. Geez I keep thinking that I should stop complaining

      • So sorry Barbara. I hope things improve for you soon.

      • Sending lots of hugs!!!!
