I love trying new products for Free. If we don’t like the product, we don’t have to sweat it since we didn’t pay for it, however if we love it, we know we can stock up for a great price using coupons! With that said, I’m excited to try this Thai Green Curry Chicken Recipe! I don’t eat Thai Food often and Curry Chicken isn’t something I’ve ever attempted to make, so I figured this flavor Skillet Sauce would be a nice change at supper time for my family and I.
Enjoy!

so funny, I’m making this now to see if I wanted to get more next week. I haven’t eaten the meal but I tried the sauce and it is definitely SPICY. I made it with the uncle ben’s jasmine ready rice for an even easier dinner.
The curry sauce is very tasty. The above recipe doesn’t include vegetables, but I would recommend them. I think it’s not a great meal with just meat…
I would suggest sauteeing red onions in the oil. Remove them before browning the chicken (or shrimp). Add onions to the protein, then veggies of your choice. Sauce goes on last and can be diluted.
Top with cilantro and lime.
Thank you so much for this recipe and post, Cindy. My husband and I LOVE Thai food and he always orders green curry chicken. When I saw the post, my 1st thought was, “OMG! I never printed this coupon. I did not know there was anything like it” Now, i am going through your site looking for the coupons. Damn me!
This sauce is actually my new favorite. I just had this for dinner.I used some left over rotisserie chicken and added a box of Bird’s Eye frozen green peas and it turned out great. My husband is vegetarian so I get the Marsala sauce for him and he likes the sauce a lot. I use Morningstar veggie chicken for his meal.
Ditto! I’m such a big fan of this sauce, I intend to e-mail Campbells and let them know. The Chipolte is also very good and quite spicy. When I’m in a big hurry, I just use cooked chicken such as Perdue roasted short cuts and sliver or shave some carrots into the sauce. yum!
We love this sauce at my house — and make curry with all kinds of veggies — butternut squash and asparagus being some of my favorites. We found it a bit spicy too, so we add some coconut milk to it (we use a whole can, but you can adjust according to your spicy desire).
