Now that I’ve got a bunch of red wine vinegar, I’m checking out some new recipes that call for red wine vinegar. If you guys haven’t picked up on it by now, I’m a big fan of chicken dishes, so this Chicken with Shallots in Red Wine Vinegar Recipe definitely sparked my interest. Doesn’t it look divine? The recipe calls for skinless chicken thighs, but we’re chicken breast snobs in this house so I’ll probably be substituting breasts for thighs.
