The rebate is for Buy $50 worth of any Venus®, Secret®, Olay®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, Head & Shoulders®, Clairol®, CoverGirl®, Crest® 3D WhiteTM Whitestrips Products, Puffs®, Ivory® or Safeguard® products and get a $15 Rebate by Mail. Purchases must be made by from 2/13/2013 – 4/30/2013 and it must be postmarked by 5/31/13 $50 purchase is subtotal before coupon redemption.

- The Original Form Completed
- Original UPC from the package (include a graphic if possible)
- Original dated sales receipt with store name and product purchase price circled

Sorry it’s purchases must be made by 4/30/13. Seems my daughter (she is the one that wrote the post) is having issues with it being 2013 as she keeps typing 2012.

I saw this yesterday. Last Sunday, I bought $30 worth of Pantene at CVS. GROAN! Between coupons and ECBs, I barely paid anything. But, I could have been more than halfway there for the P&G deal. Oh well. Win some….lose some, I guess.
