Yes….There is an X at the top right hand corner. I clicked on the “X” and that screen closed. Then there was message stating I should receive my first magazine in 6-8 weeks, HTH

I didn’t put a real company name in. I think it asked that assuming you’d be having it mailed to your work/business. I just entered “bookkeeper” for job title, & for company name I wrote “accounts receivable”. I assume when I receive my magazine the section with my name & mailing address will read:
Accts. Receivable
Bookkeeper
Name
Address
Also, once u enter that & click submit u do not have to do anything else to receive your free magazine. It will take u to another page where they ask for your credit card info so u can order MORE magazines for $1, but u do NOT have to fill any of that out to get the free one. Only fill that out if u want to take them up on that specific offer. If u don’t, than there’s a small ‘x’ at the top right corner of the page, u just have to click on that & then it will bring u to the page that says u’ll receive your free magazine in 6-8wks.
