There is a new Pantene Expert Rebate available. The rebate is for Buy $20 worth of Pantene Expert Products and get a $10 Prepaid Card by Mail. Purchases must be made by from 3/24/2013 – 4/15/2013 and it must be postmarked by 5/15/13.

- The completed form (Write UPC codes in spaces provided)
- Original dated sales receipt(s) with store name and product purchase price circled.
- Original UPC from the package (include a graphic if possible)
