Crispy Onion Ranch Chicken with Green Giant Veggie Chips Recipe
This week Green Giant Veggie Chips were on sale at a bunch of stores, and were FREE at ShopRite, Shaws and Price Chopper after stacking a manufacturer’s coupon with eCoupons, Catalina Deals, etc., depending on the store you shop at. I have to admit, sometimes I pass up on these deals even if they’re FREE (I know, hard to understand, right?!) for the simple reason that I don’t want to sit on the couch and eat a whole bag of these chips if I have them in the house…I mean I am 32 weeks pregnant now and would probably easily justify it if I did 😉
So to avoid simply eating bags of these yummy chips I decided to look for a recipe using these chips! I thought for sure someone had to be creative enough to find a way to use these chips in a unique recipe and I was right! This Crispy Onion Ranch Chicken with Green Giant Veggie Chips Recipe is right up my alley! I love chicken in any form and cook it for dinner more times a week than I should admit. I’ll never get tired of finding new ways to cook chicken. This recipe uses the Garden Ranch flavor of Green Giant Veggie Chips along with some other tasty ingredients such as french fried onions, which make any dish mouth watering to me!
