Paula Deen’s Pot Roast Crockpot Recipe
I don’t cook beef super often (we eat a lot of chicken around here!), but every once in a while I really look forward to a hearty beef meal! I’m a sucker for crockpot pot roast recipes – I just love how the meat is so tender after cooking on low for 8-10 hours in the crock pot and serving the deliciously seasoned and moist beef over comforting mashed potatoes and gravy! Mmm…I think my hungry VERY pregnant belly is motivating this post 😉
Anyway, this week I decided we were due for a major comfort meal and I love using my crockpot! I researched a new crockpot pot roast recipe and came across this one from Paula Deen. I just have to say, this came out DELICIOUS! The house smelled so savory all day – I just couldn’t wait for dinner time to arrive! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did!
