Turkey Meatloaf Recipe with Kraft Fresh Take

Do you have a “few” Kraft Fresh Take packages with the coupons and deals we have had lately?  I experimented with some of the packages and have made meatloaf with the Classic Four Cheese Recipe mix.  I made one with ground beef and a few with ground turkey.  Personally, I like the ground turkey the best.  Anyway, here is what I did, its quite simple (and tasty)!

Turkey Meatloaf with Kraft Fresh Take

  • 1 package of ground turkey – is usually a little over 1 lb.  (I prefer the turkey that does not have any added spices… just plain turkey)
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 6 oz Fresh Take Classic Four Cheese Recipe mix

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Put mixture into a loaf pan or press into a loaf shape and use a baking dish. Bake for 55-60 mins. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Now if you haven’t checked out Kraft Fresh Taste’s site, you definitely should!  They are offering Fresh Possibilities, a free recipe booklet with 20 unique recipes using Fresh Take packages including – Four Cheese Baked Macaroni, Artichoke Dip, Tilapia Tacos and more.  I would have never thought to make some of these recipes myself.

Enjoy and let us know if you have any different ways to use Kraft Fresh Take.

I was thinking the same way as the stockpile of Kraft Fresh Takes continued to grow. I used the Spicy Chipotle Pepper to make DELICIOUS pork sliders! I cut the packages in half before opening the on the sealed part so I have a baggie of cheese and a baggie of bread crumbs.

    1 lb Ground Pork
1/2 package crumb mix from KFT
    Cheese from KFT
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Form into sliders and cook to 160 degrees internal temp. Top with BBQ sauce. Delish!

Great idea, Kari. I think I will try that!
