Reader Shopping Trip to ShopRite – $0.64 Per Item!

shoprite trip 2

Extreme Couponing ShopRite

Reader Jamie submitted her ShopRite trip this week and it was an awesome one!  She picked up a vast variety of items – meat, baby items, produce and even underwear and used coupons to keep her out of pocket low.  She bought 64 items for only $38.70.  After taking into account the $2.00 Catalina she used, it’s like she spent $40.70 – that comes out to just $0.64 per item.  Nice job, Jamie!

Can someone explain the Driscoll’s product coupons to me? I joined and completed a couple surveries about the berries that I bought but I did not get a coupon beyond the one you get when you sign up. What did I do wrong?

    • barbara

they will send it to your email at the end of the month.. They did just change things.. So you need to read the new details about the coupons..

Medford SR had coupons for $5 off $40 for 4 weeks. The coupons don’t say Medford only & just say redeemable at Wakefern (Which is all shoprites, from what I understand). So I’m using it for my SR. Let’s see how that goes.

Hi Cindy! If she spent 38.70 and got a $2 catalina, isn’t it like she spent $36.70 and not 40.70??

    • http://livingrichwithcoupons.com/ Cindy Livesey

She paid with a catalina from a previous purchase. Since we don’t know how much she actually paid to get that catalina, we just add it back in to get an accurate amount.

I need of help! can some explain the whole process on how this works. I so want to do this, but im a bit confused. Do I match the coupons to the weekly ad?

Read the “coupon for beginners” top right of page next to cute little puppy cartoon…then ask lots of questions…good luck!

How do you get $10 off $40 coupons?? I shop at Shoprite all the time and have never received any coupons from them in the mail.

  • John

Where do people get the $10 off on $40 coupons from? Do you need to sign up somewhere? I’ve never received a $ off on XX coupon before.

i use to get the coupon post card from shoprite in the mail every couple of months in past 2 years i got it once so i email them asking why….they replied its done on a store to store basis and its to get people who dont shop at shoprite as often…..custumer service told me if i cut back on shopping at shoprite as often as i do then they would send it to me…..if you ask me i think the loyal shoppers should be the ones to get rewarded…..its great they send a card with 4weeks worth 3-4 coupons per week….usually a free item and either 5.00 or 10.00 off order
