Sweet deals! You worked the catalinas perfectly! Thank you for sharing…I love these types of posts!

  • CLC

What were the Catalinas you got?

  • MariaBeeCoupon

I love how nicely it’s all displayed! Only a couponer can appreciate the true beauty of that trip and display it properly:) Great job!

Well I personally think that the upper 3 Nature Valley granola bar boxes ruined it actually. It was fantastic up to that point.

What are the “catalinas”? And were do you live that you have Shoprites? $1.66 sale price for name brand cereals- I have never seen them that low around here (Rochester, NY).

Hi Kara, I live in Central, NJ and the General Mills Cereals are in our weekly for that price, does your ad have them on sale? A Catalina, is basically a coupon that you receive after you checkout that can be applied to your next order for either spending a certain amount of money or buying a certain number of products, hth!

      • kara

We don’t have shoprites here at all. Our cost of living isn’t exactly stellar here- I NEVER see name brand cereal on sale for less than $1.99 per box, and even that is rare. If I can get a box of cereal for $1 (after a good doubled coupon), I am VERY happy about it. :(

oh no! that stinks! What stores do you shop at?

          • kara

We have Wegmans, which I love, but they don’t have super great deals. We also have Tops, and they occasionally have a really great deal, but mostly their stuff is on the expensive side. And then there’s Walmart, which irritates me because they don’t double coupons. Never a good cereal deal there. I almost never get free stuff at the grocery store even though I coupon like crazy. Occasionally I get free stuff at Rite Aid/CVS/Walgreens, but it is always in some form of rewards where you have to go back an waste gas to use them… not really worth the time/effort for me.

Ah, I see, your sale price is $2.50 for the General Mills… Not in the cereal category, but we have actually been seeing a lot of great deals at Wegmans lately, you can check them out here http://www.livingrichwithcoupons.com/stores/wegmans and I will definitely being keeping an eye out for new coupons to that will make for a great sale at Wegmans!
