The B1G1 Cheerios printable expires the day before the sale goes into effect, so the link should be removed, as well as your deal calculations that are based upon your use of that coupon. However, I’m sure that you will be able to come up with some other permutation that will be beneficial!

    • COLIN

OK. Here’s a workaround for you. Print 1 coupon from Coupons(dot)com for $1.00/2 (any type) Cheerios and 2 .75/1 coupons for the Chocolate Toast Crunch. Also, print 2 coupons from Que Rica Vida for .50/1 for the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Remember to also clip the $1.00/2 (any Cheerios) and the .75/1 Chocolate Toast Crunch FIRST from Savingstar and then the corresponding S/R e-coupons for those same items in those same amounts. Then buy 2 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios (this is the only Cheerios on sale for $1.99 @ S/R), 2 Boxes of regular Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 2 boxes of Chocolate Toast Crunch (the latter 4 boxes are on sale @ $2.49 each) = 6 qualifying boxes for the $5.00 Catalina. The price before coupons and cash back should total ~ $14.00 and Total OOP should be about $4.50 with those included and you should get the $5.00 Catalina making this a .50 cents MM for you.

      • Rocky

Colin, how do I find/get to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch q’s on Que Rica Vida? I can only find the generic coupons dot com list on that site and I REALLY need CTC q’s (chuckle)! TIA!

        • COLIN

Rocky, You can sign up in English on Que Rica Vida, and then go to Offers/Ofertas and the click the link and then click Ingressa Ahora. The coupons are only in Spanish but one can easily decipher what they say. There should be a CTC coupon there for .50/1 that you can print twice. After that — as it shows now for me –I reached the print limit. HTH!

          • Rocky

Hey, Colin, thanks for the additional info. I tried everything you said and still could not find that coupon. I also checked the db here, and, though there is a link, couldn’t get to it that way, either! Oh, well!!

            • COLIN

Sorry about that. Maybe it is a browser thing? Well, there is always the way of using 4 chocolate toast crunch coupons instead of 2 + 2. If I am short, I always go to the library and print myself some! HTH! Colin

            • tina

do you see any coupons? i see 10 coupons, including the ctc, which is the first one. is it possible that you already printed the coupon and it has disappeared? not sure if this site resets monthly like the other gm sites.

              • Rocky

Hi, Tina, yes, I do see a few q’s, but not the Cinnamon TC. It IS possible I may have printed it before, but, I haven’t been on that site in well over a year, if not more, so, I would have thought it would have re-set by now…

Colin, thanks for the additional tips, but, my daughter doesn’t like chocolate, and, CTC is her favorite, so, I always try to find those q’s. Maybe I can get to the library, will have to give it a shot!
                Thanks, all!

            • Sandy

Hi Rocky – I tried for 3 days to get that coupon and it magically appeared today (Mac using Safari) so give it another shot!

      • Denise Davison

Thanks Colin I updated all of that :)

  • wendy

I have a shoprite ecoupon for$1/1 garnier fructis shampoo that expires 3/1. I think this would make the shampoo free.

    • kabbysteve

There is also a General Mills Fruit Snacks to add to list(Betty Crocker included) .50/2 Shoprite ecoupon expires 3/1/2014

  • lori

heres a unadvertised freebie for all of you… shoprite sells superpretzel bites.. 9oz pkg for .88. regular price…. there is a 50/1 coupon for any superpretzel product. ss1/12/14..making them free.. i picked up a bunch of these today…

    • http://livingrichwithcoupons.com/ Cindy Livesey

Unfortunately that coupon is not for the bags. They stuck the restrictions in the tiny print on the coupon. I know it’s hard to read…I missed it myself…but it is there.

  • Amanda Klein

I checked my email today and Thomas sent out a $1 off any Thomas product coupon. Also I used the $.55 off one at Price Chopper and it doubled. So hopefully it will at Shoprite!

  • lori

      • Anahita

I was just on the Vintage facebook page and they have a new coupon up! “Buy one 12 pack and get (2) free 1-liter bottles”. I was able to print two. Not bad! Thanks for the great work on the matchup as always!

  • Dipty Joshi

My dove body wash ecoupon say it’s only $1 not $2 and it expires the 15! Very upset..was so excited to get my favorite wash for cheap..

    • beloved2424

The $2 eQ is for the Dove Men’s body wash.

    • Denise Davison

Sorry Ashley it should have said eCoupon coming sunday, changed that thanks!

      • Ashley

The eq today was only for $1 on mine

  • megh

Can we buy 6 of the Honey Nut Cheerios and get sale price for all of them? I always thought it was 4 per variety. Thanks!

    • beloved2424

It may vary by store; but at my SR, you only get the sale price on the first four of any given variety.

    • Katie O

It actually says right on the ad, 4 per variety. If you buy 6, you’ll pay full price on the 2.

  • kj

My shoprite, in Aberdeen MD, told me very nicely today, that starting Sunday 2/16, they were no longer doubling internet coupons. That is a bummer! If anyone gets internet coupons to double in the Harford County stores on Sunday, could you please post and let me know where? Thanks!

    • Debra McKenna Glassman

My store in parkville, md already stopped.

      • Dorie

Yes, I shop at the Parkville one also Debra! It started months ago for not doubling the internet coupons. Makes me so mad still because I then have to reconfigure what I see here and often, and then, it’s not such a great deal. :( Mostly, what we use ARE in fact, internet printables!

        • Debra McKenna Glassman

Dorie, Two weeks ago a few of mine including the cheerios bogo did not scan. So, I removed those items from my order. A real pain.

    • qpoun

All SRs in Maryland under the Klein family ownership have stopped doubling internet coupons. According to CS, they implemented this new policy when they started doubling $1 coupons again in late 2013. (All the other Klein’s SR stores stopped doubling internet coupons immediately, and Aberdeen was the only store that still allowed it.)

I’ve called every ShopRite in Harford County to verify that they are no
longer doubling IPs, and every single store told me that they had
      stopped doubling them months ago.

Personally, I don’t think it’s fair advertising to promote this big “We Double $1 Coupons” deal and then simultaneously institute a policy that refuses to double half the coupons out there. I was told by Aberdeen SR CS that the reason they finally stopped doubling IPs was because “Klein’s management says couponers were getting too many things for really cheap.” So I called Klein’s corporate and spoke with Mr. Klein himself who told me that it’s the fault of couponers that they had to stop doubling IPs because couponers “redeem more than one of the same coupon and then sell the stuff they get for cheap at flea markets.” I am not kidding you. He literally told me to go to a local flea market to see for myself “all the couponers that turn couponing into a resale business.”

Don’t get me wrong — I’m very glad to have them running the double dollars promotion, but when it ends at the end of the month (or most likely the end of March) we’re still left with the new policy of no doubled IPs. Sorry for the rant, but I’ve been so put off by SR for two weeks, ever since talking to Mr. Klein. Am I totally off-base in thinking that they should just come out and say that they stopped doubling to save themselves money, instead of blaming the decision on us couponers?!

      • kabbysteve

Those stores are still getting paid by the coupons redeemed, seems like a strange excuse. Very frustrating indeed.

        • COLIN

Yes, but they are still only getting face value. I don’t think the guy was lying to you and I am sure that people do that — probably most here donate to charity any excess — but the guy is in a business and he feels he is competing against himself with those flea markets stocked with his merchandise. I think overall, he is the one who caused his own problems with the MD tripling of coupons — never seen that as a regular thing here in NJ — as well as his doubling coupons including $1.00 coupons. Just hope it does not spread!

          • bill

i don’t think OP suggested he was lying, just that it was a cop out to blame a very small fraction of couponers as the reason behind a huge corporate decision that is profit-based and that negatively affects the 99.9% of coupon-users who don’t resell their groceries.

      • Heather

I’ve actually seen that at flea markets here in NJ. It’s a shame that a few bad seeds ruin it for everyone else.

        • CouponDood

If you buy something, you have the right to sell it…bad seeds?

        • Melissa

Yea how is that ruining it? Just like buying in bulk at BJs and reselling or buying a lot from an auction and reselling. To to each their own.

      • Kari

I’m curious how they do this/plan to do this? Is it up to the cashier to push DND for each IP? Are IPs coded differently than MQs so that the computer can do it automatically? I was a little worried b/c I always assumed the Silver Spring, MD was owned by the Kleins so I looked it up and it and one other MD SR are owned by the Sumas family which own mostly in PA and NJ.

        • tina

I Know The One In Silver Spring Still Doubles Internet coupons

          • Keisha

Yep. It did just this morning!

        • bill

they manually force each IP not to double. literally go out of their way to screw the customer.

      • Emily Perez Irizarry

Im so disappointed with Shoprite. They do treat couponer in a lower level. I always get the eye roll and “there’s nothing I can do about it”. I actually swear that they send security after me. I used to have my coupon inside my purse so I kept it open and constantly reached inside…now I leave my purse at home and use a clear box.
Majority of couponers are good people trying to survive!

      • Renee Frances Krajci

I used to love walking through the doors at my SR at Festival in Bel Air. Now I barely go there. Their attitude towards coupon users has dramatically changed. I hope they will soon understand that we ARE NOT thieves and realize their mistake. As far as I’m concerned, it’s their loss.

        • darla

I could not agree more!! I used to shop at SR Festival too and now I will only stop there if a really good sale is going on that is too good to pass up. Why run a COUPON PROMOTION and then act like you hate couponers! Sounds like the attitude comes straight from the top….

    • kj

Thanks everyone for your input. I will throw out there for you all, that a few weeks ago at the SR in the Festival, Bel Air, MD, I used IPs in the self check out and they doubled automatically. It was a small order, but it surprised me because i ended up in the negative (I had ecoupons also) so I had to grab some candy to throw in.

  • Alexis

Check your emails if you’ve signed up for Blue Bunny! I got an email from them about 2 days ago, in it was a $0.75 coupon for any product, makes for some free ice cream during the 4 day sale for most people (unlike me where it will still be $0.24 ice cream since my shoprite doesn’t fully double. Sill a great deal!!)

    • Melinda Dilione

I just checked and got that coupon too. Thanks Alexis :)

  • Sandy

Ragu pasta sauce buy 6 @ $1.39 use (3) .75/2 coupons and get a $3 Cat = .84 total or .14 each and there is an Ecoupon coming out on Sunday as well!

    • Denise Davison

Hi Sandy, you wouldnt be able to use 3 of those coupons, they have a limit of 2 per transaction :)

      • Sandy

        Thanks for the reminder!

  • jim

There is also an Int’l Delight 51 savings of $1.00. So, it is a money maker of around $.50

    • Denise Davison

Hi Jim, looks like that might be a more personalized offer for you, lucky you! I use so much creamer I wish it was on mine!

      • Chefpat

  • amanda

fyi…my shoprite in Parsippany has super pretzel bites 9oz. for .88. It becomes free with .50 off coupon. yay!

    • Denise Davison

I hate being the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately that coupon excludes the SuperPretzel Bags :(

      • ueen

This is one of the many things I love about LRWC,,,, transparency, honesty and integrity.

      • Emily Perez Irizarry

Oh I see that in the fine print…but it did scanned fine for me today :)

        • Rejane

So, in the “couponer’s guide book” is it wrong? (Emily, not judging you at all. Please don’t understand my question as so). What are the cons of it (the pros we all know)? Will the store get reimbursed for it?
On the same line of thinking, it happened to me that I used the birds eyes $.75 coupon few days after the expiration date without noticing and it went thru without any problem. I just realized few days later when organizing my coupons that I had some coupons left but expired since before the last purchase.
Are these two situations wrong? Subjective? Would like to hear comments on that as I don’t want to be doing anything wrong/illegal to increase the couponer’s hater list.
          Thank you!

          • Kathy

In my opinion, knowingly ignoring a coupon’s restrictions is wrong and is one of the things that leads to people having a negative opinion of couponers, in general. It is also illegal. Can’t remember when/where but several years ago I saw a news story of a woman who was arrested…in front of her kids…for knowingly using a coupon against a higher priced item which was excluded on the coupon. Apparently the store had been monitoring her because she had a habit of doing things like that and they finally got fed up. Whether or not the store still gets reimbursed is irrelevant…..

            • ueen

Nicely put Kathy. The cue word is KNOWINGLY.

I am not at all perfect, no one is but I personally believe that as couponers our responsibility is to check the coupons before using them. There may be times that people are rushing and pre-occupied that they tend to forget to check the restrictions and ended up misusing the coupon. As with anything in life, it is learning from these lapses that makes us better people. Couponing in my opinion is not just saving money, there are a lot of character and values enhanced in the process. Sadly, values can be positive or negative and I believe that associating ourselves with honest couponers (such as the LRWC community) helps.

            • Rocky

Agreed. There are more than enough good coupons and deals that we don’t have to knowingly use them illegally and I’m glad that Denise pointed out the restriction. They are definitely hard to read sometimes, but I, for one, would rather know. In this case, it seems that the ecoupon did not have the same restriction, so, that’s why that did come off.

            • gwen

I am in New York and my SR takes coupons after the expiration date as long as its not more than a couple days. Maybe yours does too.

          • Emily Perez Irizarry

On my defense… Most of the times I dont read all the fine print…unless the cashier rejects the coupon…and if my coupon is not allowed I do tell them “my bad, I didnt read all the fine print”…but I also did noticed that the ecpn came out…so it must be the way its coded.
Btw most cashiers dont read the fine print (or the coupon at all) unless the register rejects the coupon.

            • amanda

I used it UNKNOWINGLY last week. Don’t worry people, I am not trying to fraud the couponing system; it was a mistake. lol I did not see the fine print. I only looked at the top that said, “Any Superpretzel product.” Oops, I should have read the whole thing…It would be helpful if it said that at the top. Emily, I am with you though, I don’t usually read the entire coupon. I try my best to follow the rules… I guess I will not order more of these coupons this week. (rats! I was super excited too. haha)

              • ueen

Hey Emily/Amanda – things happen. I have made a similar mistake before with a candy coupon at walgreens. Cindy, remember? lol The important thing is we become aware and sensitive what to do and not to do next time.

I remember weeks ago, I saw this pretzel deal coupon posted by LRWC. Then a few minutes before it was up, it was gone. I even tweeted Cindy because I thought something wrong with the website. When I printed the coupon, and saw the restriction then I realized why it was taken down.

          • http://livingrichwithcoupons.com/ Cindy Livesey

Well, on Emily’s defense too, when I tested the previous ecoupon on the Super Pretzel bag, I used the manufacturer coupon before I realized it wasn’t meant for bags. The restriction was very tiny on it (if I remember correctly). We even posted it and then removed it before it was brought to our attention that it, in fact, did have that restriction.

Is it right to use it if you know it’s not meant for that product? My answer is absolutely not. But, understand that unknowingly misusing a coupon happens to the best of us. Especially when manufacturers “hide” the info on the coupon. It drives me crazy when they do that because we use so many coupons that all that tiny fine print sometimes just looks like a complete blur. Why do we need to read the remit address when it is meant as info to the store. So, when they stick restrictions in tiny print after the remit address my first reaction is…reallly? you expect each and every one of us to see that? Frustrating to me that they can’t be more clear with their restrictions.

But, with that said, if we are clearly aware of the restrictions of the coupon, then we should only use it the way it was meant to be used.

    • amanda

oops… just saw someone else posted this too. :)

    • Emily Perez Irizarry

I saw another post about these & went today and grabbed 4 regular & 4 filled with cheddar…for free!!!
Have a few more coupons for next week :)
      Thanks!

          • Teshawn

The PDF is for the EB frozen fruit or veggie, not sure if the price is the same.

            • Sandy

You’re right. It’s for frozen organic product. Need to put on reading glasses so I can read small print on coupons! Thx

  • CouponDood

Isn’t the Arm and Hammer Clump and Seal cat litter on sale starting 2/16 for $10.99. Using the $3 IP and $3 eQ, it’s $4.99 for the big box (21 pounds I think?)

    • Denise Davison

Looks like it is the 13 pound clump & seal on sale and the 28 pound super scoop

      • CouponDood

In my SRFH in Ocean County, NJ the 14lb and 19lb clump and seal are $8.99 and $10.99, respectively.

        • Denise Davison

Thanks! I was just going off of what the ad was stating, I will add that in! :)

  • ss

Can’t find printable coupon for Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.

    • Denise Davison

Log in to the quericavida website and then click on offfers … once you do that, there will be a larger banner that looks like this (see pic below) you can find the coupons when you click on enter now, hth!

      • Sandy

Thanks Denise, did all that but still not there for me. I’ll try Firefox.

        • Denise Davison

What browser were you using? Im on a Mac and I have to use Safari to see these coupons.

          • COLIN

I see them with good old IE.

  • Ginny Pasqualone

The Motts $0.55 coupon is DND; in my experience the register does not automatically double and it explicitly says so on the coupon. (BOO)

    • Denise Davison

Ginny- Thanks for letting us know, I will try and work some other deals out that don’t involve the Mott’s Coup :)

      • Nicole LaFrance

do we know for sure that this coupon does not double?

        • Denise Davison

I didnt get the $0.55/1 Coupon in my insert, I got the $1/2 so I dont have have an answer myself, but hopefully someone else that has used it can answer that for you :)

  • Jen

For over a month, I’ve been having problems seeing the entire match-up in Safari. For this weeks match-ups, the page is completely blank after the Yoplait yogurts and I cant see the rest of the match-ups inlcuding comments. The match-ups do work in FireFox. Is there any reason why this is happening to me?

    • Rachel

Hmm..I use Safari and don’t have a problem…although I do find that I have problems printing certain coupons that run java in safari but work in firefox.

    • Dipty Joshi

Jen, I am having the same problem with safari. It works fine on my Mac Laptop, but on desktop, the page stops loading at Yoplait yogurts. So if I am using my desktop, O use Firefox instead of Safari. Don’t know why this is happening.

      • Jen

I use a MAC laptop when searching LRWC. I rarely use my MAC desktop so haven’t tried but now I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one with this problem.

  • COLIN

Just wanted to provide a reminder that not all the cereals whose links are provided above participate in the General Mills Dollar Days promotion.

    • Denise Davison

Thanks Dorie- I overlooked that fiber one coupon, fixed that :)

      • COLIN

Dorie? Actually, Denise, I was referring to the B1G1 Cheerios printable that expires on 2/15 and thus won’t be able to be used tomorrow or the rest of the week. In addition, if memory serves, the Dark Chocolate Cheerios is NOT included in the promotion, but the Chocolate Toast Crunch (which you have listed above) is! I know it gets confusing!

        • Denise Davison

Sorry Colin– I have been staring at this computer far too long… looking at the comments on the side and typing at the same time, so so so so sorry! And 3rd times the charm, I think I got them all out now :)

          • COLIN

Also wanted to mention that the Dollar Days Catalinas that I received from both the Kellogg’s and GM deals specifically state that you are not limited to using just one on your next shopping order — multiple coupons can be used together to reduce your overall total. I know this has been a sore point for some of you!

            • Denise Davison

Yes! I just noticed that on the bottom of mine… yay!

  • tina

Can You Use The Catalinas The Same Say But On A Different Transaction?

  • Loretta Dugan

don’t forget to check your family rewards emails for additional printables there’s bricks coupons for the Kellogg’s Krave Smores (email dated 1/30) and rocky mountain (email dated 2/7) there’s also the new cheez it and nutri grain coupons in those emails :) mine are all for $0.70/1 (these coupons are only in the emails they send)

Regarding the Betty Crocker frosting deal, the shoprite ecoupon is not available. Is that NLA or will it show up tomorrow morning? Otherwise, the 1.59 x 2 – 1.00 (off 2) printable – .75 (off 2) savingstar = .71 (wyb2)

    • Denise Davison

It looks like the Betty Crocker SR eCoupin is NLA, I will update that now, thanks! And here is the rice that is on sale..

      • Heather

I bought this rice last week and it’s not great. Stays very sticky and mushy, even using less water. :(

  • Teshawn

    This is NLA

    • tanya

that is because the link is specific to the email recipient

      • Amanda Klein

Sorry :( I got it in my email after signing up for the site a few weeks ago.

  • sally

the coupons are not up yet, but there is a separate banner for dollar days ecoupons on the shoprite website. remember that coupons under separate banners are not counted in the total shown under the my shoprite tab, so you must count these when you add them to ensure that you do not max out at 88 before you’ve added the coupons you really want. there will likely be about 20 coupons under this banner, as there was under the gold banner this past week. any coupons that you added from the gold banner and have not yet used will also count toward the 88 but not be in the tally. the most accurate total would be manually counting the coupons after clicking on shopping list.

  • Cheri

ecoupons are up ! I’m not impressed with the dollar days ecoupons though – alot of $1 /2 :(

  • COLIN

OK, we do have a Money Maker with the Kellogg’s Dollar Days that everyone can take advantage of! Clip the S/R $1.00/2 Kelloggs Nourish e-coupon and print two (2) .70/1 Nourish coupons from Kelloggs Family Rewards (costs nothing to sign up). Second, print one (1) Krave .50/1 coupon from coupons(dot)com. Finally, print two (2) new Krave S’mores coupons. Not in the database? You are right! Not yet, at least! But if you do a google search you will find them – Bricks coupon, 2 prints. Should all coupons come off, you will have a .15 moneymaker and go home with 3 boxes of Krave cereal, 4 containers of Nourish hot cereal and a spanking brand new shopping bag!

    • Sandy

Thanks Colin! Theres also a .70 Krave Smores in todays RP

      • DianeG

Thanks Colin and Sandy! good finds -

      • COLIN

Since my RP insert is from the NYT, it is always very, very paltry and it really never has any good coupons in it (except for makeup and the like which is totally lost on me!). Thus, I have to rely on the printable site for my RP coupons.

    • Rachael

Thanks for working this deal! I already used my nourish coupons but if you have kelloggs family rewards the special save $15 in coupons package has a $2 off 2 special k nourish coupon!

      • COLIN

Right you are! Normally, I would do it with those coupons, but the deals on cereal lately have cost me absolutely close to nothing, or less!!!, and I don’t think I will repeat it with those, unless my wife really digs the Nourish, as I have but one computer at home.

    • Janey Harver

Does this deal have an OOP price? If so, what is it? I tried doing the math but it doesn’t add up for me. Would it be $5 something OOP and then a print out at the end or what?

      • COLIN

Yes, I calculated it to be $4.85 OOP after coupons, etc. and then you get a $5.00 Catalina and presumably a Catalina for a free shopping bag.

        • Janey Harver

What a deal! Good job Colin, thank you. :)

          • COLIN

Thank you! OK. just got back from my “run” and the Kellogg’s deal worked flawlessly. Received the $5.00 Catalina as well as the Catalina for the re-usable shopping bag. The S/R bag that is affiliated with the Partners in Caring to End Hunger with the diamond stitch is particularly attractive. Also did the GM deal and although I got the Catalina’s , as well, I had to go to C/S as my .75 cents S/R e-coupon for the Chocolate Toast Crunch did not come off — I hope it was coded correctly, as I don’t wish to swallow another loss on Savingstar.

As an aside, I never have seen the shelves cleared so quickly of sale merchandise! I got the last 2 Krave S’mores boxes, and I had wanted to get 3 of them, and I got the last Cranberry Oatmeal Nourish, as well!

            Good luck all!

            • Denise Davison

Im jealous! My ShopRite was wiped out of pretty much every cereal and Ragu… so sad!

              • dana

that’s crazy! maybe they didn’t get their deliveries due to snow?

                • Denise Davison

Im sure that has something to do with it, it seems to be that a lot of stores are behind because of the snow… a total off topic example… i went to buy a desk yesterday and couldn’t even order it because they were so behind in deliveries… totally bummed out again! lol, I’m sure they will restock this week.. bring extra coupons just in case you need to modify your plan mid trip :)

    • IK

Not finding the s’more printable…the image does come up when googled, but no links…

      • COLIN

Do a google search with the term Krave s’mores coupon and it comes up for me as the 4th item in the list. It has a URL from bricks(dot)com and says coupons(dot)com in the body. Can’t be any clearer than this, sorry.

        • COLIN

Do this google search and it is the first item displayed:
“$0.70 off one NEW Kellogg’s Krave S’mores Cereal”

          • COLIN

            Without the quotation marks!

        • Harry

Looks like its already NLA though – too many may have it. “Sorry! You have already printed this coupon the number of times allowed.”

          • COLIN

OMG! I know this site was popular, but I didn’t know it was THAT popular! I only posted that information here!

        • IK

Thank you Colin…What I get based on what you describe is dated April 2012…not in the cards I guess…

          • COLIN

Wow, mine printed out and I did not look at the date but it was accepted without question at the store! I think it was current, though.

    • Sandy

What zip are u using for the Krave .50 as I do not see it. TIA

  • DianeG

Clear Shampoo/Conditioner – possibly more of a MM – Once you log into digital cpns, there is a Unilever banner for $3.00 instant savings when you buy 2 Clear Shampoo or Conditioner. The banner says $4.99 each, but SFH says 2/$6.98 MB2. (could be an issue) CAUTION – I don’t see this instant savings in the circular. The banner is very hard to read – it does say limited to store stock, offer valid 2/16 to 2/22. But if you still have the SRecpn and two paper cpns, and get the instant savings; it could be a very nice MM. ‘Have to see if they have shelf tags with the instant savings and if someone reports back that they actually got instant savings.

    • vicky

I noticed that too I will try this deal later

    • barbara

      I dont have this banner..

    • Deb

Just got back from Shoprite and bought the Clear Shampoo and conditioner. They ring up at 4.99 each, and the 3.00 comes off to make them 2/6.98. I used two 2.50 off coupons and my ecoupon came off (miracle) for 2.50.

      • DianeG

Thanks for posting Deb – I was hoping (for a miracle) that the $3.00 instant savings was in addition to the SFH price of 2/$6.98. Oh well ! ‘still a nice deal as Cindy has it posted

    • bilinval

Just bought the clear shampoo. The tags state “$4.99 ea. Buy 2 get $3 instant saving at register. 2/ $6.98.” The $3 came off, no problem. I also got the $2.50 ecoupon and used two $2.50 manufact. coupons.

  • Jessa

Can anyone tell me more specifically where to find the Schar $3 coupon. I don’t see a link any where on the site and I did sign up for their club

    • DianeG

When I signed up, it said $3.00 coupon available March 1st. Maybe Denise or Cindy can shed some light on this one . Thanks

    • jenn

It says the coupon offer has ended.

  • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

For your second unilever deal there’s also a $1 off 1 st ives lotion spray coupon in the 1/26 RP so it would make them as low as $.51 each

    • Denise Davison

Hi Sara.. Sorry the coupon title isn’t clear… the $2/1 Vaseline Coupon is for $2/1 Vaseline or St. Ives Spray Lotion, so you wouldnt be able to use the $1/1 St. Ives Coupon from RP.. hth!

      • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

I didn’t realize you had put that you were using 2 of them for the deal. My bad :)

  • kabbysteve

Has anyone seen this product in their store for this price? Is there a particular one I am looking for?

Alberto VO5 Shampoo and Conditoners – $0.99 (clearance price)$1/1 Alberto VO5 Salon Series Product printable
$1/1 Alberto V05 Salon Series printable
$1/1 Alberto VO5 Salon Series Shampoo or Conditioner, exp. 3/15/14 (SS 02/02/14)
as low as FREE after coupon

    • Denise Davison

The Color Shield variety are the ones that have been found on clearance.

    • ss

My store in NJ is $1.49

  • rose

The L’oreal paris evercurl products are on clearance at shoprite for $1.99. They were not marked at my store but other l’oreal products were for $2.99. When i put it through the scanner it came up $1.99. The best part about it is that there are $2.00 printables on coupons.com for the l’oreal expertise products ,which these are, making them absolutely free! pretty good for an item that retails for $5.59! Good luck!

  • james

you might hsvr to put the https:// in front
print these right away. the offer dont last long

    • Sandy

Yes and they’re good for any size. There’s also a $10 Petco coupon avail which expires on 2/28. Petco does allow 1 mfg. and 1 store so stackable on the larger bags as I don’t think they’d allow overage.for the $11.00 bag

      • debbie

Where is the 10 petco coupon? I would like to get these and donate to the shelter :)

  • Harry

Here is a deal idea in trying to minimize the cereal purchase (not enough space for cereals left after the last week and even this week Kelloggs deals) – and maximize the MM value: I have 4 of the 1.25 nature valleys IPs remaining. So I am going to get those along with 2 of the Chocolate Toast Crunch. 14.30 before coupons, $8 IPs, 1.25 (.75 + .50) ECPNs and 1.25 (.75 + .50) Saving Star, $5 CAT back for a net MM of 1.20 if all the ECPNs and SavingStar work! Might wait unitl Thursday though in the unlikely event that Ck51 or ibotta start doing GM items.

    • COLIN

I know what you mean, Harry. My closet is chock a block full of cereal right now. Good thing my wife eats it as a snack/dessert, as well!

  • bilinval

This morning I did Cindy’s Unilever deal. Bought 2 Ragu, 2 Knorr rice, and 2 Wishbone. The $3 cat printed just fine but the Ragu ecoupon did not come off and the Knorr $.50/2 coupon had to be put in manually. Great deal though. Thanks Cindy.

    • bilinval

Also, the above deal cost me $1.76 OOP, nice mm deal. I also did the Pompeian red wine vinegar deal. I bought 3 vinegars that had shelf tags for $1.99. None stated “Gourmet” but the $1 ecoupon still came off. After using 3 paper coupons for .50, it was a $1 mm .

      • Jessica

We’re you able to print multiple Pompeian coupons per computer. Mine is maxing out after one print

        • bilinval

One print for me too. I had a friend print me the third one I still needed.

    • Alexis

If you read the Ragu ecoupon carefully it says off any 2 Red or White sauces that are 16oz or 24oz. A lot of the Ragu red’s are 26oz sizes, only a few are 24oz. That’s probably why it did not come off. They are tricky with the sizes!!!

      • bilinval

Both of mine were 16 oz. white sauces. Redid the same exact deal today and the ecoupon came off saving me a trip to the cust. service desk! And the Knorr coupon worked too!

        • sue

same exact deal as in the same exact two jars/flavors that didn’t work the first time?

    • ss

My Ragu ecoupon did not come off either and I bought the correct size.

  • Tony

Does any one know if the .75 Perdue coupon will work on the rotisserie chickens

    • ss

Coupon states ANY one Perdue product so Yes. This coupon never scans. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me!

      • Maria

Also had trouble with this coupon but my cashier at Montgomery NJ shoprite was nice enough to push it thru. One thing I was told though. They will only take 2 IPs per transaction though because that’s what 1 person can normally print on one computer. She did suggest I go to another cashier to pay for the other 2 packages, She can’t do a 2nd transaction because they are checked on these now.

  • Kari

There was a super coupon in my ad for 1.77 chicken breasts.

    • Kathy

      On what page, please?

      • Kari

I think these vary by region. This is in Silver Spring, MD. It’s right on the front of mine.

  • chel

Idk about everyone else but a lot of the sr ecoupons name are no longer available. Not on my app. I know the dole smoothie shakers isn’t, the organic butter, the edge shave and a couple others

    • Denise Davison

The Melt Organic and Edge are NLA, I still see the Dole Shakers, have you used that coupon in the past, its not a new one.

  • Ken

I saw a sign that said limit one for the CAT offers. Is that per order or for the whole week?

    • Denise Davison

Hi Ken- Its one per transaction :)

  • chel

Okay. I believe I used it 2x. Would that make it nla?

  • Chefpat

Hi all…was wondering if the $3.00 cat is still available at SR with the Nivea products, specifically the lip balm.
It was spend $10.00 get $3.00 cat.
The 20% sale ended but even at the current (still sale) price of $2.49 X 6 using (3) $3/2 plus $3.00 cat it is still a good deal @ .49 each.
I’m on the East Coast…prices tend to run slightly higher…I think the lip balms might be $2.29 elsewhere.
My flyer doesn’t show the cat as still available but I thought it was good til 3/4

    • Dorie

I’m wondering if the cat is still available too! I went last week and ALL the NIVEA was wiped out!! WHO did it?! Fess up! :) Please kindly leave some for others! I did manage to get a raincheck for the price of 1.49 each.

      • Chefpat

        Hi Dorie…smart move getting the raincheck because I just found out that the cat is still good til the 3/4 so it should be a MM for you at that price:}

      • Chefpat

Actually, I just realized…the $10.00 should be met by only buying 4 lip balms at reg price $2.99 (Connecticut price) at $2.49 ea that works out to $9.96 minus two 3/2…minus $3.00 cat = .24 ea…right?

        • Sandy

You’ll have to buy a minimum of 7 to get the Cat. (At least that’s how my store works) I have 2 rain checks also but will buy 8 of them and use 4 coupons so I will pay nothing and get the $3 Cat. I had to do this last week also as there were too many problems with deal not working on certain varieties.

    • lana

the cat continues through 3/4. last week’s ad said that.
if the lip balms are on price plus sale as sfh indicates (though it is often incorrect) – $2.99 would count for each, so only 4 would be needed to reach $10.
      sale price $2.49 x 4 – $6 coupons = $3.96 get $3 cat = $0.24 each

      • Chefpat

sorry Iana …saw this after my last post…thanks for the info

      • Chefpat

lana…BTW…I did this deal twice last week and it did go off the $2.99 price…which is what made me remember

        • lana

last week it was $2.29 ($1.49), which is why a purchase of 6 was needed. this is a different week, a different price, and may or may not be a price plus sale. as long as it is a price plus sale, the $2.99 is what will count.

          • Chefpat

as helpful as this site is…and it really is…I keep finding myself confused as the prices are frequently different than at my local SR’s…looking at my receipt…the price to meet the $10.00 was actually 2.49 ea

            • lana

there are so many variations in different shoprites. shelf prices, sale prices, coupon doubling amount, number of allowed coupons/transactions, whether items are carried, what aisle they are in, and maybe more. ;)

lrwc provides us with the prices from their area, and shows deals with coupons fully doubling, as their stores do. many of us have to adapt the deals due to variations in our area. the info provided here is often just a starting point for us to craft our own deals and shopping trips. we don’t all shop the same and buy all the same items, anyway. ;)

              • Chefpat

Believe me …I love LRWC…not only is it it a great headstart, they are almost always right on point…I can’t imagine how they manage to be so on top of things..all I have to do is adjust the prices slightly for my area…the east coast seems to always be slightly higher…but I never cease to be amazed at the thoroughness of LRWC…have not missed a deal yet!

                • lana

actually, ct, philly and ny prices are apparently often higher than nj – but we’re all east coast – at least as far as shoprite shoppers! ;)

lrwc staff are awesome on their own, but what makes the site that much better is the contributing community here. :)

  • Chefpat

Hi again…I was also wondering if anyone has actually found the Honey Melt organic butter at a SR anywhere…I have six SR’s w/in 10 miles in all directions, big and small and have not found it yet!!?

    • SS

Can’t find in my NJ store either. Wegmans carries it.

    • ruth anne

I found it when I wasn’t looking for it…was looking or silk yogurt found 2 kinds of Honey Melt in an organic section (closed door refrig.) in the dairy section. the silk and melt were close to each other….hope this helps….

      • Chefpat

Thanks…I’ll look harder I just noticed the powerade Zero 32 oz are still $1.00…still have coupons… yay

    • Eileen Burke

It’s in the organic refrigerated section at the Shelton CT store.

      • Chefpat

ThanksEileen….I think the problem is that the SR’s closest to me are smaller ones…haven’t seen a separate organic section, but will look harder or ask.
I have many SR’s all around me and have figured out which ones are the larger ones, before actually going to them , by whether or not they offer home delivery, as only the larger ones do that.
The handicapped transportation I use doesn’t go as far as Shelton so I think I’ll try the Wallinford one, as the two closest to me also do not have the Minute Rice steamers, Recipe Ready onions and peppers, Dream Vanilla in 32 oz etc., all really good coupons I hate to waste

      • Chefpat

Thanks Eileen. The handicapped transportation I use doesn’t go to Shelton, so I’m going to try the Wallingford one.
I’ve noticed, on the SR website, when I select ‘ Shop from home’, I can view the entire store inventory w/ prices so I’m hoping that the listing really is specific to that particular store, as that way, I can know in advance exactly what they carry.
I’ll look for the organic refrigerated section…thanks again

      • Diane Sanderson

Yes, I got it there to but I did not like it.

  • Chefpat

    So…completely off topic.
I am new to couponing…doing pretty well so far..and am very happy to use the skills I have learned on this site to not only stock up my own house but also to have made two (so far) pretty impressive donations to my local women and children’s homeless shelter…mostly HBA and mostly free or near free.
The only downer is the impatient (sometimes hostile) people in line behind me at the register.
I do not split orders, but still, people immediately get angry when they see me hand over a stack of coupons ( I usually have a coupon for every item.)
I really, really wish that stores would dedicate one lane specifically for couponers…not that everyone using that lane has to be a couponer, but, if you are using that lane, you should reasonably expect that you might get behind someone using a lot of coupons.
It would be nice to check out w/out having the pleasant experience of doing well with coupons ruined by impatient people.
I was walking away from the register recently after having a pretty bad experience with an angry person behind me and I heard the cashier say..”Do you have any coupons today?” The answer was an angry “NO” and I felt much better.

    • wendy

I know what you mean. I usually warn the person behind me if I have a particularly large order or stack of coupons. That way I feel they are making their own choice to get in another line if they are in a hurry. I also find less angry people when I shop off hrs. Don’t be discouraged! They are just angry that you are saving money and they are not!

    • Ginny Pasqualone

Hi Chefpat! I am about to make my first donation this week from some serious ShopRite couponing the past two weeks (trying to hit that $900 amount by 2/22!!!!) and I am so elated to have gotten so much cheap deodorant, toothpaste, and cereal. You’re right, though – it would be great if there was a line designated for couponers, at least at high volume times. I have my best luck going on Sunday mornings when they first open – pretty much everyone there is either a senior citizen in the express lane or a couponer trying to get first dibs on Catalinas. ;)

      • Chefpat

Hi Ginny…making the donations has been the most rewarding part so far, although I do admit that I like to admire my stockpile now and then.
I would really prefer to have another couponer behind me in line though that is going to applaud my shopping prowess and exchange coupons and blab nonstop about next weeks deals and……oh, OK, I need to wake up from dreaming now….

      • ruth anne

I agree Ginny and Pat. I find donations more rewarding than my stockpile! I started donating fall on 2001….and haven’t stopped. I started buying everything but settled into HBAs quite some time ago. I was told that people can get food from a lot of places but not HBAs. I take my items to the ministry of caring distribution center….In our area they run the soup kitchens, homeless shelters and other things including a place of homeless people to get a shower and a change of clothes. A lot of our donations go to the showers. I have been told that they average 200 showers a month! Also, they never have enough deodorant. I used to take my donations in about once a month. I moved over 3 years ago…about 25 miles from the center. After so any years (and knowing that they do not make pick-ups) I made a special request for pick-ups….And, they said YES….I was so happy…I call them about every 3 months. Keep up your good work!

        • Emily Perez Irizarry

Wow Ruth that is excellent work!
I agree with what is said about theres a lot of food pantries that help.
My experience with those is that they dont cater for all the needs a family (especially with kids) have.
Ive rarely seen sugar, salt or items that kids will enjoy. Also Ive seen many distribute cereal and no milk. Kids are kids no matter the circumstances they live in.

          • lisa

typical welfare-recipient complaining about the lack of handouts they receive. your right, its not your kids fault that you can’t scrape together 4 dollars to buy them the milk for the cereal you got for free.

            • Emily Perez Irizarry

I had replied to this comment and apparently it got erased :(
How come Lisa’s comment is ok but mine is not!
              Lisa is ignorant!
There no their way to describe what she wrote…complete ignorance!!!

          • Kathy

As a former director of a food pantry, I’d just like to offer an explanation on your comment of offering cereal, but no milk. Pantries do their best managing the resources/funds they have and although they do receive donations (money, food, volunteers), they still have to pay for their building expenses (rent, electricity, etc) so although they must have a freezer (and many volunteers also use their own freezers in addition to the pantry freezer), fridges (which would be a requirement for keeping milk) are not always possible due to extra electricity cost & the fact that a gallon of milk (multiplied by # of families being served) would take up a lot of room. Also, you’d be surprised how many people will only drink a certain type of milk (whole, 2%, 1%, etc) and so it just gets too complicated to try to manage. The staples kept are always of a non-perishable variety (exception being meat) and at our pantry, it is customary to give a gift card (amount depending on the size of the family & if there were children) which was to be used by the client to purchase things like milk, produce, diapers, etc. Hope that helps to give you an idea of what goes on behind the scenes…..

      • Chefpat

Thanks Ginny…going first thing Sunday sounds like the perfect solution…I did go first thing on a weekday once and the store filled up pretty fast.
About getting first dibs on Catalina’s, was wondering, are the Catalina’s sometimes limited before the offer expires?

        • jane

she probably just meant before the items are out of stock, because the store would (hopefully) start the week fully stocked

    • suzy

while a checkout lane dedicated to couponers might help, it’s hard to imagine which cashier would want to get “stuck” manning that lane! ;D

I had to laugh when I read this, thanks! I am all for a dedicated coupon lane, also, but this was my first thought when this discussion started, and I just had to chuckle lol!!

However, I will say that I had a savvy, young cashier recently, who, after I warned about 8 people behind me in line (with, like, only 5 items, each – hello, does express lane mean anything to you?) that I had a large order with many, many coupons, the cashier said, you don’t have to do that! I explained that I know sometimes people are in a hurry, etc., and, that I also know my orders are more difficult for cashiers so I appreciated his help. He said, you don’t ever have to feel that way. Me, I am here for 6 hours, so if I get 20 customers, or two, it doesn’t matter to me!

Which brings me to my next wish list item – Lanes that have the cashier’s names lit up so I don’t have to go walking up and down 20 aisles looking for those great cashiers (as another reader mentioned!!!). Now that is GOLD!!!!

    • kabbysteve

One thing I do is have the cart between me and the shopper behind me…and place the cart about the area where the scanner is, then I pack, this gives distance between us (so if huffing is happening, I do not hear) and gives the illusion of a bigger order, so they can plan accordingly and ALWAYS smile, if the person is annoyed it angers them more…haha

    • Mandy

I do the same and warn those behind me about my coupons. The key here is not to worry about the impatient person behind you, just smile and save! I have had those people behind me I usually just smile at them and not let their time issues worry me. Your a paying customer too, you just pay differently (the smart way). I have also had wonderful people behind me who somtimes applaud, and are in absolute shock at the money I save! Once at walmart I had my order already on the belt and a man on crutches came up behind me, I warned him and he stayed. At the end I turned around and tried to appoligize that he had to wait, and he said “Honey you just got 180.00 dollars worth of stuff for less than 20.00 bucks, you shouldnt be sorry about that.” :-) Also alot of people have trouble with cashiers not being so thrilled that you are using coupons, In that case I start talking about the wonderful donations I make to the no-freeze shelter, womens shelters, and animal shelters and how it wouldnt be possible without coupons, they usually come around after that. Its all about throwing a positive attitude at a negative one. I have also had a women cashier tell me how I changed her families life by showing her how much she could save with coupons. I try to hang on to these positive stories everytime I shop, it really helps to deal with the negative Nancys. Stay positive and have fun! :-)

      • Chefpat

Awesome…thanks Mandy…I have been skipping right over the pet coupons because I don’t have one…never thought about the animal shelters…thanks for the idea.
I am going to worry less about the impatient people in line behind me and also take the advice of others to shop at off times.
It’s a little weird how I’m made to feel like I’m doing something wrong sometimes by using coupons ?

        • kelly

there are people out there who have an attitude about coupons because they see it as something similar to food stamps or welfare – as if we use coupons solely because we are unable or unwilling to “pay” for things. in a way, that is true, but not in the “we’re entitled to have someone else pay for us” way that some perceive. ;)

          • Emily Perez Irizarry

I hope that you dont think that those of us living from government assistance just think we’re entitled to those benefits.
I’m very grateful for the assistance I get.
I had worked all my life, but as I’m now disabled I have no option.
Ive been couponing for awhile now.
As benefits are not equal in cash and food, I go for the Cat deals. I buy food items that give me Cats so that I can use those Cats for cash items like diapers, detergents & hygiene. Many times I get food items I dont eat just to get the Cats and then donate such food items to the food pantry or exchange them for babysitting time with my elderly neighbors.
And cuz Shoprite classifies most coupons as food I do have to do separate transactions every time.

            • kelly

no, i don’t agree with the “entitlement” attitude – but have heard “why don’t you just pay for your groceries” as if coupons are lumped into the same negative stereotype. i don’t judge anyone for making use of what resources are available to them. i also don’t understand the people who “have too much pride” to even use coupons to lower their bill. there will always be those that look down on coupons as if they are not equal to money. not us! :)

    • Sandy

I too always warn people behind me that I have many coupons and there’s always a few that don’t work. Joke that they’ve been forewarned! I do split up my orders though. My last order always consists of frozen items and coupons that I know do not scan or double properly ie. Marcal, Perdue, Kikkoman so front end mgr. doesn’t have to keep coming over and get annoyed that they actually have to put in a coupon manually :) and do their job.

      • Chefpat

Hi Sandy…I stopped splitting orders after a cashier got irritated and started to summon the manager, stating, ” I know he’s not going to allow that” when she realized the next order was mine also, after having difficulty pushing through the coupons from my first order.
I told her that the order was not actually mine, but some else’s who is handicapped and asked me to shop for them (not the truth, but I did also have my handicapped neighbor’s loyalty card, which he lets me use all the time)
She backed down when she realized I was using a different loyalty card, but not without mumbling something about whether or not I should be using someone else’s card after having just used my own.
I found it a little ridiculous that she would rather call the manager, have him refuse to allow the transaction, take all the stuff off the conveyor and have to put it all away rather than just do the transaction and shut up already!
Since I regularly use four different loyalty cards ( two of my friends extra ones too) I decided to just make more trips rather than split orders and draw attention to myself and ruin a good thing.

        • eva

IMO what you’re doing is dishonest. If you’re really shopping for those three other people, than I can understand using their cards. But to just gather up all your friends’ cards and use them to get multiples of deals all for yourself is (IMO) unethical according to SR’s stated PP Card policy and only contributes to the reasons why so many people resent couponers.

          • Chefpat

I do shop for them…especially when it is very snowy and difficult for them to get around…which is why I have their cards in the first place.
I live in an apt building occupied by mostly handicapped and disabled people and most of my close friends and neighbors are less mobile than me and so I do a lot of their shopping for them.
I also go online and add SRE coupons to their cards for them and keep them informed of deals that might suit them as I am the only one in the group that has a computer.

In rereading what I said…I see how that sounds..That particular trip was one of my first with couponing and I had quite a few items for me in that second order. After the confrontation, I learned that it was not only too complicated to try to use four cards for couponing purposes, but also not really the right thing to do as far as the stores point of view.
So now, I don’t split orders, I just make separate trips for each person. I do usually slip a few items in with their orders though that I am paying for however, they are always HBA’s that I will be donating, so I’m not sure if that is so wrong.
I have never used their cards for just my own purchases and they have me keep their cards with me to help them out and as I said ,all have given me permission to use their cards whenever I want if I want to add something in.

            • Emily Perez Irizarry

              Dear Chefpat…dont stress!
People are quick to judge without knowing.
Unless you have been in the situation of being in a shelter (of any kind) or being disabled, they dont know how hard it is.
              Im disabled myself, mentally.
Couponing has become therapeutic to me and my family.
I too use cards from my elderly neighbors.
I go everyday to SR if needed cuz I know they frown upon multiple transactions with multiple cards.
But one does what one has to do.
Might be unethical but not illegal.

Even after coupons I spend $600 in food, $100 in other items plus I cash my wic checks there too. SR is still getting my money!!!

            • Sandy

              Chefpat,
There is no need for you to explain yourself! People judge without knowing just as Emily said. I use 3 different cards and donate 90% of my purchases to my church as well as family members who have much less than I do.( Last week alone I donated 48 deodorants, 36 bottles shampoo/cond and 30 Tena pads) If I go to my regular cashier I do split orders back to back but usually I ring an order and put bags in my car and go back into store and do next order. I use old envelopes and put coupons inside them along with loyalty card so as not to get confused. Please do not let one poster dissuade you from couponing, donating and helping your family and neighbors! I get approx. 30 of each insert each week, please don’t hesitate to ask if you need any extra coupons to help the needy.
              ~Sandy

              • Diane Sanderson

Yes, this is what my SR recommends. they will not ring back to back order say if you have 8 coupons. You need to go out and come in.

              • Chefpat

Thanks…I know I over did it explaining myself…not used to getting verbally attacked like that.
Having the use of four cards did cause me to have to rein myself in at the beginning, but like I said, I don’t want to ruin a good thing so I’m respectful of it..
I’m never going to stop helping the women and kids at the shelter…as good as it feels to make the donations, it is also sad to see people in need of such basic things as shampoo and deodorant….awesome job w/ your donation last week!
I get about 30 inserts also ea week…mostly SS and mine are different that what others here seem to be getting so maybe we can help ea other…kinda afraid to say the wrong thing again so feel free to email me…pakers62@yahoo.com

          • Chefpat

Just to be really clear…I am not “gathering all my friends cards and using them to get multiple deals for myself”

Being single, my personal stockpile grew very quickly.

I am certainly not being unethical and contributing to the reasons people hate couponers.

The majority of what I’m doing now is for donation purposes as my personal supply is done.

I am disabled as are most of my friends and neighbors. Several times a month I prepare dinners for them and I also go to a homeless shelter and prepare a meal for 30 people once a month..as the shelter does not provide meals and requires the women to use their food stamps and prepare their own. This is what most of my couponing efforts are for.

I admit, at first, when I was bitten by the coupon bug, I was thinking to try to juggle all the cards to do more, but like I said before…soon realized that it was too complicated and also wrong,so please don’t label me as a problem.

If I’m making a special trip to the store to shop for someone else, I’m not so sure it’s so terrible to slip in a few HBA’s that I will pay for in order to donate.

      • Chefpat

Oh yeah…all of my .55/1 Kikkoman coupons say DND…I tested one and they really dnd.
I’m almost sure that I had some several weeks ago that did double though.
IMO…their products are so good I don’t mind that they don’t double ..especially the tempura batter….way better than I can make and I’m a perfectionist chef

    • Karen

In addition to letting folks know that I have a lot of coupons, I often notice items they are buying and I give them coupons I probably won’t be using. Everyone likes to save!

      • Chefpat

Hi Karen…great idea…maybe I’ll get in the habit of bringing some extra coupons along.
Last week, I was in the shampoo Isle looking to do the Tresemme MM deal and the shelves were empty.
I asked the girl that was restocking the section if there were any more to bring out.She said,” No, I don’t think so, there seems to be some kind of coupon out there that makes them free, so they disappear as soon as I put them out, I wish I had that coupon, I love Tresemme”
WOW…what an oppotunity!! So, I explained to her how to load the SR Ecoupon and gave her one of my sets of coupons…she loves me now and sent me home in search of a Crest Whitening toothpaste coupon…LOL…I’m thinking this new friendship might work out well…can’t find a Crest coupon though :(

        • Melinda Dilione

What a neat story :) That was so nice of you to share your coupons! This might help you – there was a $0.50/1 Crest Toothpaste Coupon in the 1/28 P&G insert which can be used on Crest Whitening as long as it’s 3 oz or larger. There was also a $1/1 Crest BE, Sensi-Relief or 3D White Brilliance Toothpaste or 3D White Brilliance Boost coupon in the 2/9 Red Plum insert. Hope this helps your new friendship :)

          • Chefpat

Thanks Melinda…I completely forgot to check the past inserts when I was looking online for the Crest coupons.
I just finished organizing them into a new binder last week too.
            Problem solved…thanks again

            • Melinda Dilione

              anytime!

      • Chefpat

Oh…I forgot to say…she did go away and came looking for me w/ two bottles of Tresemme Shampoo…the exact ones I asked about even!

    • Denise Davison

Hi Chefpat… wow! It sounds like you are off to a great start with you couponing, and it is so awesome that you are able to make donations! I love doing that myself, always feels good to give back… There are always going to be people that you run into in the store that are going to give you a hard time, many times they don’t understand anything about couponing and have no problems paying full price (yikes!) If there is someone that gets in line behind me and doesnt have a big order, I will try and give them the heads up that I might take awhile, if they want to stay in line that’s their choice… but half the time all the lines are long so they would have to wait just as long in any other line as they would waiting behind me… but I really hope you never feel discouraged about checking out… people bring $40 in cash to the store we bring $40 in coupons, I think its a great idea to have a line that is more or less dedicated to couponers, but until that day comes… hold your head up, hold that line up, and don’t worry about what the others think or if they are getting annoyed, just think of how many items you are going to add to your stockpile when you get home and how many more awesome donations you will be able to make! Happy Couponing! :)

      • Chefpat

Thanks for the encouragement…I’m def going to take Ginny’s advice and go first thing Sunday morning.
Just want to thank you guys for all you do…I can’t imagine having to figure out the coupon matchups from scratch.
The SR ad preview is great also because I can see what HBA’s are going to be free or nearly free soon enough to order multiple coupons from the clipping service and be able to make decent donations to the women and children’s shelter.
Thanks again…I really don’t know how you guys stay so well on top of things…I have learned so far that if it looks like one of you made a mistake, I need to take a closer look because it usually ends up being me!

    • Emily Perez Irizarry

I had the same thought on Friday…like they need a line that is exclusive for customers with more than 5 coupons…but it should be attended by a cashier familiar/experienced with the store coupon policy and an override key.

But on the angry customers behind couponers at the register…well people get angry at everything.
Many dont like when I cash WIC checks, or when my kids are rowdy or those times when I can’t find my debit card inside my cluttered purse or the few times I’m short of money and I go digging my cluttered purse for $0.48!
I mostly tell people coming behind me if I have WIC checks or a lot of coupons…some dont care , some roll their eyes and leave. But in any event, many cashiers are as impatient or worst than the customers standing behind me in line :(

      • Chefpat

Hey Emily…. I don’t have kids, but more power to you for even finding time to coupon with kids to tend to also!

You’re right, people will get mad at just about anything that delays them even slightly.

I have a hard time not letting it affect me though, so I’m def going to try Ginny’s suggestion to go first thing Sunday morning.

I’ll just keep dreaming about my exclusive couponer’s lane…..and yes, even better, an override key!

        • Emily Perez Irizarry

Couponing has become a family hobby to us.
We go together through the recycling bins in my bldg almost every night (my oldest collects box tops & labels too). They help cutting and purging expired ones from my box.
I mostly go shopping either when the oldest are in school or 1hr before store closes.
I get nightmares of my coupons beeping and theres no override key to be found.

          • Chefpat

Just curious, I’m kinda new at couponing, what kind of boxtops and labels are you talking about?
My apt bldg has about 40 units and a giant cluster of mailboxes.
When the paper comes in the mail each week that usually contains a SS insert, most tenants toss them into the trash can that is there, so each week I usually have tons of SS inserts that I can’t possibly use.

            • Emily Perez Irizarry

              They use those at school!
They come on the packages of certain items…we found them on our cardboard bin on the cereal boxes …some times if its not too smelly I dig in the can box cuz the soup cans also has them.
I believe the school get 10cents per box top plus they do classroom competitions to see who brings the most. They usually get like a party pizza.
At my daughters school if shes in the top 10 schoolwide, she gets a ribbon.
Shes a first grader, she loves getting her ribbons :)

      • Amber Pesantez

I have two kids, and I go shopping with both of them. I will tell people straight out, I have more then one transaction and most the time they leave. My kids are cute enough to ease the tension sometimes, because even when they are tired or bored and get rowdy people try to talk to them, even after showing signs of irritation that my order is taking a very long time. Its all about picking the right cashier. Sometimes I walk twice back and forth looking for certain cashiers that I know are fast and accurate and don’t throw a fuss about my coupons. On top of doing multiple transactions with coupons I normally add a WIC check or two to get necessities. Stay strong, and if at all possible, let your cute kids take some pressure off. :] Having them help me put stuff on the belt right in the beginning wards people off that would otherwise get impatient. The best trips I’ve had have been with those kids just being themselves and elderly behind me just enjoying getting to talk to them. :]

        • Emily Perez Irizarry

I dont really get stressed by people behind me huffing and puffing… I’m the piggy in the brick house…lol
My girls are cute and adorable all the way through the SR but once we get to the register, I guess they get bored plus one of them has ADHD.

      • Pinou Sideratos

The answer is to bag while the cashier is ringing up.. the only downside is you may want to remove something for which that coupon doesn’t scan ..

    • Diane Sanderson

The standard is to hand them some extra coupons or to Thank them for being patient as you leave. One reply is to say thank you, I saved say 80.00.. Or I just talk to them or warm them as they get in line behind me. Some people like to watch as the order is rung up especially if it is an extremely great savings.. Always have your list in order, speak with the cashier and have everything in order.. That can save 5 to 10 minutes during check out, I place items that match together so that if the cashier want s to check the coupons first, it is much easier. Good cashier put coupons that require managers approval aside and only call the head cashier or manager over only one time.

      • Chefpat

Thanks for the tips…I’m learning that it would be wise to befriend some cashiers…sounds like a job for some awesome homemade bread and some raspberry cheesecake bars..
I do spend a lot of time making sure everything is in order…biggest problem I encounter is the coupons not scanning, both printed and MC.
I’m curious what your thoughts are about the self checkout registers?

  • Harry

just as an fyi, the dollar days CATs are printing as soon as the last of the qualifying item is scanned unlike the other CATs that print out only after successful payment completion. So if you are not sure if an item qualifies as part of the buy x, get $ CATs this week, you can ask the cashier to take all of the deal items out of the order or replace with another even before you pay if the CAT has not printed by the time the last item is scanned.

    • Denise Davison

Great idea Harry, thanks for the idea!

  • Christina

Just a reminder: SR Family Rewards Points expire 2/22 so check your accts. and redeem points by weeks end

    • Denise Davison

Thanks Sandy! Great Reminder… I always forget that those are even there!

      • misterbill

I stopped paying attention tot them when they increased the minimum required for redemption. I assume it’s still 200? Also, do you need to sign up for the Family Rewards program? I don’t even seem to have it on my second card.

        • Rocky

You do still have to sign up. Lowest redemption is 150 pts. for a freebie item such as 4 pk. of Yoplait Greek yogurt. Minimum for OYNO is 250 pts. for a $3 OYNO. Purchases made now go into the new/next quarter. Lots of manufacturers dropped out, and, of those that remain, many cut the participating products list, but, so far, many of the Unilever products in this week’s DD offer are still included, such as Ragu, Knorr sides, Wishbone.

        • Denise Davison

150 points is the minimum for redemption and yes you need to enroll in the program.. here a link to all of the details and to enroll.. http://www.shoprite.com/for-your-family/shoprite-family/

There are currently 2 eCoupons for Hellmann’s Mayo: $0.50/1 exp 02/22/2014 & the new $1.00/1 which expire 03/15/14. Has anyone bought Hellmann’s (30-oz jar) and if so, did both eCoupons come off your order?

    • beloved2424

I bought one 30-oz. jar yesterday and neither came off :(

      • kt

was it “regular” full-fat no add-ins mayo?

        • beloved2424

it was just regular ol mayo

          • Kathy

Did you try to get the eCoupons refunded from Customer Service? I’m just curious if it doesn’t work, if they’ll give us both or just one…

            • beloved2424

Sorry, didn’t see this til now! I know it is probably useless info at this point, but no I didn’t. My CS won’t reimburse for missing eQs…. I always have to call the 800 number.

            • Dipty Joshi

They asked me call the 1-800-shoprite for eCoupons not coming off.

  • KJ

I just got back from Shoprite in Aberdeen, MD. They have signs up that no coupons can be used in conjunction with Dollar Days Deals. I don’t know if this is true for all Klein’s stores, or just Aberdeen, but that really stinks!

    • Kari

      What? That’s ridiculous!

    • bill

Yup, went yesterday and didn’t get a $5 Catalina on the Henkel/Dial deal and CS would not give it to me because I used a coupon for the Dial. Probably will stop shopping at SR altogether over all the recent anti-couponer sentiment there.

  • Tina

Do you know when they will have the rest of the deals up for the dollar deals match ups? I go to a friends house that has more than one computer no data cap (haha) and with a 18 month old I have to plan my day out! Thanks in advance!

  • Chefpat

OOPS…just noticed the ‘recent comments’ sidebar…mostly all my replies…newbie mistake!
I’ll be mindful not to do all my replies at the same time so as not to occupy the ENTIRE new comments section…sorry all!

don’t worry about that. once you’re done, it’ll all shift when someone else gets started! ;)

Don’t apologize! Welcome to LRWC and thanks for your contributions! That’s what makes this site so awesome…community of readers adding their tips and finds, asking questions, etc. We rely so much on you guys answering questions to each other because it would be impossible for us to test each and every deal out there. But comments here are so valuable and we all appreciate them :)

If anyone is having trouble loading SR e-coupons I found the answer to my problem and I am sure I am not the only one. In the past I have got a lot of advice of what was wrong from Rocky and Lori. The problem went away for a while but now it’s back. For the last three weeks I couldn’t load SR e-coupons. Finally when my $5 family rewards didn’t come off I had to give Customer service a call. I was told I had 88 coupons loaded. I told them my account shows 26. I was then told that there are hidden q’s I can’t see. That sounds like a bunch of bull. So the CSR emailed me a list of all 88 q’s. I started matching them up to my cellfire coupons. I emailed the CSR that sent me the list that my cellfire q’s were listed on my PP card but of course I never heard back. So if you are having a problem loading coupons on your PP card call customer service and ask for a list of your e-coupons. I am sure they know of this glitch but don’t want to spend the resources to fix it. Saturday I redeemed the Progresso Soup e-coupon that was loaded to my PP card and it came off as a cellfire but it wasn’t even on my cellfire list. Wakefern should think about spending a little more $$$$$ on their clunky e-coupon system.

    • Kari

What I’ve learned on here is that SR coupons can be “hosted” by cellfire which is why they say cellfire even if it doesn’t necessarily come from ones you clipped there. Can someone tell me reason for even having your SR card linked to cellfire? As I understand it you cannot use a coupon “twice” if it’s listed both on SR and on Cellfire so this business of clip first on SR then on Cellfire seems moot to me. But maybe I’ve got it wrong?

      • Sandy

We should clip Savingstar first and then SR and/or Cellfire. If you do it this way you may get both discounts, SR/Cellfire shown on your receipt and Savingstar added to your rolling acct. with them.

        • Kari

Yes, definitely using both SR and Savingstar! But is there any use to clipping on both SR and Cellfire?

          • Sandy

No as they intertwine with each other. The only time I clip Cellfire us when SR site is down

          • Kathy

Although I don’t go to CF often, the few times I have checked, I noticed that there have been one or two coupons listed there that are nowhere to be found in the SR list (for ex: I have on CF a $2.00/1 Axe face product that I do not have available on SR)….so maybe it’s at least worth checking to see if you find any listed on CF that are also not found elsewhere?

            • tina

but then remember how many you clipped this way, as it will count toward the 88 max, but will not show on shoprite(dot)com

              • Kathy

Right, it can get confusing. I still don’t understand why identical ones that I show clipped on SR do not show as clipped on CF…

                • rickd

I sent SR customer service an email after I found that my cellfires are on my PPcard. I was NEVER told that cellfires count against my 88 PP limit. And it is NOT stated on Shoprite’s or Cellfire’s websites that their coupons are commingled. There is a glitch in SR’s substandard coupon system. But if I am the only one questioning this it is not going to change.

  • COLIN

Well, getting this thread back to deals, I am glad that someone found that Hanover Beans deal as I will definitely take advantage of that, but my store does not carry the Oscar Mayer P3.

    • Denise Davison

Hey Colin, The P3 packs are new, so hopefully you will find them in your store soon! I’m not sure where you shop, but I have been able to find them in both the North Brunswick and East Brunswick stores.

      • COLIN

Thanks, Denise. My store sometimes just does not carry some things — as I am sure most stores selectively do. My store did not carry the Special K biscuits, which I believe even have S/R e-coupon allocated for their purchase. But all in all, I make out quite well, indeed, all things considered — and that is directly the result of you, Cindy, the rest of the staff and of course, each and every one of my colleagues here!

        • Denise Davison

I run into that problem quite often as well, I wish that was my problem this week… my biggest problem is that the 2 ShopRites that are in my area, have no stock on the Kelloggs Cereal… total bummer! We are always so happy to help you and everyone else out in any way that we can!! :)

          • COLIN

Just goes to show you that you have a lot of savvy shoppers down your way. Do you ever get noticed by people in the stores for the work you do here online?

            • Denise Davison

Lol! Nope I have not ever been recognized… I must say I’m pretty easy to spot though, I always have a little munchkin on my side.. who is usually holding and crossing off the list as we shop! She just loves to help!

              • COLIN

                A little elf! That’s great!

          • Michelle T.

Hi Denise, I shop at the North Brunswick store too! I was there today and was not surprised that many of the good sale/coupon items were out of stock, Monday is a bad day there for stock. I will go back Wed or later for the 4 day sale so they will be sure to restock :)

            • Denise Davison

I’m sure that the weather has something to do with the delays in stocking… Ill be heading back later this week as well.. let me know if you find anything before I do!

  • Stride Right

I just came back from Shoprite and the Purex deal did not print for me. I purchased 2 tropical scents (light green bottle), 3 with oxi (blue bottle) and 1 bag of packs. I wanted to try the soft scrub toilet packs for $1.99 and use my q but my store did not stock that item and therefore could not do Cindy’s deal as posted. Went to CS, they were very nice and printed cats for me but just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Also I did the Georgia Pacific deal with one Northern bath tissue, one Brawny and one Dixie paper plate. I purchased the advertised items. The cat printed but the Shoprite e-coupons for the Brawny and Northern did not come off. Maybe I had the wrong sizes for the e-coupons.

    • dg

brawny and quilted northern ecoupons are both for a purchase of 2

      • stride right

Ta dah! Thanks for picking up on the quantity problem! Wish you were with me when I was scratching the back of my head and wondered what went wrong! The ounces and quantities are always tricky just when I thought I was doing everything right I always mess up somewhere. Thanks for your help. Good to know about the purex oxi, I will keep away from that in the future.

    • Denise Davison

Hi Stride Right… Thank you for the heads up about the Purex, glad to see that Customer Service was gracious enough to print the Catalina for you… all of the Georgia Pacific Deal eCoupons were actually $1/2.. so that would be why they did not come off.. hth!

    • bryna

I did the Purex deal too and my Cat did not print either

      • kabbysteve

        What scents did you buy?

    • ss

If I remember the Oxi gave us a problem last time. Have to keep a watch on this one.

  • Bob

Can’t find the Green & Black’s chocolate coupon – link is to Facebook. Is it found anywhere else?

    • Melinda Dilione

looks like its NLA now – sorry about that. updating the list now.

  • Chefpat

I was wondering if I can use the Alouette $1/1 MC and SRE $1/1 cpn for the 4 oz blue cheese varieties that are on sale at my SR for $4.49? Seems like I should be able to but I’ve learned not to 2nd guess LRWC and only the 4.99 varieties are listed.

  • Chefpat

With the Alouette again…also a little confused as to why it would be listed as $4.99 and then $.99 after two $1.00 off coupons?

    • Sandy

As long as its 4 oz. or larger the ecoupon will work and as long as the mfg. coupon is not for the spreadable cheese you’re good to go. These were on sale not long ago for $2.99 FYI

      • Chefpat

        Thanks…cpn says any variety 4oz +
blue cheese crumbles are 4.49 4oz exactly what I need for a recipe

  • Amber Pesantez

Just shopped at SR in BB Nj, bought 2 Ragu, 2 Knorr, and 2 Wish Bone, used .50/2 Ragu, .50/2 Knorr, .65/2 Wishbone. Everything doubled and got my Catalinas. Ecoupons didn’t come off at first but a trip to the front desk got me cash! :]

  • Kari

According to my SRFH regular Cheerios are on sale 3 for 3.90 so 1.30 each without coupons! I think there are some generic 1/2 any GM coupons out there too.

    • katy

mine says the same price for the 14 oz box. and the 16.2 oz box of multigrain cheerios is 2 for $4.31. would be great if these count for the dollar days cat. they should work with the ecoupon and savingstar.

      • Kari

It’s the 9 oz box that counts for the Dollar Days at 2.49 – but the .75/1 coupon will work for the 16.2 oz box making it only .65!

        • katy

there’s always a chance of something outside the specific items working for the cat – not a big chance, but a chance nonetheless

  • chris

    I purchaed 4 knorr and used 2/.50 off 2 coupons and .50 e coupon and 2 ragus with .50/2 and .50 e coupon and received 3.00 cat.

  • Sandy

Savingstar has 2 new ecoupons: 20% off bananas and $1 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition

  • Kari

A few Unilever products that are included but not listed are the .88 Suave Naturals, Axe Shampoo 3.99 and the Suave Professionals at 3.49 and 2.49.

    • kabbysteve

They are included in what, the dollar deals? If so, did you see hanging tags? Thanks

      • Kari

Sorry yes :) the dollar deals. There were hang tags!

  • Sandy

If you sign up at Farmland dot com – they will send you bricks link to print .55 any Farmland product. Bacon on sale for $ 3.49 making it only $2.39- coupon expires 2/2/15!

  • Heather

Got back from shoprite today doing the kelloggs and GM dollar days- kelloggs printed no problem the general mills didn’t..luckily cs checked my receipt and issued no problem.
My GM transaction consisted of 4 Muir Glen soups and 2 nature Valley Breakfast Biscuits…all listed in the circular as participating

    • hd

it seems the breakfast biscuits are not working properly. they are a new product not yet in all stores and must have been missed when the deal was programmed.

  • ss

DelMonte seasoned beans were $1.00 at my store.
Purina Beneful Healthy Smile ecoupon did not come off nor did the Ragu :(
Nice deal on the Quilted Northern – found 3 SR coupons (mfg) for $2 off the TP in my stash of coupons and another $2.00 store coupon someone left behind minus the $1 ecoupon and the $5 Cat so grabbed 3 packs for $4.00 – so check your coupons that spit out of the catalina machine.

  • Nicole LaFrance

it may be in here already but does anyone know if the Motts coupons that says DND on it does by chance double?

    • Denise Davison

Hi Nicole, just got back from ShopRite and I used the printable $0.55/1 Motts Coupon and that did not double, if that helps you at all

  • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

My local shoprite is officially out of catalina paper… completely… in the whole store. Friend of mine got them to credit her current sale for the future catalinas, we’ll see what happens when I go later

    • Rocky

      Which store is this?

      • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

        NY – Albany

        • Rocky

Whew, thanks, I’m in NJ and haven’t gotten to the store, yet!

          • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

Hopefully your store was better prepared!

    • kabbysteve

      WOW!

  • tina

Are The Yakisoba Bowls The Same Thing As The Maruchan Bowls? Same .50 Price? Does Anyone Know?

    • Denise Davison

They are actually 2 different items, however they are both on sale for $0.50 each

      • tina

So The 1/2 Maruchan Yakisoba Won’t Work On Them?

        • Denise Davison

It will they are on sale for $0.50 :)

    • Sandy

I got the non bowl type yesterday which was .50 however the bowl was 4/$3 or .75 each in NJ

  • kabbysteve

I bought 4 Motts Apple juice ,1 Motts Medley Tropical and 1 Motts Medley Grape all $1.49 each and received the $5 catalina

  • Amanda Klein

Went today and the $.55 off any Thomas product coupon doubled to $1 so I got it for free. Also, did the Blue Bunny. They’re priced at $1.24 and my store doubled the $.75 coupon to a $1.49 so I made $.24 off each one!

    • Melinda Dilione

nice! happy to hear the thomas coupon doubled!

  • Maria

Does anyone know if the Gillette buy $15, get $5 gift card is working on Shelf Prices or Sale Prices? My thinking is that if I buy 1 Embrace Razor (Shelf Price 12.99) and 1 Satin Care Shave Gel (Shelf Price 2.49), that would put me at 15.48 (and I have coupons for them both). But if it is sale prices then I would be too low and not get the gift card. Has anyone done this deal successfully? If so I would love to hear what you bought!

  • Sandy

On FB – search…..” Pork Be Inspired” to get $1.00 off Fresh Pork coupon Exp 6/30

    • Amanda

I hate facebook. I searched – whole page of stuff came up for pork be inspired Timeline with pictures and latest posts how people were unable to print the coupon. But no coupon to be found. Tried to search that page – failed

      • Tina

yeah so did I..Couldn’t find anything!

      • Mark
      • Sandy

On FB page under the bowl of food click on the yellow submit PORKLUV button and share blah blah blah…

        • DianeG

          - worked – Thanks Sandy!

        • Rachel

          Thanks worked for me.

        • Kari

          Awesome! Thanks!

  • Harry

Two deals that worked this week….one a Kelloggs and one GM. Also should be getting a further 1.25 from SavingStar for the NV bars and Choc Toast Crunch and $1 from Ck51 for the 2xFrosted Wheats. (For the Kelloggs rolled 2 x $5 CATs from previous week, 0.75 off Shakes coupons from rewards, and also the pampers wipes are a filler item so I could use the 2 CATs and then rolled the $5 from the Kelloggs into the GM)

  • wendy

Has anyone tried the Henkel/Dial deal? I was looking to purchase the soft scrub mildew stain remover (4) and dial liquid hand soap (2) but they were both coded wrong at my store. The soft scrub spray at my store was 23 oz but the ad states the one included is 32 oz. and the 23 oz was 3.49 instead of $3.00. Because of the size discrepancy I could not convince CS that there was a misprint and adjust the price.

  • Pinou Sideratos

I did them as a newlywed in 1994 but back then you could redeem them for stuff like spoons, kitchenware,etc.. although honestly now that I think about it, it probably wasn’t Kelloggs but Betty Crocker

  • Sandy

A few new Savingstar Coupons avail to clip this morning. There’s also a printable St. Ives for $3.75/$12 to stack with the St. Ives SS.

  • mahal

which zipcode has the 75cents gogurt coupon. I couldn’t find it the regular one where cindy suggests

  • chris

I was shopping at shoprite and had no plans on doing the Henkle deal but the Purex had coupons for .50 off that doubled so i was happy to get six bottles for a dollar.

    • Melinda Dilione

      Wow nice find!

      • dana

the hangtags are on the small bottles, but say they are for the larger bottles. apparently they scan on the sale size, but that is not the bottles they were meant for.

        • chris

the hangtags in my shoprite were on the sale bottles.

          • dana

i said they were hanging on the sale bottles, but the coupons say they are for bigger bottles. for whatever reason, they are hanging on the wrong bottles.

    • Jaye

Chris, Your store doesn’t limit coupons to 4 per like coupons???

  • Misiu

Is anyone else having trouble the last couple of weeks with Smartsource? My Java is enabled and up to date but it won’t print.

    • Michelle T.

Try deleting your temporary history and cookies. Sometimes that gets it working again. (Tools, internet options, delete temporary history cookies etc)

  • Rocky

Sandy, thanks a bunch – great find! Only wish I had more than one p.c. to print from, I’m salivating!!! Quick note for others, I had to key in farmlandfarms dot com to get to the site.

  • MARIA

have been rolling multiple times this deal because family is liking the chips and nourish – rolling not just the CAT, but the rewards coupons that each of this deal generates: 2x Special K chips + 3xNourish cereal. The 2x Special K BBQ variety have $6 coupon code which includes 2 prints (from each chips box) of 0.75 off Nourish and 1.50 off 2x Special K Chips. So pay 1.45 OOP for each deal after rolling coupons and CAT from previous transaction. If someone likes the Special K chips and Nourish this is a good rolling scenario.

  • Danielle

Can I use the catalinas I got for GM to purchase more GM and get more catalinas?

    TIA!

    • Kari

Yep! No rules like Walgreens with rolling one into the other.

      • Danielle

        Thanks so much!!

  • Kathy

Not sure if anyone mentioned this b4 but the Pompeian catalina deal is actually a MM because there is also a $1/1 SR eCoupon which works for the vinegar!

  • Kathy

Anyone in CT find the Ronzoni 150 pasta in their store? Looks like an interesting product so it would have been nice if it were part of the Ronzoni special this week…..
