For the buy $XX and get $x back offers — do these work off of shelf price, or sale price? Thanks! :-)

FWIW, I think you guys missed the best deal in the circular — Minute Maid Pure Squeezed (not from concentrate) is on sale for $2.49 in my online circular. There is a new $1.00/1 printable @ Coupons(dot) com to bring this down to $1.49. But what is even better is that there is a z-savers for $1.00/1, as well. Now, what should happen is that both the z-savers and the $1.00 printable should both be deducted — my experience is that both a printable and a z-savers will come off — However, if the printable is less than $1.00 it will not double. As you can see, however, your printable would not double anyway as it is $1.00 or more. The Pathmark z-savers should follow that of A&P where I was able to use a $1.50 printable off Gevalia coffee and both the printable and the z-savers (for that same amount) did come off on my register receipt. Long story short, the final price that you should wind up paying for the MM juice is .49!

not sure how that was missed – thanks colin adding it in now!

      • COLIN

No problem, we’re human, after all and you guys have a lot on your plate!

    • Harry

Deal could be even better with the super savings coupon from the flyer (March 7 to 9) which says the juice is 1.98 with additional purchase of $25. So free OJ if you buy something for $25 before coupons.

  • COLIN

Anyone also notice that the 5 lb. bag of carrots is listed @ both $1.98 and $2.98? At $1.98, that is a good price but I am not sure if it is a misprint that they will honor? Could someone report back on this as I probably won’t get to my local P/M until after the weekend. Thanks!

    • COLIN

This appears to be a separate sleeve for some of my local Pathmark stores and not all stores therefore would receive this offer. If you do get this sleeve, do not forget to take advantage of the .99/lb Roma/Plum tomatoes that would be eligible for the 20% cash back discount from Savingstar!

Anyone know if the Dole Fruit Shakers Catalina is printing at Pathmark as it does at A&P?s

    • carina

Last week i buy two shakes and got 0.75 catalina

      • COLIN

        Thanks, Carina!

Normally not a big fan of Pathmark, but this week seems to be a good week at PM for couponers. If the Magnum CAT prints, it will be a good deal with the 20% off combined with the 0.75 IPs for end result of 3.37 OOP and another 2 back in CAT or 68 cents each pack.

Also if the yoplait greek CAT prints, will make the deal even better with a zaver and savingstar taking off $2 without any coupons (NJ) off of an already discounted price of 0.78 for a final price of less than 0.50 cents a cup.

Quaker Warm and Crunchy Granola $1 after coupon.

Now just hoping they have the Schar, Kings Hawiaan and Utz Kettle on sale for the $25 min required to use the super coupon.

Super coupons for blackberries and strawberries, MM OJ all at less than $2 each top the deal list.

    • Harry

Just to confirm, the Yoplait greek buy 10 get 1.50 CAT does print at Pathmark. Buying 12 and combining with a zaver makes these close to 0.50 each without mfr cpn and less than 0.50 if out of NJ with MFR. However the Magnum CAT does not print. Even without which, the magnums work out to 1.68 a pack after 20% off SC and 0.75 MFR.
Earthbound Farm frozen organic broccoli good deal at 2.50; 20% off frozen takes 0.50 off and if you have the .75 DND IP (NLA) would make it 1.25

      • Evie

Hi Harry, do you if the 20% discount is still working on shelf prices?

        • Harry

No, for the EB farms (which were 2.50 sale price), it took off 0.50 and for the Magnum which were 3.89 sale price it took off 0.80 – so looks like sale price only.

          • Evie

Thanks! It was such a sweet deal I was hoping it would last all month long!

General Mills Dark Chocolate Multigrain Cheerios @ $2.48. Some time back there was a .75/1 printable coupon (mine expires on 3/24) brings the item down to .98 cents. There is also a .75 Savingstar for this item that expires on 3/31. S/R sells this currently @ $3.99 so unless it has a sale soon, this might be a good price to pick this up at Pathmark because the final price with both discounts is a paltry .23 cents. Not free as I have been used to, but the Mrs.likes them!

    • Denise Davison

Hm, thats for the idea Colin, I maybe have to go and get some of those tomorrow, the Mr. in this house LOVES them! :)

  • Michele A (SI)

Great deal on half-price Gorton fish at Pathmark. I bought 4 packages of battered fish fillets (6 fillets per box). They were on sale for $3.09 per box, .62 per box came off with the 20% frozen food coupon (even though the coupon specifies it was not good on frozen seafood) and I used 4 .75/1 printables which doubled. So the final price per box was 97 cents!

    • Denise Davison

      Great deal Michele!
