ShopRite Gift Card Catalina Deal 6/8 – 6/21

Buy $60 of participating products and get a $25 iTunes, Gulf, Shell, BP or ShopRite Gift Card.  The brands participating are P&G, Kraft, Unilever & General Mills.  You can not mix the brands – you must spend $60 in one brand to earn your gift card.  You can earn up to (4) $25 gift cards completing each offer once, per price plus card.

How it Works:

Registers will automatically keep a running total of your eligible purchases during the two (2) week qualifying period. Look for your free gift card certificate printed at the bottom of your register receipt when you qualify. Redeem your certificate at the register on your next shopping trip. Simply pick up your qualifying gift card at our display and present to cashier for activation by Saturday, July 12, 2014.  Limit 1 offer per manufacturer, per customer during the two (2) week promotional period.

Once you earn your certificate, you pick up a gift card at the gift card display in the store and bring it the register to have it activated.  You must present the gift card to cashier for activation with your receipt by July 12, 2014.

Fine Print:

Qualifying purchases are calculated BEFORE taxes, bottle deposits or fees, and the face value of manufacturer coupons and AFTER ShopRite store coupons, ShopRite Price Plus club card deductions and any doubled or tripled value of manufacturer coupons.

Now, I can tell you that, in the past, offers that have stated the same thing, have worked on pre-price plus prices just like every other offer.  This deal has worked on pre-price plus prices every year in the past. But, having said that, I cannot guarantee that it will happen with this.  Like any kind of deal, we have to see how it goes.  The good thing is that since this is tracking throughout the week, we can tell right away how it is working out by watching our running total at the bottom of our receipt.

Items Participating:

Here is a list of items participating in the gift card deal. This will be a great resource to us over the next two weeks!

Note: There are a lot of prices we need to get starting on Sunday.  The deal ideas will vary greatly but we added some based on the limited prices we have so far to get you thinking…

Kraft Spend $60 Get $25 Gift Card
Unilever Spend $60 Get $25 Gift Card
General Mills Spend $60 Get $25 Gift Card
P&G Spend $60 Get $25 Gift Card

Well, while everyone is excited about the GC deal, I’m happy with some of my basics! Eggland’s Best Eggs – $1.99 minus either .50/1 or .35/1 q. Chock Full o’Nuts Coffee – $2.69 minus $1.50/1 SS this coming weekend (I hope this is correct, I am in DIRE need of coffee, down to my last 2 cans – it’s been about 3 yrs since I’ve been down to only 2 cans!!!!). Domino Sugar – $1.99 minus .40/1 q. Chip Ahoy (MB3) 3/$6 (minus .75/2 q), get $2 cat off next milk purchase. An almost free 1/2 gal milk, yes!. Duncan Hines Brownie Mix – $1. No q’s that I know of, but $1/box is good for me! And, have to check my coupons, but, don’t recall if there is a size stipulation on the .70/1 Wishbone Dressing. If there isn’t, then it is free WB during the 4 day sale. BTW, Interesting grocery fact – Wishbone is no longer part of Unilever. It got sold to some international company. Note that there is no Unilever logo on those .70 q’s, nor is there a Limit 2 per shopping trip stipulation. But, good to know this ahead of time so folks don’t include Wishbone in their Unilever GC calculations!

    • d998d98fs7d9f

Not seeing any restrictions on my $1 off 2 Wish-Bone coupons. They will double at my Philly area SRs so free dressing!

      • rosa

what shoprite doubles $1 qs in philly?

        • al

Fairless Hills and Bensalem through June 30th

        • amydawn1964

is their an amount of coupons that they will double?

          • Marie

They double up to 20 in Fairless Hills.

    • Leslie

Thanks for the heads up about Wish Bone. I did not know about the sale. Good to know.

    • Harry

would be great if there is a “not-so-hot” “not-so-cold” weekly thread for these essentials like coffee, milk, sugar and eggs – like how do I get the best deal on eggs, milk and coffee, tea and sugar this week if I am going to run out of those? No need for money makers, stock-ups or HOT deal ideas, just the basics. Of course the other stuff is good and the MMs will fund the basics, but not always.

      • Rocky

That’s a nice idea, but, I don’t know that the LRWC folks can add yet another weekly post for us really-spoiled folks, but, I guess it would be akin to the weekly best deals on diapers, k-cups, etc.! Right now, I check the Grocery Price Comparison tool just to see what’s available for those types of things when I need them, and, whenever I see ad scans they always just jump out at me. I normally wouldn’t have been that low on the coffee, for example, but, I missed the last two really good sales on it at PM and Acme when the last round of coupons were out so this is an unusual situation for me! The other stuff I still have in my stockpile, but, at these prices with q’s, I know I will build them up!

      • Ruchama

On the For The Mommas blog, they’ve got a weekly MVP thread that lists the best prices on meat, cheese, produce, and maybe a couple other things. That could be useful to you.

      • http://livingrichwithcoupons.com/ Cindy Livesey

Have you used the Grocery Price Comparison? It does exactly that. Just search eggs and it will pull up sales at different stores. Then you select the stores you are interested in and the deals will show up.

For instance, I search eggs and I’ve attached a screen shot of the result. This is just a small portion of the results.

You can try out the GPC here http://www.livingrichwithcoupons.com/grocery-price-comparison

        • Harry

Great, thanks, exactly what I was hoping we could have on LRWC and is been there all the time :-)

        • Rejane

Hi Cindy! GPC is an extremely helpful tool that I use very often. However, I notice that sometimes I read a deal on the main page and later on when I check GPC, theat specifically deal is not showing in there. So I go back to the main LWRC page and use the search box to find the post about the deal I am lookin for. I can’t remember any example at the moment, and can send you an email when it happens again, but I was wondering if both databases (from GPC and LRWC website) are different.
          Thanks!

    • dowman

Good point about wishbone not being owned by Unilever anymore. But just to clarify, wishbone was sold to Pinnacle Foods which is a USA based company that owns BirdsEye, Vlassic pickles, Duncan Hines and a variety of other well known brands. It was Ragu and Bertolli pasta sauces that Unilever recently sold to a Japanese company. So once that deal closes, you will see similar changes with those brands as well.

      • Rocky

Thank you, thank you – those are the missing pieces to my Unilever saga! I had been in and out of the house so much, yesterday, and trying to check the site a few minutes at a time that I knew something was missing, just couldn’t get it to click!

    • Rocky

Well, it seems I may be out of luck on the CFoN coupons. I just saw it listed as $1.50/1 K-Cups, so, will have to wait until I see the coupon before letting myself get all excited!!!

      • barbara

yeah.. this is great for me..

      • Sandy

I already got my coupons – it’s only for the K-cups. Sorry :(

        • Rocky

Thanks for the heads-up, Sandy, at least I know what to expect, now!

      • Kathy S

Rocky – Check the coupon clipping service. They have a $1.50 off any 1 CFoN Ground Coffee that was in the 6-8 SS. Happy dance :)

        • Rocky

Yes, thank you, I have done so! And, I, too, am doing the happy dance!!!

  • Marie

I sure hope the Pictsweet vegetables go back down to .99 cents before 6/30. I have coupons to use. Or should I play it safe and buy at .49???

    • d998d98fs7d9f

Ask for a rain check (or two or three on different days) at the 49 cent price. Then wait and see.

      • Marie

        Good idea. Thank you.

      • Kelly Castiglione

most stores won’t give raincheck if the item is in stock…. Infact, I asked my shoprite for a Raincheck on pasta sauce and the lady actually got on her walkie talkie and paged someone in the back to check and see if they had any in stock, they had TWO so she wouldn’t write me a raincheck… =(

        • Nancy DuHaime Layton

          that’s insane

        • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

Mine never checks if they have something in stock. The girl at customer service knows me pretty well by now though lol

        • ds098ds9ds8ds90d8s90ds890d

Try a different shop rite then…some do that, most don’t

        • Tracy

My Shoprite does the same thing here (Bristol, CT) They say its good customer service – I do agree; but sometimes those rainchecks come in real handy

    • barbara

they are usually priced at $1.49 on a regular basis.. I hope they go on sale 1 more time.. i have a bunch left also.

      • Marie

Just want to mention Acme has some Pictsweet on sale for 1.00 this week, but their selection at 1.00 is very limited. The bags are smaller also if I remember correctly. But I will get a few anyway.

  • kabby

Revitalens contact solution 3.99, ad states look for $2 coupon coming this weekend.

  • mrsclaire

cheap motts for tot 64 oz with coupon and SR ecoupon! should be .50!

    • Rocky

Does this Tots version come in regular apple, do you know, or are they more blends of a couple of flavors?

      • kelly

yes, apple is one of the varieties. it is “for tots” because it is already watered down. it is juice/water blend.

        • Rocky

Thanks, Marie and mrsclaire, appreciate it – very helpful!

      • mrsclaire

idk if there are other flavors besides apple…all i know if that it is 40% less sugar than the regular variety

        • mary

Just be aware that it has 40% less sugar because it is watered down. It’s only about 50% juice and the rest is water. You can water down juice at home and save a whole lot more money.

At my SR, all of the Motts for Tots were juice blends (juice and water). None were 100% juice.

      • Melinda Dilione

I know it comes in Apple White Grape because we’ve got some in the fridge now.

  • george

I don’t know what the big deal is about Pictsweet frozen vegetables. Most varieties are not the steam-in-bag kind that we have all gotten used to. Also, this week and the week of 6/8 ShopRite brand frozen vegetables (including several steam in bag varities) are on sale for $1 a bag. Good deal.

    • Marie

I like free George. And also, I don’t care for the steam in bag, I prefer the regular bags. I love the chopped kale and spinach as a quick go-to for many recipes. The steam-in-bags are also smaller than the regular bags.

    • Nancy DuHaime Layton

      i hate steam n bags..

    • barbara

with the coupon pictsweet will be $.49 Frozen veggies are Frozen veggies.. I dont care about brand.. Just price.. My kids like the green and yellow whole green beans.. and it is a 12oz bag… steamable or not it is a great price for $.49 after coupon

      • DianeG

I love the yellow and green bean mix too – It can be hard to find at my ShopRite stores though. It makes a great salad with kidney beans, red onion, and any fresh chopped herb. Just adjust the dressing to match the herb – a quick any easy summer meal over a bed of lettuce.

        • Rocky

Hey, Diane, sounds good! What herb/s would you suggest if using just olive oil and balsamic vinegar as the dressing? I am herb-challenged….LOL!

          • DianeG

Add minced Italian (flat) parsley or thin ribbons of fresh basil. Crush some dried Italian herbs or oregano and add to the dressing with bit water and shake. A little finely chopped roasted red pepper with a few leafs of whole herb is nice for color on top of each plate.

            • Rocky

Appreciate it, thanks! Been wanting to come up with something different to do with the (free) bags of Hanover Kidney Beans I have in the freezer and your combination with the cheap Pictsweet green/yellow green beans sounded like a great choice! Thanks, also, to Barbara, for first mentioning them!

Edit: And, thanks to Ad Re for the Hanover beans to begin with! What a great community this is!

  • yan

If anyone still has that $0.75 off Wessen Oil (48oz or larger) from last month it’ll be on sale for $4.99 (1 gallon vegetable oil.)

    • DianeG

      thanks!

  • Harry

amex sync: no its not the spend 100 at SR, but possibly something better if you are lucky: spend $50 at any supermarket in the NYC/NJ area in a single trip and get $10 back and it can be done 3 times per card. I heard about it elsewhere but didn’t see it on my amex so called in. They were not able to add it to my card since it is targeted but said I should wait a week or two because they are releasing it in batches. So keep checking your amex accounts for this deal. I plan to buy prepaid phone cards which don’t seem to have as good a discount anywhere as this, but you could even buy SR gift cards and still get the credit as done previously. A potential $30 MM per Amex card that has the offer.

    • misterbill

What AMEX card do you have? It’s not showing up on the Costco card but my others did have it available.

      • Harry

I have only the Costco amex and do not have the offer on it yet.

        • misterbill

And I doubt you will. My experience is that they don’t make grocery and gas offers available on the Costco card. I have multiple AMEX cards and when I login, this offer was not available on the Costco card but I was able to add it to a different card (Blue Cash, an old card).

          • Laura D.

Hi Misterbill, this is absolutely none of my business, why so many amex cards? We have one, it’s my DH’s from forever ago, and every time I have to pay the annual fee it ticks me off, plus he rarely uses it anymore. He uses a card with rewards on it to get free stuff. I use reward credit cards on a regular basis and pay the balance off in full each month. I am searching out new ones because my go to card was sold and the new company stops every 4th transaction for identity theft, a real pain! I recently got a Sears CC, which promised 2% Cash Back (Unlimited on everything) and 5% back SYW Rewards at the SYW stores plus 2% back on all other purchases (no limit). Which was complete misrepresentation. No Cash back at all, and only 1% SYW Rewards, which they never include everything on the receipt. Anyhow….. I’m looking for a new card with a good rewards program that isn’t points for flying. SO, why so many amex cards? If you don’t mind me asking. Just can’t think of a reason to pay so many annual fees.

            • IK

AMEX blue cash does not have a fee.

            • misterbill

None of my AMEX cards have fees (this is a common misconception). I had a green card (with fee) many years ago but got rid of it a long time ago. I collected them over the years because of signup promos that they had. For now, they’re useful on Small Business Saturday because I get $10 free on each card (used to be $25). Between cards in my wife’s name, my name and my kids’ names, I have 16 cards with unique card numbers to use (AMEX issues different card numbers for each person’s card). My main card is an AMEX that is issued by Fidelity, I get 2% back on everything.

              • Laura D.

Thanks! This is great info. It states on their website that only 2% can be used towards purchases in their catalogue, otherwise depositing it into an account will be converted to 1%?? Here is what they have on the site:

Cardmembers can also choose to accrue points and redeem them on demand at any time. You must earn a minimum of 5000 points, $2,500 in purchases, to have them
redeemed into a Fidelity account. Once you have reached 5000 points, they can be converted at a rate of 1% (5000 point = $50 deposit) into the eligible Fidelity account you designate.
Is this the same you have? TIA!

                • misterbill

No, depositing it into a Fidelity account gets you 2% and it’s cash. Depositing it into a non-Fidelity account only gets you 1% unless you have over some amount of points (like 20,000). BTW AMEX has 3 ways of signing up for deals. Twitter, AMEX Deals on Facebook and their normal account website (under Offers for You). You will not be able to get the last type using the Fidelity card. The grocery deal is currently only available thru that method (or when I last looked).

                  • Laura D.

Thanks for all the info! I will be checking all of their cards out. Also having the hubby finally ditch the old AMEX so we don’t have to pay for the annual fee, which is ridiculous.

                    • Rejane

Hi Laura D.! If you don’t mind, I would like to be informed of your finds on the best CC out there. My bf is looking for it as well. You can email me at huillee@hotmail,com
                      Thanks in advance!

                    • Laura D.

No problem Rejane! I just emailed you! :)

          • IK

intersesting – I do not have it on my Blue Cash… did you go thru AMEX synch or just logged on to your acct?

            • Sandy

Targeted offer however you can always call them and ask for it to be loaded to your card. I also had $15/$75 Home Depot, Tiger Direct, ABt Electronics, Newegg and a few others. Geared towards Father’s Day. (Never ever get these offers on my Costco Amex card though). Always check Amex FB as they post stuff there also.

              • IK

Have those, and dunkin donuts – thx. Given Harry’s experience with calling them – I’m doubtful… But worth a try – thank you.

                • misterbill

The Dunkin Donuts offer is great. Buy a $5 gift card to maximize the savings. I just got email last night from them offering a free medium beverage for signing up for Dunkin Perks. Conveniently, my wife had a gift card to register but if not a free $5 card would work.

                  • IK

                    Good idea, thx!

                    • misterbill

PS here is the signup info to get the free drink:

Join our one million members and enroll in DD Perks®; with promo code MILLION to receive a FREE medium beverage*, plus 100 bonus points to get you started.
This offer is valid until 6/10/2014.

                    • IK

                      thank you, misterbill!

              • misterbill

They may have cracked down on letting CSR’s add them over the phone since many of us convinced them to add last year’s $25 off $75 at Staples to all of our cards :-).

            • misterbill

You have to login to the account on the AMEX website. It is not available thru Facebook or Twitter (at least I have not seen it that way).

              • IK

Yeah, not there for me – thx!

    • Sandy

Harry I see you’re on Slickdeals :) Love that site but buy things I don’t even need !

      • Harry

thats the way it is with any kind of shopping/deals site :) Can easily get pulled into getting things you dont need just because they are a good deal, and only through mistakes – such as a basement filled up to the point that a person cannot walk into – will make one learn what really are the essentials and what are not….or maybe not.

  • Wendy

    O K I give up
On the Chock Full I Nuts, how do you get a a final price of $1.19 with a price of $2.69 and a $.50 coupon
    Help

    • Sandy

:) You can’t! It’s a 1.50 coupons which I already received and it’s only good on single serve cups. (At least in central NJ)

      • Wendy

Sorry Sandy I misread the coupon as $.50
But it still does not mention single serve cups

        • Sandy

I know. Database is wrong and I’m sure will be corrected in due time. Unless of course different areas get a different coupon but I just think it was a simple mistake – ground vs single serve or kcups.

        • Rocky

Originally, some of the coupon early preview sites (one of which is the source for this site’s preview listing, I believe) reported the $1.50 coupon as being for the ground, canned coffee. That’s why I initially got excited! However, as people/places began actually seeing the coupon after its release, realized that it was for the k-cups, instead. Denise, Cindy, can someone get the info corrected on the list, above, once this is verified, please? TIA!

          • Ginny

FWIW, WizClips is showing both a $1.50/1 ground coffee and $1.50/1 K-Cups coupon for Chock Full o Nuts coming out this Sunday.

            • Sandy

Definitely a regional thing here going on as my Newark Star Ledger Extra only had the single serve in the Thurs. paper. Let’s see who the lucky ones are!

              • Rocky

Yep, as did mine, in NW NJ!

                • Sandy

Oh well. Maybe a printable will come out on Sunday. One can dream!

              • barbara

i got both the ground and k cup

            • Rocky

Excellent news! Thanks a BUNCH, Ginny – this makes my day (yeah, I know, I’m easy…just don’t let it get around…!)!!!

  • barbara

there are 2 versions of the CHOCK FULL O’ NUTS COFFEE coupons 1 for k cup and 1 for ground.. both $1.50/1 which one you will get will depend on region..

    • Rocky

Thanks, so nice to hear there really IS also a ground version available!

      • barbara

Hey Rocky thanks so much.. your envie blew me away.. You Rock.. Couponfleamarket has the ground coupons available.. and ready to ship

        • Rocky

          Sweeeeet! Thanks!!!

        • Jaye

Barbara, Have you been a long time buyer of coupons from Coupon Flea Market? On a scale of 1-10, 10 being high, what would you rate them? I would love some chock full of nuts ground coupons. I only got the k-cups :-( Thanks

          • Rejane

Jaye, please allow me to say 10 to them even though your question was for Barbara. I have used CFM and really have no complains. HTH!

          • Liz Nowak Harwood

Just ordered the 1.50/ground from CFM!

          • barbara

I would rate them a 10 The quickest shipping i have ever encountered.. I always look for the best deal 20/$1.99 or 20/$2 with free shipping hands down the best place to shop for stock up item coupons.

  • Marie

I can’t find the Daisy sour cream coupon.

    • FRAN

DID YOU FIND IT? I COULD NOT FIND IT

      • Marie

I think they are gone. Keep saying come back in September.

      Here’s my trip:

For the $25 gift card on $60 of General Mills products:

4x Honey Nut Cheerios on sale for $1.88 ($3.49 Pre-Price Plus)

      $.40 printable MC, doubled
      Total: $1.70

I get $64.11 toward this deal but based on the slightly short total I got on my first transaction, according to ShopRite I spent $60.42, putting it $3.69 short — I have no clue why. Someone mentioned eCoupons subtract from the total but that’s only $1.50. Oh well!

Total actually spent out of pocket, after SavingStar rebates, to get the $25 gift card: $23.24
      $1.76 moneymaker!

      • Guest

Picture didn’t post for some reason…

      • gina

added your gm numbers, and also get $60.42. maybe you counted a 4th box of kix when you were adding? ;)
        great job!

        • shelldigity

Ha! You’re right! I feel better now. :)

I was thrown off in the store because some of the sale prices weren’t PP so it didn’t work on shelf price. So when the numbers were still off I didn’t think to try re-adding them!

    • La Reina

Cindy, who won the gift card? I didn’t see the winner posted.

      • Cheri

I was wondering too . lol

      • http://livingrichwithcoupons.com/ Cindy Livesey

Still working on going through the comments. I will have the winner posted by tomorrow morning. :)

        • lc202lc

Cindy, did you ever make it through the comments to pick a winner?

  • Deb

I hope the shelf price of the cereal is 3.79 – fingers crossed

    • Cheri

I don’t think the Lucky Charms, Trix or org Cheerios are included in the sale for $1.88 they are regular price.

      • Guest

So bummed. Thanks for letting me know

        • Laura D.

Hi Deb, I think they are included. I left you a comment but it’s stuck in moderation. Go to shoprite (dot) com / free gift cards /
remove all the spaces, scroll down and you can click on the links for all the participating products. I know LC is on the list. Nice transaction! Love MM’s!! :)

          • Sunil

They’re included in the sense that they count toward the gift card, but they’re not on sale this week for $1.88. Of that list, only the Honey Nut Cheerios are on sale for $1.88 this week.

            • Laura D.

Yep, true. Thanks Sunil, I’m still working on this week. Just starting next week. Actually, I should be outside finishing planting flowers, lol. ;)

              • Sunil

LOL. Spray them down with tabasco to get those spicy tomatoes. :)

                • Laura D.

Haha!!! My Tabasco has been ready to go!! :)

  • Sandy

Free Horizon Mac n cheese and Mitchum deodorant with ecoupon and mfg.. Cheap Kodak batteries.

    • Karen

My GM deal tracked off shelf prices, HOWEVER, the cereal prices were different at my SR so I was short on initial check out. I went back and picked up two more boxes of Honey Nut to be sure to qualify! Didn’t do my final math yet but I may be at .50 moneymaker! Here are the cereal prices:
      Cookie Crisp $3.79
      Wheaties $3.69
      Multi-Grain Cheerios $3.49
      Honey Nut Cheerios $3.49

      • Erica

Thanks Karen!! I’ll be sure to check my shelf prices!!

  • Morgan

Just a heads up to anyone who uses Wiz Clipz or was thinking about it-
    Here’s my story:
So I am only a 14 year old couponer who has been doing this for two years now and usually order from Klip2Save but have started ordering from Wiz Clipz for bigger orders. With Klip2Save, I received the wrong order of coupons once but they were fast to give me a refund and store credit so I still use them. A month ago, I received wrong coupons from Wiz Clipz so sent them an email just listing my order number and what coupons I received and what was ordered. One week later, no reply, so I just sent the same email. It is now a month later and no reply. So I sent another email a few minutes ago explaining the situation how I never received a reply and that I was upset. Five minutes later I got a response saying they never received an email from me, and that they would refund my money but are terminating my account because of their “horrible customer service” and “it appears we are not going to be a good fit for you.”I was never trying to say they had HORRIBLE customer service, just said that I was upset that I didn’t get a response. While I received this email, I was ordering more coupons from them, but it logged me out and I got another email from them saying they terminated my account and “good luck to you in your future endeavors.” I then emailed them back apologizing if I ever sounded rude and that I am sorry but am I still allowed to order them and the only response I got was “Go Ahead.” I am a very sensitive person from issues in the past so easily get my feelings hurt and by now I was in tears telling my mom about this, because all I want was the Arm&Hammer coupons and a response from my last order but instead have my account terminated:(

    • kabby

I think they may have done you a favor…I belong to a few facebook shoprite and couponing groups, MANY people have been posting about their products not being received from that company, and how no responses to their emails. I too use klip2save, couponthingsbydede, and mycouponhunter. (great service). You do not need a company like that and do not sweat the small stuff.Good luck!

      • DianeG

While we on the topic of clipping services, what service gives the fastest delivery using regular mail delivering to New Jersey? Ordering from a service in TX on Sunday using regular first class mail, I didn’t receive them until Saturday mid-day. Can any other service do better? TIA

        • kabby

Each one of the above that I have used…tells you if you order by a certain time of day when the company will mail the order…I have ALWAYS received my orders to be used for the week, the latest I have ordered was Tues of that week and still have gotten the order by Sat to use on Saturday…the earlier you order the better for you..I ordered Revitalens on this past Saturday for this current week…will let you know when my order arrives.

        • barbara

i use couponflea market.. i have ordered on a friday and rec’d on Monday..I will not use Whiz Clipz ever again..

    • Rocky

Morgan, first, let me tell you, you are AWESOME! A 14 year old couponer, who has been doing this for two years, well, all I can say is, I’m impressed! Keep up the good work!

About WizClipz, well, you are not alone. I have had a few occasions like yours (where the responses were always extremely condescending!) so I stopped using them for awhile. Then, a few weeks ago, they had a coupon I couldn’t find anywhere else. I thought, uggghhh, do I really want to do this?? But, I sucked it up and hoped for the best. Well, I had to re-set my password, so, clicked that link. Never got the email with the link to re-set . Tried that a couple of times. Then sent messages through their Contact Us button. That didn’t work. Tried calling – no answer, no voicemail… Called again the next day, finally got someone. As I was explaining, he stops me and says ‘which website? I have 17 of them’. Aaarrrgghhh, I thought. Explained the problem and he tells me, ‘oh, yeah, I had a couple of people tell me that button wasn’t working right’. At any rate, he re-set my password, I placed my order, but, not something I want to go through again! Sooo, as folks here have mentioned, there are plenty of other clipping sites, so, don’t let this lousy experience sour you. Many other places are actually customer-oriented and will help you faster, and with a much nicer experience!!!

  • kabby

    Revitalens 3.99 use the $2 SS 6/8 AND $2 SREQ= .01 cents moneymaker

  • theonetheonlyJr

Some of your stores take competitor coupons, so be on the look out for that. The key to this is also to find that highest value coupons…like the $2 and $3 off because…when you double or triple coupons for this deal, they only count the face value. HOPEFULLY, this is based off of shelf price- if you need free gas, this is a good deal. But if you want to stock up, this is an AMAZING DEAL…especially if its shelf price, because you can roll the shoprite GC onto the next 60$….Oh Shoprite…im a fiend!

  • theonetheonlyJr

And dont forget that some of these things count towards Baby Bucks…the LUVS would be a double dip…and then of course some catalina deals…

    • savinmommie

Anyone know if baby bucks is still going on? I read on the website that it ended in May for this cycle. I have never made it to the $100 mark so I am not sure how the cycles work. It would be awesome if the Luvs counted. If the program is still tallying does it go by shelf price or sale price? Thank you!!!

      • yan

Baby bucks are continuing. I bought Kandoo flushable wipes and it tracked on pre-card price. The time frame is 4/27 to 7/26

        • savinmommie

          Thank you!

      • theonetheonlyJr

The LUVs does count! Baby Bucks are still in …Family Rewards are out

  • karen

    didnt get the mitchum coupon

  • karen

are the albertio v05 salon series really 99c? i cant find them online

    • Maan

      try searching vo5

    • Mrs. Hill

They are 1.49 at my SR.

      • Denise Davison Uzunis

I think that was a glitch on SAH yesteday, they are now showing as $1.49, I have updated that sorry for any confusion!

  • Ruchama

Is there a list somewhere of which ShopRite stores will count the “buy” amount for Catalinas before coupons? My mother said that she tried one of the Catalina deals I told her about last week at Rochelle Park, and that it only worked when the total was met after coupons.

    • Maan

catalinas i’ve had have always worked before coupons.
The calculation value of products depends though whether its an exclusive shoprite member sale or anyone could buy it on sale.
there is no list, but they always try to give u the run down of the deals here.

    • Rocky

No, because there are way too many variables at each store. First of all, there could be any number of different problems with the catalina machine at the time you are there. Then, you could have calculated your totals wrong. As Maan mentioned, there are two different numbers you have to go by, depending on whether or not it is just on sale, or, on Price Plus sale. Then, there could be a problem in the system with an item being coded wrong, or, not at all for the promotion.

Also, if you go to Customer Service they will ALWAYS tell you it is because it was ‘sale’ price, not ‘shelf’ price, which throws people off, because, in a way, what they said is right! It does go off sale prices, just the regular sale price before the PP sale!!!

Now, for the after coupons bit. While I can’t swear a store or two might have their systems coded differently than others, it seems highly unlikely they could do that because coupons can be finicky and attach to the wrong item. But, with all this said, from reading comments over the last couple of months, there were one or two stores in that area with severe CS problems, especially concerning cats, so I don’t know if isn’t something they’ve done at that particular store.

If I were you/your mom, I would try a different store if you are able to, and see if you have better luck (as long as they are not owned by the same family). HTH!

      • Ruchama

Thanks. I don’t really know the ShopRite systems, since there aren’t any ShopRites where I live.

  • Kari

This sale goes through next week right? So other things will be on sale next week that might make for better combined deals? I might do the really good deals this week and then see what’s for sale next week.

    • Maan

yep, so i’m waiting for a preview before going for my first trip.

  • Aminah

This morning on SRFH the huggies wipes were on sale for $1.99 and the pampers wipes were on sale for $1.99. This afternoon the price changed to $2.99 for both of them. I’m looking at ShopRite of Warminster. Has anyone purchased this product to confirm the actual price of the wipes? TIA

  • Harry

For those who don’t have enough EB eggs coupon, the Safest Choice eggs are also on sale for 2.99 and there was a 0.75 coupon couple weeks back that if you had stocked up on could get them for 1.49. Of course not as good as the 0.49 after coupon that we had couple weeks back, but still if in need of eggs, a good deal.

Also yobaby on sale for 3.49 – not as good as 2.49 couple weeks back, but again better than the default 3.99 price.

    • Mrs. Hill

Thanks, Harry! I might be getting some of the eggs. My family eats a couple dozen a week.

    • Rocky

And, a good thing I noticed, at least at my store, is that they now seem to keep a better stock of the Safest Choice eggs on hand, so, expiration dates are longer.

  • April

Any idea why I cannot print my SR list to my printer? I can print it if I email it to myself but never from the list generated on your website. Strange! Ever heard of this?

    • Maan

it happend to me before… instead of hitting print..
Right click and hit Print… it should show you, I think i made it work this way.

      • April

        Thank you! It worked :)

        • Maan

          awesome!

  • Chrissy

FYI…..The Chews Landing Shoprite (Clementon) is putting up a SRFH section. This is a Zallie’s owned Shoprite.

    • Christine R.

I can’t stand couponing at that store! I swear they’re all coupon natzi’s there and my coupons always beep so they don’t even try to figure it out they just hand it back to me and say they can’t take it. I live in Glendora but will travel down to Brooklawn where they are coupon friendly and even accept competitor coupons. Sorry….not that you asked my opinion of them, just saying! LOL

      • Chrissy

I totally agree, a majority of the cashiers there act like you’re taking money out of their own pocket!….I double and triple check my coupons to make sure I getall the right stuff, but I still get the look from them. 1/2 of them don’t even know their own policy. I try to narrow down the clerks who arent’ a major pain lol…

  • Harry

there is a super coupon in some of the SR flyers for the Chips Ahoy cookies 3 for $5 making it an even sweeter deal.

  • george

The info on credit cards is very useful but it has nothing to do with Shoprite, the week of 6/8. Maybe there can be a separate section on credit card deals?

  • Leslie

I could not find a .50/1 q for cascade when link takes you to couponsdotcom. I believe it is NLA. Perhaps another browser or specific zip code?

    • Melinda Dilione

I just checked and it appears to be NLA. Do you get inserts? There was a $0.50/1 Cascade Product Coupon from the 6/1 P&G insert.

      • Leslie

Thanks Melinda. I do but my insert is .50/2 q. Also I tried to print the Betty Crocker q for the General Mills deal and I believe that is NLA too. At least it did not come up on my browser.

  • racheld

Has anyone tested the GC deals? Are they working on pre-priceplus prices?

    • savinmommie

Does anyone know if it is a limit of 1 GC per brand up to a limit of 4 total or is it a limit of 4 GCs regardless of the brand per card. I wanted to check since i wanted to do the Luvs diapers twice on 1 card. Thank you!

      • Christina D.

        1 deal per brand

    • Michelle T.

The only GM item I bought today was Wheaties. Regular price was 3.39 and that is what my GC total is, was on sale for 1.58 in the Hillsborough store, PP deducting 1.81, and .50 ecoupon, plus I used a .50 paper coupon. So I paid .08 and got credit for 3.39, not bad!

    • Denise Davison Uzunis

Yes they are, I bought 4 Crystal Light and I have $9.96 tracking towards my kraft deal, hth!

  • Maan

Can’t find .55/1 kraft dressing in their website :/

    • Christina D.

I think it’s NLA. the link I remember seeing when I printed it is no longer there.

  • Ladybug

Okay so The Mio Water Enhancers!!!! In my Smart Source Flier I received a $1 off 1!!!! Plus my ShopRite Ecoupon has a Mio Coupon for $1 off 1, making 1 bottle only $1.16. So you can add this into the deal above making 2 Mio’s for only $.66 each after stacked coupons and catalina!!!

    • Guest

Mio isn’t on the participating items list :-(

    • dee

the deal idea in the matchups mistakenly says buy 2 mio when it should say buy 3, as the price and the $2 catalina require purchase of 3

      • Denise Davison Uzunis

        thanks, corrected!

  • Rejane

Could anyone please let me know what is the stock up price for the Swiffer Sweeper refill for dry and wet one? Thanks!

    • Leslie

Regarding the internet coupons for Swiffer refills and Swiffer starter kits, the coupon is NLA but I hope I am wrong. It was replaced last night with the reset of the Clorox products such as Pine Sol etc. I say this because last evening I was able to print two q’s each of the Swiffer starter kit and refill on one computer but when I went to another computer, the Swiffer q’s were gone and the Clorox items from last week’s SR sale were back. I tried all the different browsers in case it was a browser issue but it was not. The Swiffer q’s that I did print did not appear on the last page as “limit reached”. I hope these q’s reset reset during the GC promo.

    • Harry

I would like to know the answer to that as well. Initially I started buying refills expecting that they will be better priced than the starter kits. But of late the starter kits have been on sale for free or close to free though I could not get any at Target on account of the shelves being empty at 4 Targets I checked. The lowest I have got them previously is at CVS and or/Staples for 0.60 per duster or lesser, sometimes close to free but that’s only because I used things like rewards and multiple coupons and they as part of larger orderr.
That said the $2 price at SR does seem to be a very good price if indeed these are included.

  • Alexis

This week seems to be the best week to do the General Mills GC deal if you plan on doing it. They posted the preview ad for next week. I’m not seeing any deals on GM products!!

    • IK

I see SRFH spend 20 get 10 off instantly on GM products…

      • Alexis

True, I don’t do SRFH though. Mine charges a $9.95 flat rate no matter how much you spend and the 2 times I have done it there have been major issues (not receiving whole bags of groceries etc.).

  • ellen

is anyone else getting the message.. sorry but you are not eligible for this promo.. with the link for the Crystal Light Drink Mix printable

    • Maan

maybe u’ve printed them already :/

    • http://Saraskinny.blogspot.com Sara

Nevermind, I found it. It’s not linking to it and I didn’t see it my first flip though.

  • Cheri

Oh boy I finally got my husband to get a ShopRite card of his own which he used for the first time today and not a single one of the ecoupons we loaded came off ! $10.49 to be exact. Do I call 1-800-shoprite and do I need to wait until tomorrow to call ? TIA

    • Sandy

I’d try to call the 800# now. My SR would give me cash right on the spot if coupons did not come off as they can pull up your account at the cs desk computer and confirm coupons were loaded but not deducted.

  • Sandy

Butterball dot com has reset coupons – .75/1 turkey bacon. On sale $1.66 this week so 1 pack for .16

  • cris

just wondering what products/coupons everybody has been using with the gift card deals? Is there a separate chain for these? I haven’t seen too many, and was wondering. I love seeing everyone’s ideas….and thank you for that!

Cheri, the nature valley breakfast biscuits counted for you? I ended up returning 6 boxes because they weren’t counting toward my general mills qualifying total at the bottom of my receipt, and I saw that the breakfast biscuits was the only nature valley product in the granola bar aisle not on the list of qualifying items for general mills so i couldn’t argue it. lost 6 coupons in the process, sigh.

        • Cheri

humm I not really sure. I was about $4 short of getting the gift card so I went back and got the 2 frostings. I thought it was the cereals that my family just had to have that weren’t on my list that didn’t count.

          • La Reina

yeah, my first transaction qualifying total wasn’t nearly what I expected it to be so I did a test transaction with more kix and nature valley breakfast biscuits. only got credit for the kix. I double checked the qualifying items list on the shoprite website when I got home to discover the breakfast biscuits weren’t on it. my deal would have been more exciting with the breakfast biscuits as I’m a big fan of the blueberry ones.

            • Cheri

I got the blueberry ones , haven’t tried em yet glad to hear they’re good . I was recently told that I can’t eat nuts so the NV products I can have are very limited.

I found the Daisy Sour Cream coupon – Thanks Sandy for your comment below.

Has anyone tried using it and confirmed whether it doubles? It says Do Not Double in the fine print.

  • Vancy

i have a request, can you have a thread where people can recommend coupon clipping services? please please? :)

    • B_Lo

Hi Vancy…. I know they have it, but I don’t remember right now…..But in the mean time I recommend you the one I use, which is coupon flea market dot com ……….take the spaces out and put it together…..Hope that help…

    • Rocky

One is klip2save(dot)com (ships from Tennessee) – no minimum order, no minimum coupon purchase, some maximum coupon restrictions, by day, which are listed in the title of the coupon, $1 flat shipping, etc. Another is couponsthingsbydede(dot)com (ships from Texas) – Minimum $3 order, minimum per coupon is 5 except for mins they impose, which can be as little as 4, minimums are per 7 day period, variable shipping by size of order, etc. They are both fairly reliable places.
