Mars Ice Cream Catalina Update
As most of you have found over the last 2 days, some of the Mars Ice Cream products have not been printing for the catalina offer that started yesterday, 6/13/16, at various stores. The original offer announcement printed as shown below:
After hearing more and more people mentioning catalinas not printing on the DoveBars, LRWC reached out to our contacts at Catalina Marketing to find out why. According to Catalina Marketing, the DoveBar was added in error to the original catalina announcement (see above) and will now be removed from all future catalina announcement printouts.
The deal is being updated to look like this:

Issues with Catalinas Scanning
Also, the original catalinas that printed yesterday and this morning were not scanning properly at the registers and had to be manually keyed in. According to our source at Catalina Marketing, they were were “missing number validation and potentially not scanning”. This issue has now been resolved. So going forward, they should scan at the register without insistent.
