Entenmann's Recall

With the back-to-school season in full swing, pre-portioned snack packs are an increasingly popular choice among parents. But, be careful, you may be getting more than you bargained for – literally – in certain packages of Entenmann’s Little Bites.

Just yesterday, Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. issued a recall of an unspecified amount of these tasty treats. The issue, they say is small pieces of plastic in some packages, left there by a “manufacturing failure.” According to the company’s press release, these plastic bits present a “choking and/or hazard.” So far, the company has reports of one injury from the affected products.
