The 20 oz yellow was $3.39 at my store but the 12 oz Super Classic was $2 so I got 3 of those and paid $6 and got back $8.97 to Checkout 51 so $2.97MM. Perfect timing since we are having a food drive at my job next week.

    • MisterBill

Are you sure about that math? The coupon should only have deducted $2 so you should have ended up paying $3.39 for each pair. Even if it gave you the $2.99 from the coupon you’d still pay more than $6 for 3 sets.

      • Linda Hughes

I only got the 12 oz. I didn’t use the coupon because like I said in my comment the 20oz was $3.39 so I would have paid $10.17 for those. I only purchased 3 of the 12oz that were $2 each.

        • MisterBill

OK, I missed that. Yes, the 12 ounce was only $2 at my store as well.

  • Lea

Be careful – the coupon is a beeper! Of course its for the correct products but will need to be manually entered. Some BOGO coupon auto deduct but this one doesnt.

    • MisterBill

Not true, it worked fine for me.

  • sl

Does everyone have the French’s mustard offer on Checkout 51? I don’t have the mustard offer.

    • MisterBill

Are you looking on the website or the app? It requires the UPC to be scanned when redeeming, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s only in the app.

      • sl

I was looking on the website, but the offers should be the same on the app and website. I logged into my Checkout 51 account on the website.

        • MisterBill

You’d think so, but it hasn’t always been the same in the past. Check the app.

          • sl

Yes, now I see it on the app. I was just at Shoprite last nite and didn’t buy any of the mustard because I thought I didn’t have the offer. I should have doubled checked on the app while I was at Shoprite.

          • sl

Where is the search feature on the checkout 51 website? I don’t see a search feature and it is a bit cumbersome to search through all the offers. They don’t even have a pulldown menu for different categories like the app.

            • MisterBill

You just do ctrl-F as you would on any page. It’s a browser function.

  • MisterBill

So.. I did the deal tonight. It turns out I had a B1G1F e-coupon loaded to my card, and it took $2.99 off when buying just the 12 ounce containers. I don’t want to go into further details here, I will leave the rest as an exercise for the reader.

    • IK

lucky 🙂 . i did not want to get 6 and use the coupon – was easier for me to just get 3 without the coupon – but i did not have the e-coupon loaded…

      • MisterBill

There was an even better deal, but I only realized it after the fact. If the offer comes back next week (which I highly doubt, I suspect it will quickly “sell out” on C51), I will try it that way (on a different S&S card).

PS you could have used one of the B1G1F coupons on your purchase. I won’t go into further details. Check the coupon with Qseer.

        • IK

i got that:) – I also realized it after reading your post:)… it’s a spilt milk… next time (if there is a next time, as I agree with you about c51 not coming back next week). in fact i am very curious how long it will last this week…

          • MisterBill

If you can still load the e-coupon, it should be better than free even w/o the C51. Do the “scan the card last” trick, buy 2 and you should get $2.99 back on both the paper and e-coupon. Of course I’m not sure how long the $2 price is valid, I didn’t notice the date on the tag.

PS upvote for the Len Berman reference :).

            • IK

              🙂 if i could only load the e-coupon … it’s gone… the price (I THINK) is thru march something…

            • nick hill

I have the e-coupon and will experiment later today when at S&S. (I am not quite sure of the deals you chaps are talking about but think I have the gist of it), plus there were cardborad coupons (on neck of bottles i bought a few weeks ago on clearance at BigY) for 50c /1 of the Super Classic variety. I didn’t use the coupons at time of purchase as they were 79c each w/o coupons so I figured would hold on to them for better deals. Must be getting rid of this flavor or changing the bottle etc.

    • TheGroom

OMG! I studied the sciences–I just laughed my @ss off! LOLOL!!

    • nick hill

I think I passed the exercise MisterBill. Thanks.

  • Ok everyone I just came back from Stop & Shop – AND the super yellow is on sale for $2.00 each so no need to purchase the classic as well although that’s still $1.99 (regionally) you could get all 6 for the same amount your choice. I’ve updated the print list. But if you only want the Super Yellow you can score that for a $2.97 Money Maker 😀

  • Maria

This coupon states, “Limit of 2 like coupons in same shopping trip.” Wouldn’t that prevent me from getting 3 at the same time?

    • I didn’t see it ty i’ll update the list – you can do a 3rd transaction
