Shopping with Cindy at BJ’s Wholesale Club {Video}

One of the questions I always get is, “do you think it’s worth shopping at wholesale clubs”.  My answer is usually no, however, the wholesale clubs I have always shopped at did not accept coupons.  But, as most of you now, BJ’s Wholesale Club does take coupons.  And, not only do they take manufacturer coupons, they allow you to stack a store coupon with a manfacturer coupons.

So, I thought it would be fun for me to go to BJ’s as a brand new member and a couponer to see what kind of deals you can really get there.  You can check out the video below for how I did, what I found and exactly what I bought.

If you are not familiar with the BJ’s Coupon Policy, here are the details:

  • BJ’s accepts all manufacturers’ coupons
  • They accept BJ’s store coupons and manufacturer coupons on the same item
  • BJ’s mails out their own coupons to members, but you can also find some at the entrance to the store, which switch every 2 weeks.  And you can print BJ’s Store Coupons online as well.
  • You can use multiple manufacturer coupons on the same item.  If 3 items are wrapped together in clear plastic and you can see each item has it’s own barcode, then you are able to use 3 manufacturer’s coupons plus 1 BJ’s coupon (if available).

If you are not a BJ’s member yet, you can sign up for a Free BJ’s 60 Day membership to give you an idea if this is something you would use before you make the commitment.
