  • Pat

Wow Cindy! You’re amazing! Thanks again for all you do to help the rest of us. Happy weekend.

  • gina

I just started on your site & am looking fwd to saving a %age of what you do. Thank you for all your help.

    • Cindy

@gina, Gina, make sure you start small and build up your stockpile. It took months for me to get to this point as I only have to buy the stuff that is really really cheap or free. So give yourself time. A little at a time and you’ll be there.

I used to spend $250 a week. After a month I was at about $175, then 2 months around $125, then 3 months around $75. Now I sometimes can’t even get to $50. Just take your time. And if you have any questions, please ask here. Some one will respond…another reader or myself. We all like to help each other save $$.

    Re: ShopRite
I tried to use the $2/1 q’s for Al Fresco Chicken sausages this week and I was told I could not use them because they did not have a website printed on them. They said that ShopRite (I shop in Philly) is now turning away any internet coupon without a website because they are fraudulent and they have not been getting reimbursed for them! I was really disappointed but the manager also insisted that this was true. Just an fyi for other ShopRite shoppers.

    • Cindy

Do you know if you shoprite is owned by village markets. It seems like village markets management thinks that a websit is the key to determining a valid coupon. I am making a call to them on Tuesday to discuss the smart souce coupons. the coupons are from the same company that puts out the red blinkie machines in their stores. I understand that they have to police coupons and I understand if they have to refuse some like pdf coupons but and smart souce should not fall under that category and imo they need to recognize that. We will see how my phone call goes

      • Meghan

Not sure who owns that one, but yes, it is the one on Front and Snyder.

    • Jennifer

@Meghan, I shop at Shoprite in South Philly, and have found that the store at 24th and Oregon is much more coupon friendly than the one at Front and Snyder…I never seem to have trouble at 24th St. Hope that helps!

  • teejay

hey i was just wondering did you find those dove deoterant coupons and the pantene coupons you used at target?

    • Cindy

I’m on my phone right now so I can’t leave a link but you can click on the target tab above and there is a post for the pantene deal. The dove coupons have rached their print llimit though

  • Matt

How do you get those shoprite $10 off $75 or more coupons? I never receive them and I have a price plus card.
