NJ Happenings This Weekend: Recycled Rythm Romp, Colonial Games, and Disney’s Alladin Jr!

For New Jersey Residents:  Here are some free and/or inexpensive family activities for this weekend.

  • Saturday and Sunday, 8/28-8/29: Recycled Rhythm Romp! From 11am-3pm at the Garden State Discovery Museum in Cherry Hill make musical instruments out of everyday house hold items. Free with admission to museum, $10.95 a person. Click here for more information.
  • Saturday, 8/28: Colonial Toys and Games at the William Trent House Museum in Trenton from 12:30-4pm. Try out colonial toys and games such as 9 pin bowling, Jacob’s ladders and more. FREE with a donation of a non-perishable food item for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen. Click here to find out more!
  • Saturday and Sunday, 8/28-8/29: Disney’s Alladin Jr. at the Open Air Theatre in Titusville at 11am on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.  Tickets are $5.00 per person and parking is $5.00. Click here for more information.
