Reader Jennifer had a busy shopping day. She made stops at Safeway, Rite Aid & Walgreens. I’m posting up just the Safeway and Rite Aid due to space but, trust me, she did just as nicely at Walgreens as she did at these 2 stores. What I especially liked was her use of the manager special sales at Safeway (always look for the 50% off tags) and her use of rainchecks at both Safeway and Rite Aid. If a product is not in stock during a sale, always get a raincheck. You just never know how it may work into a deal or have a great coupon at a later date.
