Acme: P&G Catalina Spend $30 Get $10 for Gift Card Mall

There is nice P&G Catalina running at Acme 12/3-12/9. Spend $30 and get $10 off your next Gift Card Mall purchase. There’s also a Double Dip with CoverGirl Cosmetics. Spend $10 and get $3 off your next purchase of CoverGirl, L’Oreal or Revlon.

And, Dana, our Acme expert, has put together a nice list of products and deal ideas.  Here are the items in the deal with the shelf price and sale price at my store. You’ll have to double check the shelf price since stores do vary. Where I have a KD listed that is for “Knock Down” (Acme’s term) and it means the shelf price and the sale price are the same.

How to Create Your Custom Shopping List:
  • Click on the box next to the item you would like to buy at the store
  • The item will be placed in your shopping list.
  • The list will appear from the right bottom of this site
  • Once you are done, click print.
  • Note that if you leave this post, you will lose your list.
  • Also, look for the heart at the end of the match ups for deals that I love (stockpile prices).

The other week I noticed that my ACME has Best Buy gift cards available in “any denomination.” I believe you just choose the amount you want on the card and buy it for that amount. That could be a great way to use the $10 catalina from this $30/$10 deal. It’s possible that other stores have similar gift cards, so be on the lookout for them!

can i ask will you still get the catalina with the posted scenarios? I thought you had to spend $30 after coupons. Is this correct?

  • I did the 8 Pantene scenario and it worked fine. Watch out for bonus sized bottles..don’t buy them. It’s been reported that they are not working.

Acme works off of shelf prices. Meaning you have to spend $30 based on the regular price of the item…not the price listed in the ad. A few months ago Acme added the blurb about “after coupons”. This hasn’t changed anything in terms of transactions, but it can make it harder to get help from customer service if something goes wrong.
