Living Rich Recipe: Wacky Mac Pasta Primavera with Chicken

• 3 tbsp margarine
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• salt and pepper
• parmesian cheese

 Instructions

1. Start by chopping up all veggies into bite sized pieces
2. Boil water and begin to cook Wacky Mac as instructed
3. Dice chicken into bite sized pieces.
4. in large skillet cook chicken in olive oil and add salt and pepper then set aside.
5. Steam chopped up veggies in a 1/2 cup of water in a large skillet for about 7 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside
6. In the same large skillet melt the margarine and add garlic
7. Add flour to create a thick paste mixture
8. Add milk and bring to a boil
9. Continue to stir as it thickens and add salt, pepper, and cheese.
10. In a large bowl combine pasta, veggies, chicken and pour sauce on top.
11. Mix well and enjoy!
