These sound delicious! One thing I like to do with overripe banana’s is put them, with the skins on, in a plastic bag and freeze them. Once I have enough for a loaf of bread or muffins, I take them out, let them thaw and then use them.

These sound great but I canNOT believe you turned your oven on this week! I live in Westchester, NY & I have been cooking all our meal without the oven, which makes for some interesting dinners including pizza frita one night. Yes, fried dough for dinner…bad mommy.

These look awesome, and what do you know, I just happen to have 2 1/2 ripe bananas! (ate half of one last night in my ice cream sundae) I’m just double checking, do you mean 3 1/2 tsp of baking powder?

  • I just made them and used craisins I had leftover and they are sooo good 🙂 I am sitting her enjoying a hot muffin because no one else is home to try and take it from me!

Thank you for the quick and easy recipe! I had a few bananas that were on their way out, so I made these today. Not only were they super easy, but my kids INHALED them. Can’t wait to switch up the fruit to berries. 🙂

Big hit with my hubby! I used whole wheat flour and pecans instead of chocolate chips and he LOVED them! This recipe is a keeper=)
