Question:
I have a good friend of mine who has 2 kids with food allergies. Her kids cannot have gluten or corn. Her grocery bill is HUGE every month because she has to buy specialty products. I was wondering if you or any of your readers have any good shopping tips for parents who are struggling to manage economics with diet.
Any tips for Denise? Do you have any suggestions on how to shop for kids with allergies and still save money?
