Great job Julianna. I am planning to do the Scott deal tomorrow to get the $40 UPR and I hope it’s going to be successful like yours. I already screwed up this A.M. when I bought the 5.8 oz Crest so it didn’t produce the UPR. Lol! Wish me luck!

Good job. There was a coupon for a dollar off one crest complete. I bought two and got them for free after the up rewards

The paper last week had a $1 off coupon for the Cottenelle Wipes, so you could use two of those for the 2/$4 and make it $1 each…I also found these wipes in a 33 count at my Walmart for $1.66 which makes them $0.66 each there…

    • Julianna

Cool! I didn’t read all the way through that coupon. I just saw the top part for the clean care toilet paper, not the bottom half for the moist wipes. Good find! I could saved several more dollars if I had been more thorough when I went looking through my coupon stash. And I could have saved the ink on the $1/2 coupons that i printed.

Julianna if it is worth the trip they will take the coupons off if you bring them back in with the receipt…i was there yesterday and long story short i didnt have 3 coupons and was told very kindly there would be no prob…

  • Julianna

I left a coupon off of transaction #4: The Rite Aid Video Values coupon for $1/1 Huggies Diapers was in there too. I wasn’t sure if it would work since Pull Ups are “training pants” and not “diapers”. But I handed it to the cashier first and it went in no problem.

I love this deal…I’m going to stock up on diapers & tp this week!

PS – When I stopped by RA today I spotted the JR Watkins products on sale for just $1.50 (normally $8.99+). The lotions & hand soap had $1 peelies on them so just $0.50 each..woohoo! Great for holiday gift baskets 😉

Great job. I’m just surprised you had to pay tax on Trans #2? I thought paper products and tampons were tax exempt.

  • jenny

excellent trip. i did the scott deal today as well. HUGE smile on my face all day 😉

  • Shannon

FYI…I was using the Finish Dishwasher Det $1/2 since they were BOGO and realized since I purchased 3 and spent over $15 I received a $5 UPR. Nice surprise:)

I have never done RiteAid before, but I need Paper Towels, Pullups and Kleenex this week. Do you have to buy both items when it is a 2/$4 sale to get the sale price or could you buy one and get it for $2? I am trying to just do one deal and get the $10 back. Thanks!

    • Julianna

If it says 2/$4 you can buy just 1/$2. I had to do that in my last transaction because I only needed $1.xx to get up over $70. So I just got one Cottonelle and paid $2.00 for it.

      • Jenna

Thanks! That is exactly what I wanted to do, add one Cottonelle. I am hoping to do 2 papertowels, 2 Kleenex, 1 Pullups, and 1 Cottonelle. My kids have been sick all week, so I am hoping to get out today or tomorrow!

        • Julianna

Be sure to check your SS 9/11 insert for the $1.00/1 Cottonelle Clean Care OR Cottonelle Fresh Flushable Moist Wipes Coupon. It says “Redeemable at Family Dollar”, but it’s a Manufacturer’s Coupon, so you should be able to use it.

  • John

I don’t get this one… how did transaction 3 give you a $10 UP reward? There was only $20 worth of things. And how did transaction 4 give you a $20 reward?

    • Julianna

That deal (Transaction 3, 4 &5) overall is Get a $40+UPR when you buy $70 of select Kimberly Clark products, but it was broken into three levels: $10+UPR when you hit $30; then another $10+UPR when you hit $50, then a final $20+UPR when your purchases track to $70.

I didn’t understand it at first, but after Cindy broke it down in the Rite Aid Match Ups and I saw that you could roll the $10+UPR from the first level into the second level (and the second one into the third) I knew that this would be a great deal.
