SavingStar: SuperStar Blogger Awards!
Okay, I do not usually do these type of voting awards and post them here as I’m kind of shy that way. I figure, if you like my site, you will come back. However, a light bulb went off in my head when I saw this.
SavingStar is hosting a fun contest! The contest is to vote for your favorite deal blogger. Of course, I hope that you would choose yours truly. But…what I loved about this, is that the winning blog wins a $500 grocery gift card and the winning blog also gets a $100 grocery gift card to giveaway.
Now, here is when that light bulb went off. If I was to win, I would love more then anything, to take that $500 grocery gift card and take you shopping with me. Through video of course, sillies, you all can’t come. And, I would take one of you with me. (I’ll work on those details when and if the time comes). What will we be buying with that gift card? Glad you asked. Five hundred dollars worth of groceries that will be donated to my favorite food bank, Community Food Bank of NJ.
Oh my gosh, I get so excited just thinking about it. Can you imagine what I can buy with $500 to donate? A lot!! It will be a huge donation of food!
