My Shopping Trip: Pathmark

When there are deals like the one at Pathmark and A&P this week, I go to bed dreaming about what other combinations I can get with the coupons I have.  Only you guys, my fellow couponers, can understand that.  If I had a fashion blog and said that on that blog, people would be like, ah, okay, Cindy, whatever floats your boat. But, you guys, you understand the madness.  Thinking and dreaming about the deals.

Well, I woke up this morning and gathered up another collection of the coupons I have and did 2 more transactions of the Unilever.  To make it simple for myself, I kept the final amounts just above $10 so I could just roll my $10 catalinas.  I actually had some coupons that were slightly better, but then I would have had to get a small filler and, for me, it was just easier to keep it just above $10.

Here is what I did during this round:

Transaction #1:

  • 3 Q-Tip 500 Ct Boxes – $2.99 each
  • 4 Lipton Pyramid Tea – $1.99 each

Coupons Used:

  • (2) $0.30/1 Q-Tip
  • (1) $0.60/1 Q-Tip
  • (4) $0.50/1 Lipton Pyramid Tea
  • $0.30/1 Q-Tip Zavers Coupon
  • -$10 Catalina from yesterday’s shopping trip
  • Tax: $0.75

Total Paid out of pocket: $0.98

Transaction #2:

  • 8 Wish Bone Salad Dressing ($3.79) $2 each

Coupons Used:

  • (3) $0.65/2 Wishbone Salad Dressing
  • (1) $0.75/2 Wishbone Salad Dressing
  • -$10 Catalina from trans. 1

Total Paid out of pocket: $0.60

Total for the day:
