There is also a hormel compleats b1g1 coupon on their facebook page!

  • Mark

    Thanks for the match-ups.

  • JJ

I just stopped by to share my excitement over the fact that I JUST realized that Stop and Shop is the same as Giant PA! For the last year I have just accepted the fact that there is not a really good resource for Giant matchups, and have done the best I could without. But now having someone as magnificent as you to provide the matchups, makes me happier than I can even tell you! YAY! Thank you so much 😀

    • LRWC

Just keep an eye on your price variances, and whether or not you have an instant savings store. Also, there tends to be some different items included in different deals. They are very close, though 🙂

    • LN

JJ Sometimes Stop & Shop has instant money off where Giant has gas rewards. Just make sure you look at the circular.

  • Didi

Cindy I can’t find any store with instant savings.I live in Queens NY and all stores have gas points.Could you please tell me where I can find a list with all the stores which have instant savings?Thank you for all your hard work!

    • 0246

AFAIK, only south jersey gets the instant savings deals.

      • Loretta

I’m in North Jersey (hudson county) and we get instant savings

    • Loretta

The best I can think of is to look at the full list of stores in your area, and maybe call them?

      • Susann

Gas points aren’t terrible. When my husband and I fill up both of our cars together without the letting the pump think we’re done in between cars, we save more on gas than the amount of the instant savings. I prefer instant savings, it’s alot easier, but the gas points can save you a lot of money if there are no “instant savings” stores near you.

        • Katie

LOL, we do this too. We take both cars and switch the nozzle quickly so the pump doesn’t stop the transaction then fill both at .20/gal off or more. It actually turns out to be quite a bit more than the instant savings but I agree instant savings would be a whole lot easier:).

    • Rachel

My store in SE Mass didn’t use to have instant saving but recently they started showing up in the circular along with gas points.

    • angela

      Hi Didi,

I’m also in queens. I’m not to thrilled about the gas points either (Shell is very expensive) but we do also get some instant savings deals, this week we have the pillsbury deal and the milk deal as well. Hopefully they stop the gas points and bring back the instant savings.

  • Victoria

I have never shopped @ S&S. If I buy 10 off the qualifying 5 save $3 items in 1 transaction can I still receive my instant savings? Or shld I do seperate transactions?

    • LRWC

Seperate Transactions when doing the same offer. You can however do 1 of the buy 5 deals and one of the buy 6 deals in the same transaction and both savings will deduct

      • Miranda

A couple of weeks ago I did the Kelloggs instant savings deal 3 times all in separate transactions. The last one didn’t work. I took it to CS and she thought only one per day per card. But 2 worked. So I wonder how many in a day you can do? Also does it work the same for gas points? I am in CT and we do gas points not IS.
Thanks a lot Cindy. I love doing this.

  • denise

I checked for the yoplait crunch coupon in 2/5. either you get .58/2 which expired 2/29/12. or you get .75/2 for the greek. (which didn’t expire). so if the greeks are .60 each then the coupon would double to 1.50/2 and they would be free with a possible overage of .30.

    • Loretta

I think the one’s listed are all Regional (R) so they probably vary. Wouldn’t that be nice to get some more overage 🙂 hmmm my store is so small it probably don’t even have the greek 🙁

      • Miranda

I think the Greek are excluded. Says in the ad. I am hoping my store has the lactose free.

  • Joan

Does anyone know if Stop & Shop is okay with the new bar codes? I have basically stopped trying to use printables with the shorter bar codes because of Shoprite.

Thank you for the match ups Cindy! I am excited to try the Bagelfuls.

    • Mark

Yes, they are o.k. with the new bar codes. At my Stop and Shop the SCO will not scan the new code but the cashier comes over with a hand held device that scans them. At the regular register they have a hand held device that will scan them if the regular register won’t. I’ve had no problems using the new bar codes. Spoke to management about getting updated registers, so they will scan at SCO without a cashier. He said the new registers won’t be installed until sometime this summer.

      • Joan

        Thank you Mark!

        • Mark

          You’re welcome.

  • Becca

Found this awesome coupon for starbucks refreshers:

  • Krystle

This would talk me forever and a day to do. Thank you for all your hard work, its really things like this that make it so much easier for us. I have a toddler and she’s a handful, so just doing my list is a hassle, nevermind doing my own matchups. Thank-you!

  • Loretta

Am I the only one excited about the super cheap Albacore tuna? I know we almost always can get the chunk light tuna free, but we don’t like that one, we only eat albacore (we are tuna snobs)

  • Amanda

Thank you so much for the match ups!

  • pk

yikes – did the bagel deal yesterday and was wondering why i didn’t get the $5 off instantly. should’ve waited a day 🙁 has this happened to anyone else? already used up my coupons. if i go to the same SS with the my receipt and products, do you think they’ll someone credit me back the $5?

  • Christina

  • Cortney

Fiber One coupon is only good in MN, WI, ND, SD, NE, IA, MI & IL 🙁

    • Nikki

🙁 I printed it not realizing it either 🙁 Glad I didn’t get to the store to be let down. I love Fiber One bread. It’s delicious.

  • kathleen

is the coupon from SS 3/11/12 for yoplait lactose free yogurt a B1G1 free coupon or a free product coupon ? there 76 cents at my S&S

  • Tisha

I wanted to say thank you for the match ups. I went to stop and shop and bought the following in 4 transactions

    18 bxs of kellogs cearel
    12 pks of albacore
    12 bxs of bagelfuls
    2 bg of dewaffles pancakes
    9 hormel compleats kids
    6 yoplait smoothies

    over $175.00 for only $27.00

I could not of done it without Cindy’s help, so thank you.

My kids thank you too. They love bagelfuls and I only buy them when I have coupons. 🙂

    • Cindy

      Awesome savings! 🙂

  • Erica

For the Suave deal…can I buy 6 Suave Kids Body Wash at $2 each for total of $12.00 use 2 B2G1 Free coupons (would save $4) and still get the $3 instant savings for spending $10. For a total of $5 (about $0.83 each). Would that work?

    • Loretta

the only issue you run into here is meeting the $10 requirement, sometimes it works before coupons and sometimes it doesn’t, and if it doesn’t and you go to CS they’ll tell you it’s after all discounts, however in this weeks ad it doesn’t say after all discounts, but you may have to argue it, it’s a YMMV situation 🙂

  • Michelle T.

Check your flyers and S&S online coupons. My flyer (Central Jersey) shows Dole salad blends for 2/$3. On my ecoupons on the S&S site, there is an ecoupon for $1 off any Dole salad blend. Also use the .50 coupon we printed, and free salad!

    • V

Where can you find the ecoupons on the site?

      • Michelle T.

V, go to and under “my stop and shop” there is a ” my exclusive offers” section, under “estatement offers” there are offers specific to your card. Click on each offer and load it onto your card. Dole salad kits were also $1.50 each, so I could also use the .75/2 salad kit coupon, and I got a scan-it offer of .50 off a salad kit 🙂 So after all my personal thanks savings, sales and paper coupons, I got 3 bags of Dole salad and kits for $1 total. Yay!

  • etah

The Arm and Hammer crystal laundry detergent packs have peelies with a mail in rebate on some of them!

  • Thanks for the matchup!

I went today and did the pillsbury deal, was planning on getting the 3.29 ones but saw that the smaller 1.79 cinnamon rolls were marked with the buy 4 get $4 off so I decided to give it a try. It worked so the scenerio looks like this:

    (4) Pillsbury Cinnamon rolls, 5 ct., 1.79
use (2) .60/2 Pillsbury rolls, (box tops website) – these double at my store
    so $7.16 retail
    minust 2.40 coupons
    $4 instant savings
=.76 OOP for all four tins of rolls 🙂

Not sure if this would work with the smaller crescent rolls too, those were not tagged so I only tried the cinn. rolls 🙂

    • Loretta

Meredith that’s awesome!! I’m going tonight or tomorrow 🙂 I was hoping the smaller one’s would be included as well!

  • Miranda

I have gas points in my area. I did 3 separate transactions and got 600 total points. Should have been another one but they were out of the Hormel Compleat Kids meals.
I paid $12.92 in these 3 transactions. It takes 14 gallons to fill up my car so I figure that is at least $8.40 (.60×14) saved on gas (more when I add my other gas points from other purchases.)
So even those of us not in instant savings land can still save with the gas points.
I also want to add that I saved 60.34% on my shopping trip. That’s the first time I ever went over 50% and got a full week of what my family needs.
I couldn’t do it without this site, Cindy and all my fellow couponers. Thanks a billion and one.

  • nikki

I have recently noticed that my coupons are not matching up with the products on my receipt. This wouldn’t usually matter to me but as the cashier continues to scan my coupons the register tells acts like I am trying to use more than one coupon per item. The cashier gets confused, I hold up the line, and they end up putting them through and not doubling them. Is anyone else having this problem? I’m in NE Massachusetts.

  • Lindsay

In my stop and shop, there was an olar body bar pack of 2 for 1.74 on clearance. I had a 2.00 of coupon off of olay bars and I was told I couldn’t use it. Is there any reason why I could not use it? (He explained he can’t owe me money)

    • LRWC

They can adjust the coupon down to the price of the item.

  • Laura

What a great week at Stop & Shop! I went on Saturday night and got the following:

    (2) Perdue Boneless Skinless chicken breasts at $6.77 (BOGO free)
Oscar Meyer Ready to Serve Bacon at $3.49
    (2) Dannon Light & Fit 4 packs at 2/$4
    (2) Stop & Shop brand linguine at .89 each

    $10 frozen food cat
    $2.50 Clorox cat

    Spent OOP: $3.54

I wanted to do the Bagelful deal, but they were sold out. I went back the next day, and they had about ten boxes left so I was able to get six boxes and paid $2.50 after using (3) .75/2! VERY happy this week – only $6 spent on groceries that will last me a couple of weeks!

  • Jen

I went to stop and shop tonight and bought 5 hotel completes for kids and two other items that I needed. Anyway all 5 of my .55/1 coupons doubled however I notice after u left that I never received the 3 dollar instant savings. Could this be because I used their loyalty card instead of mine? ( I couldn’t find my card) does anyone know why this didn’t work?

    • Loretta

Happenned to me today as well, my cashier was awesome though, we took off all the compleats coupons and the instant saving came off, put the coupons back through the instant savings added back in, in the end she had the manager come over and he punched it in to come off. you might want to go back and see if you can get your 3$ back

      • pk

same exact thing happened to me today, and couldn’t figure out why. CS took care of it, though. if you buy 5, i think you only have to use 3 coupons… at least that’s how it worked out with my transaction.

  • John

I saw Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookie Mix on clearance for 2/$1. There is a coupon $0.40/1 in GM 2/5/12 making this free (if your store has them on clearance).

    • Loretta

i forgot to look for that but KC masterpiece (original and honey) is marked down to $1.47 at my store as clearanced I snagged that with the $0.50/1 printable that was out a bit ago and got the Glad catalina made it super cheap for 5 bottles 🙂

      • Loretta

forgot to add it worked on shelf price of $2.19 🙂

      • John

A weird thing did happen. Even though each cookie mix rang up as $0.50, the $0.40 coupon fully doubled to $0.80 which left me with a slight overage. I had other items to cover it but I didn’t notice it until I got home. I got quite a lot because they had them near the entrance.

  • Lori

Can anyone confirm that the Huggies deal is rolling?

  • stacey

Jen, it happened to me as well and when I went up to customer service before I even said anything she said “let me guess you didnt get the $3.00 back” so it must be on ongoing problem. They were great and just handed me the $3.00 cash!

  • New London Shoprite will not allow overages.
