Yum!!  Have you tried Carrabba’s yet?

I had the opportunity to visit the new Carrabba’s location in Secaucus, NJ.  The chef and staff treated us to an awesome meal from appetizers of mussels to Margherita Pizza, their very popular Mezzaluna Raviolis, their signature dishes of Chicken Bryan, Pollo Rosa Maria and Chicken Marsala, also know as Chicken Trio.  And of course ending with a delicious dessert of Tiramisú and Sogno Di Cioccolata “Chocolate Dream”.

Carrabba’s is best know for it’s wood burning grill which is the inspiration of many of their awesome Italian dishes.  They are also know for their great service, warm hospitality and staying true to the founders Italian roots.

I have eaten at Carrabba’s many times before and was surprised to hear some of the extra things they offer including the following:

• They have a separate Gluten Free menu so be sure to ask for it if you have dietary restrictions.  Also, they take dietary restrictions very seriously and will separate grills, utensils etc to ensure to safety of their guests and their needs
• Everything on the menu is made to order and made from scratch so feel free to make any changes to items on the menu to suit your tastes.
• If you have kids along with you for dinner, be sure to ask for pizza dough for the kids to mold.
• Sign up for the Amici Club to get invitations to special events and, of course, Carrabba’s coupons!
• Carrabba’s Restaurants are always giving back to their local communities by serving meals at charity events and more.
• Having a party?  Carrabba’s even offers catering service.

If you love good food and great Italian food, you should give them a try!  They have restaurants located in most states.
