Recipe: Cilantro Lime Chicken
Earlier this morning I posted a great new coupon for Pace Products. It got me thinking of what I could make for dinner tonight using salsa, and I came across this yummy recipe. It is so simple…just dump the ingredients in the bottom of the crock pot, mix, add chicken breasts and you’ve gotten dinner waiting 6 hours later. Slow cookers are great to use in the winter, but I also like using them every once in a while in the summer time as an alternative to turning on the hot oven in this heat!
