    love it

I don’t think you can stack ecoupons w/manufacturer coupons anymore (as of three weeks ago). Their system won’t permit it and the cashiers won’t override it.

  • Mark

If someone tries this please let us know if it works. Recently, any coupon combined with an e-coupon will beep.

Even without stacking, this is still a pretty good deal. Buy the two Downy @$2.14 = $4.28 minus the $3/2 zavers coupon for a pre-tax total of $1.48. That’s $0.74 per bottle!

    • Cindy

Yep my thoughts exactly. I plan on doing enough deals for the coupons I have. Desperately in need of fabric softener!

If you need softener, try using plain white vinegar. I have been using it for over a year now. It eliminates the smell and static cling without leaving any perfumes — which is good since my family has sensitive skin. It also eliminates the hard water deposits and soap buildup in my laundry. Costco vinegar is not exactly free but it goes a long way for me.

Great to know. Thank you so much! Love frugal tips and tricks 🙂

When do you put the vinegar in? At the beginning of the cycle or during the rinse? Just curious. I have been meaning to try this.

          • Anonymous

I put the vinegar in where/when the softener usually goes in.

The ecoupon and manufacture coupons wont stack together. there not working anymore. i tried it and i send zavers an email and they said it wont work anymore.

    • Cindy

Hmm, I just did it and it worked fine.

  • Diana

I just did the transaction and both coupons worked. I was able to use my zavers twice so I got 6. But the 1/2 off price was. 2.50 by me

Worked fine for me at Pathmark in Shirley, Long Island. They were priced at $2.34, I got 3 and the Zavers came off and the $3/3 coupon scanned with no problems so I paid $1.02 plus tax for 3 bottles, great deal thank you!! 🙂 I go to the self checkout so I can watch everything, I hit “Finish” and watch the Zavers deduct and then I scan my manufacturers coupon.

  • Debbie

Did not work for me in New York City. Sale price was $2.24, but the Zavers ecoupon didn’t come off 🙁

  • karen

I tried this deal today and got all three free! My Pathmark had them on sale for $1.99 and took the manufacturers coupon and the Zavers. Thank you, Cindy!

  • Bettsy

I was not able to use both coupons it beeped and when manager came over she asked if i used zavers and if so both coupons wont work… The register said too many coupons! I purchased 6 (4 with zavers since it came off twice and the other 2 with coupon) it was a great deal i paid $3.84 for all 6. Btw this was clifton pathmark botany village.
