Did anyone else get a $3.75/1 ecoupon for the Dove Men’s Care again today?

    • Christine R

Hi Laura! I just got done adding mine. Have to say I’m not overly impressed with the digitals this week. And no, I didn’t get another Dove Men & Care digital. That would have been nice!

Off to feed the kids. Have a nice day!

    • elaine

      Yes I got it

    • Anonymous

I didn’t get it. If you got it again, I hope that it actually comes off and that it’s not some system glitch.

Not too much good this week, but I was happy to spot the Stoneyfield coupon, which works nicely with the sale and paper coupon!

my ecoupon or milano cookies is 50c not $1.

  • Alaya

I see it but it won’t load for me.

I had a problem with ecoupons not loading on my card. This is the SECOND time my $3.00 off Family Rewards did not come off my bill. I called 1-800-Shoprite and was told my family Rewards did not load because there is a 58 coupon limit. So after I used some ecoupons and some expired I was able to load more ecoupons up to 58. Don’t know why this was never disclosed by SR. ONLY 58 coupons per PP card? I think SR should fix that problem….

      • Anonymous

Rick, not sure about what SR told you. I currently have 63 ecoupons loaded on my card so I know the limit is not 58! Others on this site have reported they were told by SR Corp that the limit is 88. I’ve never called so can’t vouch for that, but, I know it is not 58!

Also, the Family Rewards program is something different from the ecoupons, so, your ecoupons shouldn’t have anything to do with you getting your $3 reward. If I were you, I’d call back and talk to someone else, AFTER I went into my account online and re-entered ALL of my info and re-submitted it again, to…refresh it.

Also, some other things you might want to try are make sure you are not giving a phone number instead of your card at the register. I know this sounds silly, but, Cindy always recommends that and I found that was one of my problems, also! There is one family member who will sometimes help do some of my shopping. Although I had given him one of my duplicate cards to use, he lost it and was giving an old house phone number when he shopped. I was not accumulating my rewards as I thought, and asked him about it. He was giving the phone number and when I checked the receipt, realized it wasn’t the same SR PP number. So, I somehow had another, old account that was tied to that old number and it wasn’t the one I was using now to load ecoupons on! So, not only weren’t my ecoupons coming off, but, I wasn’t accumulating my rewards when he did my shopping!

At any rate, the 58 number sounds kind of hinky, and, if I were you, I would call back and talk to someone else!

Sorry, Rick, this was my response. Forgot that, lately, our names are not auto-loaded onto the replies and that we now have to re-type that info in!

  • Rick

Rocky, Thank You for all the info. I think the rep did tell me there was an 88 ecoupon limit but when mine stopped at 58 I thought I might have misunderstood him. According to the SR rep the ecoupons and the family rewards are tied together. He loaded another 250 points on my family rewards and I loaded it to my carsd on sun. I’ll let you know what happens after my next shopping trip. Thanks again for taking th time to help me out….

Whoops! Think I did it again! My original reply will probably come through as Anon! Sorry, but, good luck!
