No Bake Peanut Butter Cocoa Cookies Recipe

I don’t know about you guys but last week I stocked up on Smart Balance Milk at A&P for just $0.50 each! Smart Balance Milk was also a really great price this week at Stop & Shop. If you all have lots of milk in the house now like I do, check out this quick and easy no bake recipe for peanut butter cookies I found from Smart Balance. I love peanut butter and chocolate combinations in basically anything so these cookies sound like I will be making them in the near future, especially since they’re no bake and only have 72 calories per cookie!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cocoa Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Smart Balance Fat Free Milk and Omega-3s
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cups of chocolate chips (or any flavor you prefer)

Directions:

Boil milk, cocoa, butter, and sugar in a small pot for two minutes.
Remove from heat and add oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping tablespoons onto parchment or wax paper. Let cool for at east 1 hour before eating.
