Typically these Catalina Deals work on pre-price plus prices, however we can never be certain until the deal is tested once the sale begins. Assuming the deal does work on pre-price plus prices, we can score these 8-packs of Sparkle Paper Towels for only $1.88 each or just $0.24 per roll, which is a great price!
